Very beautiful hotel, right by the mall and target. The staff was very friendly. We had an awful experience at the EMBASSY SUITES across the street and ended up coming here instead. If you are going to be staying in this area I recommend this hotel.

Great hotel! Everything was clean and neat. Staff was exceptionally friendly. Lobby was luxurious and spacious. The room was great! The overall lay out of the was amazing. The restaurants were convenient and had a wonderful selection of entree's from upscale to bar burgers. Definitely recommend staying here

Stayed at Westin, Lombard for 4 days. Ideal central location to go to Chicago downtown. Yorktown mall is on walking distance. Staff is very courteous and professional. Bed was super comfy and the way it was made with layers of sheets was real good. Would definitely stay again.

Such a beautiful and welcoming hotel. Everything about it was unbelievable and we thoroughly enjoyed every bit of our stay. Unfortunately we were unable to visit the in-hotel restaurant, but it smelled amazing from the lobby. Our room was very comfortable and had an amazing view of Lombard. Prices are a little high, but if you can afford it, it is definitely worth the stay.

Visited as a member of the 101st Airborne reunion. This hotel can handle large groups of people. The staff checked us in quickly and efficiently.
There is a small refrigerator in the rooms. I noted a Target across the parking lot, within easy walking distance. We bought snacks to alleviate some meals. We ate at the hotel for breakfast. There are lots of fine dining establishments within an easy drive.
The mall complex is within walking distance. It carries anything imaginable.
This hotel provided the best experience I have had for our reunions. I hope that we return.

So remembering that this is a Westin and they all are pretty consistent format and known expectation of being a upper middle class hotel. So dissapointments where worn furniture- especially the desk surface and dust underneath the desk and any non open surface everywhere. The bar and bar staff are excellent, but closes at 9pm which is not what you go to Westin for especially on a Friday and Saturday night !.
All the staff where excellent, and the hotel pricing is on the low end for a Westin, which is probably an indication that it's tired and should have been down graded to a standard Sheraton.

Fantastic hotel, great pool, great jacuzzi, comfortable beds/pillows highly recommend. Executive level stays come with continental breakfast and evening snacks. Five stars!

It is really nice hotel. It's easy access to closet York town mall. Access to my electric car charging stations. Rooms really huge size and amazing service all the time.

Great service by everyone. Very easy to check in and great help from the door man. Elevators are fast and quite. Had a great place to walk around a pond or just sit and relax. Many restaurants and shopping close by.

Good location next to a shopping mall with many stores within short driving distance. Rooms are very nice and spacious and very well maintained. Staff is extremely nice, we enjoy coming back every year.

Clean room. Modern decor. Great service. When I needed to leave something in someone else's room. They would not let me go in. This shows they have a great security policy. They did however place the food in their room which shows they are considerate.

Awesome view from the corner unit. Room is very clean, great service. The pool was the prefect temp with a sun deck! Elevator is fast, silent and large. Within walking distance of the mall. We enjoyed the view from our room!!

Beautiful hotel, awesome service,they have a huge banquet room for events and the VIP lounge is great. The view from the higher floors is really cool, and the rooms are modern and quaint. Very enjoyable, would definitely recommend if looking for more than your average hotel.

Stayed here on a business trip and i soo loved it. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. They got a really big pool and a decent gym. They don't have complimentary breakfast but spending some extra bucks for the executive club to get breakfast and dinner was a good idea. Do it only if you're lazy to go out or you don't have time to eat out. There are real good places to eat right next to the hotel like RA sushi. Overall, really nice hotel!

A beautiful hotel with a stunning lobby and high end restuarants attached to the hotel. Flat open parking lot in front of the building and a large parking structure (free) attached to the back side of the hotel. Rooms are good size, clean, and semi-updated. The hotel is surrounded by water features and tons of shopping options. Overall a very nice place to stay.

We stayed in a junior club suite. The room was spacious and clean with a king bed, walk in shower and large bath tub. The club suites allowed us access to the Executive Club on the top floor, which included complimentary happy hour & appetizers as well as continental breakfast in the morning. The pool was on 2nd floor and very decent size in addition to a sauna and hot tub. We will definitely stay here again when visiting the Chicago area.

We had a king room and purchased an upgrade to the lounge. Room was fine. There was a water leak from the back of our toilet but that was promptly fixed. The maintanence person left the wet towel used to soak up the leak in our bathroom, so that was unfortunate. Mattress was sufficient, but i have had better at hotels. Personnel at hotel were friendly and professional. Food in lounge was very good. There is a Target you can walk to if you need to pick up anything. There are a couple restaurants with the hotel, but we did not go there. We have used this hotel a few times and I am sure we will be back again.

