Front desk and Kitchen staff are very courteous and helpful. Property is getting old and smelly. Found a bug on the bed sheet. Breakfast area was small, took me 30 minutes to find a table on a Sunday morning. At 9am, all coffee pots had cold coffee from the day before! Guests kept pouring their coffees only to find out coffee was cold and old, so you ended up with a gross countertop with 20 full cups of cold coffee, with no place to drain or throw away. 2 Kitchen staff were running around refilling food, but they definitely were understaffed. I hope management plans better for busy weekends

Nice room. Great package for extended stay. Staffers very polite.
Online reservation however is a huge risk. Better off calling in to confirm else you end up with a smoking room option.
Complimentary Breakfast ends too early too.
Was generally a warm stay. Will still give a 5star and will definitely stay here again on next trip and recommend to others.

We had a great experience here. We stayed in one of the two bedroom suites and it was perfect with our two kids. The furniture is a tiny bit outdated but the room is spacious, beds are comfortable and all amenities provided. Full kitchen, fridge, pots/pans, etc. Customer service was very good as well. We would stay again.

Good location. Hotel was undergoing renovations in the pool and fitness area but the Holiday Inn next door was offered as an alternative for those amenities. Older hotel that could use some upgrades but good overall value. Helpful front desk staff.

We stayed in the hotel for an extended period and found it to feel like home. Staff was very friendly and helpful and the amenities were exactly what we needed, including pool, laundry, breakfast, and secure storage. The room was clean and well maintained.

Nice hotel, large complementary breakfast every morning. Complementary dinner Monday - Thursday also. Rooms have kitchenette with stove top full fridge and dishwasher. Gym and pool both under construction currently.

Have visited several times over handful of years and the quality of service and amenities have been consistent each time. And the Giraffe & Zebra petting zoo is really good value.

Staybridge hotels used to be cheaper, had better food and free beer. Now the food is marginal and you have to pay for beer. The hotel is clean and staff are friendly.

The hotel was nice and clean,helpful staff. I found the pool to be a bit small but luckily the hotel wasn't too busy.
A couple complaints that I do have is that they told us we would have use of as board room to have a team dinner and they double booked it so they allowed us to use the breakfast area in the lobby.
The 2nd complaint I have is that they warned us to keep the kids quiet because some old guy said they were too noisy,which I could understand had it been late at night but it was 7:30 pm on a Saturday night.
I did enjoy my stay there and would recommend it to others.

Best hotel ever have kitchen full size fridge microwave. Its like you haven't left home

Good service and reasonable room. Roll-in shower has the shower seat mounted on the wrong side. Nice free breakfast included.

This is my hotel of choice when visiting the Hamilton area. It is clean, well kept, phenomenal services (dinner reception M-Th), breakfast included, tons of free parking, and costs less than almost all other hotels in the area.

The staff is so incredible as well. Without a doubt the young lady who frequently manages the nights is one of the very best front desk staff people I have met during all my travels. Exceptional and the hotel should be proud and do anything and everything they can to keep her and keep her happy as she really makes the stay and the hotel above par.

Excellent hotel very clean. Staff including the housekeepers are very friendly. Breakfast area is on the small side. Ample free parking on site.

My dad and I stayed here for 3 nights, along with my sister and a friend. Our rooms were always cleaned and the staff VERY FRIENDLY.

I spend quite a lot of time staying here for work in the suites. The service is great, I get recognized every time I come back which is nice and they remember some of my preferences as well without asking. The breakfast is ok. Not great but not the worst thing either. The internet is generally abysmal though, if not too many people are there during the day t has a better time but at night it can sometimes just die.

Were not informed at time of booking that a wristband policy was I effect for NYE meaning our friends could not join us back at the hotel after celebrating to wait our the uber price hike. This was a huge disappointment

Staff were great and room was very clean. Breakfast was also great and always well stocked. My only complaint was we were only provided half a roll of toilet paper in our room. No extra or full roll.

Easy access to the highway. Large, clean, modern rooms. Morning breakfast was good...definitely more than I expected. We did notice there was only one roll of toilet paper in the room. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Great suite, it's spacious. The bedroom is separated from the sitting room and there is a stove top and dishwasher included. The provided breakfast is great as well.

We had a house fire and have been staying here the staff has been great the room is very clean over very happy. The free food is not all that great but it's free so who cares. There is a BBQ that guest can use we also have a full kitchen in our room love this place.

Great place to start coming to the GTA the suite is great and the option you get is totally worth it , Breakfast all week and dinner weekdays, internet , housekeeping, small kitchenette , free business room .

Nice, friendly staff, very helpful. Had to stay overnight for a party, left 2 teen kids & pet in hotel for 6 hours.
Lots for kids to do and to stay entertained (pool, gym, media & games room). Beds not the most comfy, but decent breakfast and coffee. Front desk lady recommended good restaurant (Thai Sense) on Lakeshore.
