Very nice hotel in a great location. It only loses a star because the food is not very vegan friendly and it is starting to show some signs of wear and tear, though not so much to affect comfort.

It's a wonderful time that I was spent on Swissotel in Berlin, Germany, I will try it again and again, room service is available, clean area just what you can see, room is very good and comfortable bed, bathroom 🚽 is cleaned, minibar is good also, TV 📺 available, Breakfast 🍳 at the restaurant is great things include all what people need. Staff is very excellent and gentle.

Extremely comfortable and spacious room. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever experienced and the bathroom was large and well equipped. The staff were all, without exception kind, helpful and professional. But, for me the best thing was the silence! Without doubt the quietest hotel room I have ever stayed in! Literally did not hear a sound. Heartily recommend and will stay there again without doubt...

Lovely hotel. Great rooms, great staff, great location and great restaurant. We arrived on a morning flight, and did not expect to be able to check in early, but when we arrived at the hotel at 10am, they had our room ready. Very pleasant stay.

Great staff, comfortable rooms, good restaurant meals

The hotel is decent, clean and centrally located. The rooms are a bit depressing, especially when you face the inside of the building. The breakfast for 16 Euros is good. The AC doesn't work all that well. I didn't manage to cool down the room. I would not want to stay there in the middle of the summer. The internet is really slow. I paid extra for "fast" internet (8 Euros per day) and the speed barely reached 3 MBit down. This is just not acceptable. If your internet sucks, don't charge for it.

Stylish, spacious and comfortable hotel. Modern classic, elegant. An oasis of quiet in a busy city. Convenient location. Good breakfast buffet. I found the bed fairly hard (some people may like that, others may not) and I didn't care much for the pillows, but the bed linens were of very good quality. In their smallish bar I had a cocktail, the taste of which I found disappointing. On the whole the hotel provided very good value for the price.

Great hotel and rooms. Central location in main shopping street which is a long street. Lots of cafés and restaurants near by. Friendly staff. Steps away from subway station (only U2 and U9 lines). 4 minute walk from a main subway station which can take you anywhere. ( Berlin has lots of subway lines that take you everywhere). Would definitely go back.

Me and my partner had a great 2 nights at Swissotel Berlin. Great service, there is nothing too much to ask. Room was very well kept has has great amenities. Breakfast has a wide selection and is very tasty.

I’ve spent 4 weeks at Swissôtel in the past 2 months. When I come to swissotel I know I can relax. I love this hotel and it’s my favorite place to stay in Berlin. The breakfast buffet is excellent. The rooms are nice and clean. The workers are extremely friendly. The executive lounge is also excellent. The bar is also nice to hang out at with a nice drink after a long day. The gym could be improved.

After a little mix up where we were put in a room that hasn’t been cleaned yet - we got a nice business style furnished room with a view. Personal highlight was the breakfast with fresh tea in a pot and a great selection of food. Highly recommended.

Great location and service at a fair price

In the west central Kuhdamm location this hotel offers all for business travelers. Modern, central , sauna, gym - worth the rate... There is some confusion regarding reception and breakfast location for the new kids

I have not had a better welcome from a hotel. The amazing Carsten guided us through the hotel and the local area like we where part of his family. To spare over 30 minutes showing us the local attractions on a map was a lovely experience. If our stay is as good as our welcome it will be one of our best! Thanks again Carsten S.

5 Stars hotel located at the heart of Kudam shopping and restaurants area.
Hotel design are modern and rooms are tidy and offers free fast internet and a Nespresso coffee machine in the room.
Breakfast can't be better.
Quit recommended.

Great service, room was very spacious with a very nice bathroom containing a shower and separate bath. Great location also, a 5 minute walk from the zoo and across the road from lot of nice restaurants including the Berlin hard rock cafe.

Centrally located in Berlin in sight of the famous Blue Church, this modern hotel is just the ticket. The main transportation hub at the Zoological Garten is only a few minutes walk, making the Swissotel a great place to explore this beautiful and vibrant City from. We were told that the room would be available from 15:00, but when we arrived at just after 12:00 to drop our bags off, the room was ready. A quiet clean and reasonable priced hotel.

What a modern, beautiful, and well situated hotel. Only minutes walk to the Zoo Station where you can easily take the S or U Bhan to anywhere in the city. Walking tours of all for the sites also start from the zoo station. The public bus from Tegel Airport stops across the street, and is both an efficient, and cost effective way to the hotel.

This is only my opinion, but it is the correct one!
Was here in a business event, great conference rooms and spaces. The guy in the bar was super great with good sense for service. The breakfast was great and a lot to choose from. Did not try to eat dinner there.

Mixed a fantastic gin and tonic in the bar! Staff were exceptionally polite and helpful spending time to direct us to interesting places in Berlin by the best routes.

Very impressive lobby, excellent location. Staff is friendly and helpful and the meeting rooms offer a great view.

It was a good hotel, but not great. The television was not entertaining at all. Lots and lots of German channels and if you don't speak German, you just have few selections. The internet was OK. The room was clean and tidy. There was a tablet in the room, but you can't use it except if you want to order something from the hotel or things similar. It is not for entertaining. There were free apples in the reception which was nice. The receptionist was asking lots of questions like "where are you from and where were you born" and things like this which wasn't comfortable. Overall, I would give it 3 stars as there was nothing impressive in this hotel.

I stayed at the Swissôtel for one night due to familial reasons. I found the staff incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet offers many options; it was even hard to find things sometimes, it was so big. Of course, I didn't spend enough time to properly evaluate the hotel, but my short time there was extremely good for what I paid (90 euros)

Wonderful view from 10th floor, rooms very comfortable and quite, good prepared for families also with small children, breakfast with wide selection - omelets were brilliant. I really would like to come back - but I need to wait for some special offer once again - normal price is (like in every capital city) above average - but still worth it :-)

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The location was excellent, great restaurants, and easy access to all the sites. Their bicycles are a little over priced, but the rooms are great, the amenities are great and the staff is super helpful. We will stay here again when we back to berlin.