The location was not too far away from Chicago which was nice. The service I had no complaints about, and the food was nice. I did feel like they were trying to get me to pay for things like their "rest package" and other things too often. I also didn't feel that the shower was cleanly, it had some grime on the walls. Other than those things, it was a great hotel to stay at.

I was there for a work event and the staff were professional and polite. They were quick too! We had a 5 course meal and the transition was seamless from one plate to the next. The room was clean and set up beautifully.

I am on my way home now from a business trip that booked me to stay at he Westin while I was in the area. I am not a fan of Chicago, I cringe when I think about going there...it’s so busy, the traffic is horrible, the people are RUDE.. I know this isn’t Chicago but I expected it to be the same, to my pleasant surprise, I was very mistaken!!
I arrived to the hotel with my mother who came to watch my 5 month old (exclusively breastfed) daughter while I was working. When we arrived and found there was no shelf freezer in the fridge in the room, I went to the front desk and asked if there was anyway to keep my milk I brought along for my daughter. The attendant left a note at the front for all employees to know that my milk was being kept in the back freezer, they took my entire cooler and stored it for me the whole stay, and allowed my mother to come down to get milk as needed to feed my daughter and went back and forth to the freezer so I could add the milk that I pumped before I left for work in the mornings and what I pumped while I was at work when I got back in the evenings. I was SO greatful for this and am SO impressed with the staff. I don’t know what we would’ve done if this wouldn’t have happened.
And THEN, we ate at Harry Carey’s restaurant that is in the hotel on Tuesday night, which by the way was absolutely delicious. And had the absolute best service. ALL of the staff stopped by to say hello to my daughter and played with her, which was great because it kept her SO entertained. We ate at Rock Bottom Bar & Grill the night before and it was difficult because I had to get up from the table several times with her to keep her from fussing and crying. But with all the staff that kept stopping by to say hi and make faces at her she was SO happy and entertained the entire meal.
My mom also really enjoyed the housekeeper who stopped by while she was watching my daughter while we were there, who was very friendly and accommodating.

To summarize, I don’t think we could’ve had a better experience, in awe with the service of the staff. I also recommended this hotel to my employer who booked my stay here and raved to them about the accommodations and how the staff went out of their way to be helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that would be staying in a 20+ mile radius of the area. I guarantee no other hotel could beat the service offered by the Westin at this lactation. Thank you for the wonderful service, great experience, and enjoyable stay!

Beautiful hotel and location. Elevators are fast and smooth and plenty of them also the rooms are close to elevators so there isn’t a long walk to the room. The reason I gave 4/5 is there was some sort of dirt on upper window and on pillow case I don’t know if it was mold or dirt but I will give benefit of doubt would have been easy to clean. Also I’m used to hotels with a buffet (personal preference) there may have been one in executive area but that was behind locked doors at top of tower.

I have attended several conferences at this location, it is a great place for conventions. The exhibit hall and the breakout rooms have a lot of space and are comfortable. The hotel rooms are spacious, and the beds are great. The pool, hot tub and workout rooms are great. Definitely will look I to staying next time I'm in the area.

Excellent experience. Very helpful staff. Beautiful design and detail. Room is perfect. Executive room is very good. Nice size desk. Water flow with sink is a bit slow, but you cannot change plumbing. Swim room is spacious, very nice on a sunny day of winter. I would add extra days outside of convention just because it is so nice here.

We enjoyed our stay at the Westin. The check in staff was polite, friendly and efficient. The lobby and public areas are spacious and tastefully decorated. Our room was clean and comfortable, we did not hear noise from the adjacent rooms or hallway, and the shower was nice and hot. We highly recommend the Westin and hope to return soon.

I hosted two events for about 100 people here twice. The staff was amazing.Th is place is scented nicely and the rooms are very nice. I'm hoping to host an even bigger event for over 400 this year!

I liked how convenient it was to walk to places like the mall, target and some resturants. But the hotel itself was not a 4 star in my opinion. Beds were not super comfortable, pillows were really floppy no support, rain shower with little pressure and only microwaves upon request. And no breakfast, they do have a restaurant in the hotel but its expensive (especially for college students). The ballroom for the conference was nice, pool and hot tub, sauna and gym were nice too. And since we were on the 15th floor and facing east the view was pretty.

