Great location, nice staff, all around good hotel.

This is the best hotel in Potsdam Sansoucci area. Right in the heart of the city, a stone's throw away from the super awesome tram and bus stops, and the best part, travelling anywhere through public transport within Potsdam and Berlin is FoC if you have their hotel card.
The hotel is very clean and tidy, the service staff are super friendly and are always there to help you out.
I did not find any reason to complain, BUT, the wifi signal is not too great. There are frequent outages (atleast in my room in the second floor, I had to hold my phone in a specific area in the foyer to be able to connect and browse. I found the Wifi in Qatar airlines more reliable). I did not complain to the folks there because that would spoil all the good work they had done, but I would request the staff to look into this one teeny weeny issue and then I am sure they will get 5/5.

Nice hotel right next to Sanssouci. Good food quality served at the hotel restaurant. Especially liked the cold cucumber soup.

•hotel needs a renovation
•wouldn’t recommend eating breakfast here, because it’s to expensive for the standard breakfast. I recommend going to in café nearby

All in all, it was an okish time at the hotel, but I won’t come again.

Nice and clean, friendly staff, great location. When travelling with a Baby they have all amenities you need.

Very old school hotel. The floors were filthy and you feel brought back into the 50s. Food was good though

The service was efficient for the most part. However, the street facing rooms are unbearably loud: drunk guests talking until 2 am, garbage truck at 5:30 am, and unusually long bell at 6 am daily.

Nice hotel with large clean rooms a stone's throw away from the Brandenburg Tor. Food at the bistro was quite unispiring but there are some great places to eat nearby. Car Park was full but there is a public car park a few meters away (it's also cheaper to park here)

Frühstück ganz gut. Guter Service. Auschecken hat aber viel zu lange gedauert!

nicht modern, dennoch schönes Hotel mit klassischen Zimmern. TV etwas klein und leider keine Raucherzimmer. Reichhaltiges, leckeres Frühstück

Das Personal ist freundlich und bietet einem gleich beim einchecken ein kostenfreies Glas Wasser an. Das Doppelzimmer war sauber und bot mir ausreichend Platz. Alles in allem ein Hotel wo ich gern wieder Einchecken werde.

Die Lage, die Umgebung und die Ausstattung der Zimmer sind 5 Sterne wert. Allerdings war das Personal an der Rezeption mit einer Ausnahme kurz angebunden bis schnippisch. Das ist absolut kein Service. Deshalb gibt es von mir statt der vollen Sternanzahl nur drei Sterne.

Gute Lage direkt zwischen Park Sanssouci und der Altstadt. Moderate Preise, freundliche Abgestellte, etwas spärlich ausgestattete Hotelbar, dunkle Flur- und Zimmereinrichtung.

Vorteile:
- Top-Lage für Besuch vom Schlosspark und der Innnenstadt
- Tiefgarage im Haus
- Sehr nettes Personal
- Ruhig, gut isolierte Fenster
- Gutes Speisen- und Getränkeangebot
- Zweckmäßiger Saunabereich, aber nicht mit SPA verwechseln
- Hoteleigener Fahrradverleih
- Flexible Zimmerreinigung (man wird zeitlich nicht unter Druck gesetzt)

Nachteile:
- Tiefgarage etwas zu teuer (15€ p. Tag)
- WLAN zu langsam und zu teuer, nicht mehr zeitgemäß !
- etwas zu hellhörige Zimmertüren

Preis und Leistung ist völlig Okay. Personal total Freundlich. Der Hof beim Frühstück war top.

Das Hotel ist tatsächlich sehr gut gelegen, erfüllt aber leider in keinster Weise die Erwartungen welche man mit dem Namen Steigenberger verbindet.
Schmutzige Tassen und löchrige Bettwäsche auf den Zimmern, die Dusche schlecht gereinigt und ohne konstante Wassertemperatur; überall abgeplatzte Farbe und kleine Defekte.
Einzig das Frühstück und der meistens freundliche Service kann einigermaßen überzeugen; hier aber auch nur ansatzweise: wenn late checkout gebucht ist kann es nicht sein dass das gesamte Personal (vom housekeeping bis zur Rezeption) überfordert ist.
Alles in allem enttäuschend, gerade wenn man andere Steigenberger Hotels kennt, und den regulären Preis definitiv nicht wert.

Das Steigenberger Sanssouci ist ein schickes Hotel mit einer gemütlichen Atmosphäre. Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr lecker und die Zimmer waren sehr schön eingerichtet. Lediglich der hohe Preis für einen 24h WLAN Zugang entspricht nicht mehr dem Stand der Zeit. Bei einem Hotel dieser Klasse erwartet man so etwas im Preis inbegriffen.
