great view. We have been in the 21 floor. Everything clean. Good breakfast without extra charge. Good WiFi.

Pretty nice hotel and up to date rooms. The building looks a bit outdated but the interior is fine. The train station is very close just a 3 min walk.

So give it a try and enjoy the good view from the upper floor rooms

Stayed 2 days, Good modern sized room with comfortable bed, good size toilet, clean and everything in place. All staff did their job and it felt safe. Life piano music-good touch. The restaurant was clean and staff had their eyes on the detail. The buffet was not the best but not bad, breakfast ok.

This hotel stands head and shoulders above other hotels in Germany. The staff are extremely polite and helpful. The building itself is beautiful, although the location of the different elevators for rooms and meeting areas is very confusing. The location is excellent! Just steps away from the main train station and Leipzig Market area. My only complaint is that for a singing organization gathering, water should be freely available. Instead, 0.2 liter bottles were offered for 3.50 Euros each! The same bottles were the only water available with meals, and incurred an ADDITIONAL cost to the meal price. NOT a good practice!

Bar is good, good views, rooms are quiet, showers sub-par, water has a low temp cap, pillow (singular) was paper thin. Overall average.

Als unser Flug ausgefallen ist, hat Condor uns hier untergebracht. Eine nervige Angelegenheit, wenn man nicht an sein Ziel kommt - doch dieses sehr gute Hotel hat es uns leichter gemacht. Gutes Zimmer, Babybett vorhanden, sehr freundliches Personal, zentral gelegen, Abendessen gut, Frühstück gut. Am nächsten Tag gab es dann ein Ersatzflugzeug...

Great hotel great service great couple of days

The hotel breakfast is great but the beds unfortunately aren't too comfortable. If you can take one of the rooms on the top floors where the beds are more comfortable

The hotel and accommodations are incredibly nice and comfortable but staff are another story. Housekeeping forgot to clean the room, and when asked to come, said it was too late. It seemed the hotel had a lot of new staff who did not know how to do basic things (ie. pay for your room before end of your stay). Other than that, location is also great.

I had a pleasant stay at the Westin Leipzig for the Wave Gothik Treffen 2018. The staff were courteous, the room was comfortable and good quality, and I enjoyed using the bar at the end of an evening. Looking back, however, I do think that the quality of the room in comparison to other Westins that I have stayed in, including Pune and London, was quite simple, and was lacking in some amenities, such as a kettle or coffee maker. The price charged for the room, not inclusive of breakfast, was considerably higher than the stated everyday price, and even the offered rate for next year is not much of a bargain for what I am getting. Thank you for making a pleasant stay, but I think I will be finding other accommodation next year.

These guys are crooks. I was lied to at checkin about their card payments. Instead of making a HOLD on the Credit card, they take an actual payment which is way higher than it needs to be. Then at checkout they so-called "refunded" me the excess, which when converted back into my own currency puts me significantly out of pocket. If you are a foreign traveller there, I would NOT recommend this hotel. I feel cheated.

Always a very beautiful location for meetings, high end services and fair prices. Without a doubt our go-to spot for Leipzig.

Great building, well-presented facilities and both polite and capable staff. Only a 5 min walk to Leipzig city center. Rooms are however getting a bit worn and could do with a bit of a refresh. Parking is outside and a short walk away from the entrance.

The ballroom is computergestützte New, very finde and the catering is perfekt.

Most luxurious in Leipzig, especially its modern awesome suite. Unfriendly crew.

Loved the hotel, & enjoyed Leipzig. went for a visit to Colditz castle, somewhere i have always wanted to visit. Staff are lovely and speak perfect English.

Classy hotel. Great view. Great facilities

Not a real Westin in my book. No private lounge (they reuse their bar on ground floor), the king size bed is not the heavenly bed, the suite is a bit strange in its setup with the bathrooms adjoined, Gym is not 24:hours but starts at 6:30am, breakfast is not automatically included even for SPG Platinum (had to trade for the 500 points), suite room is not well lighted for work. On the positive side, it is quiet, despite being next to some construction. It is also nearby the main train station, about 5 min walk, the breakfast is really good, staff is helpful, there is a pianist on the ground floor in the evening, gym facilities are decent, good water pressure in the shower.

It's close to the city center and easy to get from highway or railway station. The only downside is that hotel rooms are a little old.

Stayed here quite a few times for business, staff are always helpful, breakfast is good, bar staff are very good, rooms are always clean and tidy, beds are comfortable albeit the duvet could do with covering the whole bed and pillows need doubling over to get support, I've tended to find a few drinks at the bar before bed reduces this frustration though..
Overall though I wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Everything was really nice. Inside it looks very noble.

The room is spacious. View is nice. Tables in the restaurant were well spread so that we can enjoy our breakfast in a relaxing and comfortable way. The breakfast buffet offers good variety and good qaulity of food. Service overall is friendly and helpful.

AC was not working. Pillows were not very good and breakfast had variety but nothing really special

Was a great hotel. Was able to use the pool and the view was great(was on the top floor)

Fabulous hotel in the heart of the city, walking distance to everything. Great dining options within the hotel and immediate areas. Take a walk in the early-late afternoon and find a local eatery, catch a train to Berlin, or just people watch from your room out the windows. I'd stay here again no questions asked.