Very clean hotel. Jennipher, the manager at the time of the stay, was very accommodating with the few issues we had (nothing regarding the Staff or cleanliness of the hotel). Karmeisha at the checkout desk was great too. Will stay here again, but make sure that you ask if there are any conferences during the time of your stay, they host a lot and it can be disruptive. Pool and workout room were very very excellent. Wonderful!

Room was beautiful, big and modern. Restaurants in the hotel seemed to be very high quality. I was traveling with my large (75lb) dog, and this was one of the only nice hotels that would accept him. Staff was very pet-friendly and accommodating. My only irks were that there were no liners in the garbage cans (I felt bad putting wet trash into them) and there was no towel bar for a hand towel, and the towel bar for body towels was inside the shower. Overall though, great accommodations, especially for those traveling with pets. Would definitely stay there again. My husband, myself, and my dog all had a pleasant, comfortable stay.

The hotel is conveniently located next to a movie theater and a target making entertainment and necessities very accessible. The staff is also very kind and they offer a shuttle service for people who don't want to drive. One of the best hotel experiences I've ever had.

We attended a weekend event at the Westin. The rooms were clean and well maintained. I was surprised by the lack of the standard clock radio. It had been replaced with a useful clock/ charging station. The in-room phone had been replaced with a VOIP unit which would not charge and did not function. The hotel staff was friendly but not terribly helpful

The location very good, close to the east-west toll way. The hotel located in the Yorktown mall. The layout of the hotel is nice and it has Harry Carey's restaurant. Staff are friendly and helpful.

I attended a day long conference for work. The hotel was beautiful, and clean. The staff did a great job of putting out breakfast, lunch and snacks in a neat and beautifully presented fashion. The staff was friendly and attentive. I plan on returning to enjoy the resturant and an overnight stay.

Great one night visit. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, club floor had a great spread of appetizers until nine pm. The building was crowded because of some tween dance event, but the several elevators helped make sure that the waits were not long. 10/10 would stay again.

Super nice and clean property with great event space. Lives up to the standards of Westin properties but does lack some of the conveniences like coffee in the morning and a place around the lobby to relax with a drink. There is an on-site restaurant which is amazing. Was just "good".

Great rooms, comfortable beds, and a high end showerhead made for a very nice stay. The front desk staff was very helpful and kind. We were here for a wedding and everything was beautiful. The food at Harry Carey's was great as well.

Recently attended BGYFL (Bill George Youth Football League) coaches meeting here (over 60 people in attendance). They had an set of bars available for the purchase of drinks. Pricing was WAY outrageous ($5 for a can of Coke, $6 for domestic beer, $10 for mixed drink?), considering all the money the charged for the reservation conference rooms and then banned outside drinks (including bottled water). For the few years that I have been coaching in this league, I suggest we take the business elsewhere. I would not recommend.

Amazing for my nephews event. The staff was amazing, professional, on task, and did everything in a timely manner. Could not ask for a better hotel for any event you could possibly need.

Located next to a large shopping mall and next to a target for convenience. All rooms have a refrigerator to keep leftovers if necessary. Extremely nice people here with excellent service. We are here for a Magic Foundation conversation held annually in this location and we love coming back. This has been our 6th year staying here and we are happy to come back.

Stayed at this great hotel this weekend. Have been staying at this hotel every year for the past four years for our annual end of school year excursion. Modern and clean rooms. Amazing staff and services. Special mention for Adam at check-in. Very professional, accommodating and welcoming. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Decent rooms, bad policy and issue in this case. We had a wedding and group rate, had 2 people with the same name create reservations. They canceled one for no reason, no prompt from us. That caused a lot of havoc. Threw our group rate out the window when we had to create another reservation. All in all, terrible situation. Decent people, but whatever happened could happen to someone else. Decent rooms.

Suite on the 17th floor. The bathroom was spacious with a seperate shower and bathtub. Good stay, no complaints. Everything seemed clean, nothing was broken. The front desk lady was friendly and helpful.

Good service, as expected from Westin, but the room was a bit more "rustic" than normal (well-worn furniture). Loved the large 3 lane lap pool. Surrounded by a Target, mall, AMC Theater.

Gorgeous, simplistic quality. Lush comfort at an affordable price; I was happy to be given a room on the 17th floor, from which I could see the Chicago skyline! The restaurants inside were a bonus, and I would be happy to stay another time.

