Great location. Clean and comfy rooms with balcony. Friendly staff.

I had a delicious & satisfying breakfast on Sunday. Service was good, ambiance great, furnishings quirky and comfortable. Coffee excellent & nice & hot to my liking.

A very nice place for dinner. Nice food. Just missed out on 5 stars because they slightly overcooked the fish and the steaks :(

Excellent room and great room service. Only down side is the lack of parking.

Our room overlooked gardens and pool with views to the ocean. Definitely got our 30 mins on the stairs but the room was nice no issues and thanks to the lady who delivered our room service. Had a great couple chilled nights. Would visit again.

Was great place spa was great but weird how they open your door every three hours in the day time to ask if you want more towels and not have towels with them was wierd but other than that great stay

We where given a voucher for 4 people.....food was delicious although not much variety .
Service was ok but was due to slow times- construction blocking streets etc - and only having limited staff on.

Good value for money by Aussie standards, decent rooms, good service. However the wifi ain’t free and neither is the breakfast so that’s where the cost can rise.

Very tranquil. Great rooms. A little pricey, but well worth it.

Good rooms and nicely set out

Gorgeous hotel. The rainforest feel and koi ponds were so relaxing and inviting. Spacious rooms and fluffy dressing gowns completed the luxurious feel of the resort. Highly recommend. We will definitely be back.

Rooms are lovely and good service but tried to charge me for breakfast I never had and been a week now and deposit still not returned

Stayed overnight. Neat clean rooms with comfy bed. Included a buffet breakfast.

Beautiful little resort close to the water front. The buffet breakfast is average but good enough to give you fuel for the day. The location is about 30-40 mins from the airport and I easily found my way around by catching the bus to the local shopping center.

The service and presentation of food was very good. It's a nice small restaurant which wasn't to busy, so it wasn't loud. They accomodated my young children.

Great hotel, we had a balcony overlooking gardens which was great, better to have a back room as the front rooms are right on the road. Well kept neat place, small pool no shade, restaurant average. Short walk to the beach

Sleepless night and a poor noise insulation in the Spa Balcony King size room. Overpriced for this lack of quality and a 4-star hotel.

However, good staff, exotic atmosphere and relaxing SPA and comfy king size bed.

Great place but I would not recommend it to enjoy a quiet night.

Big apartment rooms with basic catering facilities (fridge, freezer, hob, microwave). Clean with a hint of bling. Decent bathroom. Small pool.
Next to West Coast Highway, so rooms at back are a lot quieter.
Short walk to the beach and local amenities.

Lovely food and service. Albeit a bit slow but the scenery and atmosphere of the restaurant compensated for the speed. Love it and will return again!

Just there visiting a friend who was staying there for the weekend. Apartment looked amazing friendly staff. A little bit noisy due to being on a main road but only a short walk from Scarborough Beach.

It's cheap and cheerful. The staff are very friendly and polite. It's great for a quick stay.

We stayed in a spa room and couldn't fault it. Very nice resort, will be recommended to fam and friends.

Not fussy, obviously Sunmoon is well used but still very nice.
My room was small (double) and view of back wall.
Food was ok nothing flash although efforts to price and present a flash feed. I had a steak $34 with a shared starter $15 but left still hungry.
Hey but I enjoyed my stay, somewhere to rest and relax.....thats what I got.

Excellent and friendly service , especially Tan, nothing was a problem.She organised day tours followed up as to how our day was . Our room was very clean , dinner in the restaurant was delicious, again with excellent service. Sunmoon offers great value for money.

Not what i expected the walls make the room feel cold you have to pay for wifi. Parking is bad. Got a crap view from balcony with old back yard furniture on the balcony. Noisey spot. Only upside is the furniture in the room besides bathroom and balcony is ok and the room feels small. Its an ok room if you only want yo sleep and not spend time relaxing in your room. Would not return again not even if the price was cheaper very disapointed.

Not a bad place to stay , friendly staff good location and price okay.
Rooms are good but not great but enjoyed the spa and free robes.
Would stay again but only if could get a special rate.