Good location and clean room

Air conditioning can't get room below 23 degrees so room is always warm. If we open the window for air the room fills with pollen triggering our allergies and the noise from the construction site next door is very loud even though we're on the 19th floor. "King size" bed is two sagging single beds pushed together. When we spoke to reception about this, they sent up room keeping who put a thin -towel- over the gap and a king sheet over the top. Complete joke. Woke up with sore necks and backs. Bathroom is nice but small. Water pressure in shower is ok. Room is clean. Won't stay again based on the bed experience.

Zimmer waren super. Essen war sehr gut. Bedienungen teilweise auch sehr nett.

Alles Einwandfrei. Top Lage, klasse Service. Zimmer früher bekommen. Insgesamt ein sehr sauberes Hotelzimmer.

Das Westin Hotel in Leipzig war ein sehr angenehmes Hotel. Ich habe 2 Nächte dort verbracht, in einen niedlichen Hotel, welches auch äußerst gut ausgestattet war, mit einem mittelgroßen TV-Gerät und auch einer kleinen Minibar mit absolut ausreichenden Angebot. Das Zimmer wurde immer sehr gut gereinigt und das Personal war äußert freundlich und immer hilfsbereit und fleißig. Die Lage ist auch super. Es befindet sich in zentrumnähe, man benötigt maximal 5 Minuten zu Fuß bis in die Stadt und den dazu gehörigen Szenenlokals, Bars und Clubs. Im Hotel haben wir ausschließlich gefrühstückt. Auch hier bietet das Hotel ein großes Angebot an Speisen und Getränken, wie zum Beispiel Toast, Toast mit Schinken, Toast mit Käse, Toast mit Schinken und Käse, Toast auch mit Ei, Toast mit Schinken und Ei, Toast mit Käse und Ei, Toast mit Schinken und Käse und Ei, Brötchen, helle Brötchen, dunkle Brötchen, helle Brötchen mit Käse, helle Brötchen mit Schinken, helle Brötchen mit Ei, helle Brötchen mit Käse und Schinken, helle Brötchen mit Käse und Ei, helle Brötchen mit Schinken und Ei, helle Brötchen mit Schinken und Käse und Ei, dunkle Brötchen mit Käse, dunkle Brötchen mit Schinken, dunkle Brötchen mit Ei, dunkle Brötchen mit Schinken und Käse, dunkle Brötchen mit Schinken und Ei, dunkle Brötchen mit Käse und Ei, dunkle Brötchen mit Schinken und Käse und Ei und vieles weitere. Auch das Angebot an Getränken war groß und gut, so gab es Sekt, Rotwein, Weißwein, Champagner, Bier, Schnaps, Wodka, Scotch, Wasser, Fanta, Sprite, Cola, 7up, Marinda, Pepsi, Ginger Ale, Bitter Lemon, Tonic Water, rote Limo, grüne Limo, weiße Limo, gelbe Limo, lila Limo, ocker Limo, schwarze Limo, die Limo, Orangensaft, Apfelsaft, Multivitaminsaft, Birnensaft, Ananassaft, Tee, Kaffee. Für alle Pokémon Go-Fans hier noch ein paar Infos. Direkt vor dem Hotel befindet sich ne Arena, diese gehört Team Rot und bleibt auch rot, denn Leipzig ist rot, andere Teams müssen gar nicht kommen. Jetzt ein paar Infos für rote Spieler. Man findet dort die Standardpokemons Ratzfatz, Taubsi und Elektek. Aber in der Nähe befindet sich außerdem ein Stop, wenn man in diesen ein Lockmodul packt, dann laufen noch mehr Taubsis und Elektes einher, aber auch Glumandas. Dort habe ich ein Glumanda WP 1230 gefangen, ja auch ein Elektek 2019 WP, aber davon hab ich sooo viele. Naja das waren ein paar Tipps. Ich hoffe, ich konnte auch euch helfen.

Guter Empfang, Parkgarage gesperrt, nur Parkplatz außen - dafür zu teuer, z.B. im Vergleichg mit Steigenberger Value Parking!!!
Zimmer gepflegt, alles sauber.
Frühstück vom Preis okay, gute Auswahl von Produkten mittlerer Qualität.
Kein wirklich aufmerksamer Service beim Frühstück. Liegt wohl auch am Publikum.
Kein upgrade Angebot beim Check in. Wenn man mein Kundenprofil sieht, habe ich solche Angebote immer angenommen.
Alles in allem gut - würde aber wieder ins Steigenberger wechseln. Fühle mich hier exclusiver betreut.

We were on the 24th floor so we had spectacular views each day. The hotel is immaculate, the rooms are very nice and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is just a minute's walk from the main train station but the rooms are very sound proof and we never were bothered by noise of any sort. It is walking distance to lots of good shopping, eating, and attractions. I'd stay here again.

My favourite Hotel in Leipzig is the Westin. Go for a Suite as it offers a wonderful room and superb views. Bed, Bath and Living room is very nice but could be a little bigger. The executive lounge is more of a joke and you are so much better to go directly to the bar. Excellent location. The roof-top restaurant is rather pricy – go into the city, you will find very nice little gourmet restaurants.