I came for an event at the Harry Carrey Ballroom. I found the appetizers to be very good and the plates to have plenty of food. I would recommend that steaks be served slightly more medium than on the rare side (I would suggest sou vid). Staff was very kind and the food came out very fast. AV was great as was the sound system. The venue was relatively updated. Plenty of restrooms nearby too. I would recommend for events.

Good parking. Plenty of space for our event. Pleasant, helpful staff. Lots of things to do close by.

Room was just okay, I wasn't super impressed with the overall quality. When we checked in there was an issue with the guest in front of us and the receptionist was very rude to this person. It was very uncomfortable waiting to check in to the hotel. There was a large line of guests and she seemed to not care to call for some help. Had an issue with a credit card and she announced to the world it was declined and made it uncomfortable for us. We were able to use another card but it would have been nice to have a little more discretion than she had used. The outlets in the room were not good at all. Had to unplug things to charge phones etc. The shower was nice but could tell it needed to be updated because it looked on the old side. Was a little annoyed by the fact they had the heat on in the room when it was 75 degrees outside and walked into a furnace. Bed was really comfortable and we both slept well. They had Starbucks coffee in the room which was a plus. I would not spend the 150/night on this room however, I was glad we booked through Hotwire and paid much less than that.

Service was great. Staff was frendly as always.meeting room was clean, well stocked with pens and paper, and had plenty of outlets for our laptops. Bathroom was large, clean, bright and well stocked. Lovely place!

The executive suite was absolutely amazing. The room was clean, everything was spectacular. We ordered a microwave and received it within the half hour. The sofas were comfortable, the King sized bed was heavenly, and the overall presentation of the room was outstanding. The bathrooms are spacious and tidy. The walk in shower could probably fit five people comfortably. The staff from every step of my stay was so pleasant and would do anything to make sure my stay was biting short of perfect. Thank You Westin!

Found this hotel via Hotwire. The bed was super soft, the staff were great. Very attentive. Lobby smells great!! Lol. Will recommend and will return to the Westin. Location is also great as well. About 20 minutes away from downtown Chicago.

I was there for and engineering conference hosted by my job. The facilities were great, regarding the large room in which speakers talked and the smaller rooms in which the exhibitors were displaying their projects. But let's talk about the food! Breakfast had excellent, ripe fruit, and lunch had an amazing brisket that everyone was quite impressed with.

Amazing location, few minutes from the highway, plenty of restaurants and shopping within minutes. Lots of amenities in this hotel, free parking, workout room, restaurants in the hotel lobby, etc. Room was great, but the mattress was just okay. The only real downside is no free wifi.

The event rooms were very nice and lit well. The food that was served was quite good. The hotel room was clean and quiet, the curtains blocked nearly all of the light from the window. Overall it was a great experience.

Went to the Westin today to see the World Series trophy. The room that they had set up to house the gathering was large and had been separated off with ropes. The experience was very quick.

The location is prime for a conference. There are a wide variety of stores and restaurants nearby as well as a mall. As for the rooms, the sheets are soft and smooth enough, but the pillows are absolutely horrid. They're like rocks, but painted white and also slightly soft. Otherwise, the rooms are spacey, high class, and high serviced.

Very clean and modern. Attended a business meeting in the conference area. The meeting rooms are spacious the restrooms are clean and large enough to handle the group. The catering staff was helpful, courteous, and prompt.

I'm here every November. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful and I look forward to my stay. It is conveniently located near a mall and restaurants. The rooms are comfortable. The hotel restaurant is excelent.

I cannot say enough great things about the Westin Lombard! I booked my guest room block and wedding suite for my June 2016 wedding at this property. I worked with a number of the staff members throughout the planning process and had great experiences with everyone. Bridget C. was one of the most helpful and responsive people I worked with at the hotel and across all of my vendors. She was extremely accommodating and would always personally or have her team give me weekly updates on my wedding room block. She also helped to create signage about the guest shuttle that was picking guests up at the hotel and delivered personal cards to each guest upon check in. I highly recommend considering the Westin Lombard for your wedding or event room block!

Amazing experience, very clean, the room was very spacious as was the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were clean and crisp. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I was able to get a later check out which was exceptional. Tons of shopping and plenty of great restaurants near by. Target on the other side of the parking lot so if you forgot something you can pick up a replacement. Parking is super convenient as well no need to utilize the valet but if that's your thing they have that as well.

My husband and I attended a seminar at your hotel the employees were very helpful and kind. Restraunt was excellent food very delicious and reasonably priced. I my only regret is that we drove in early that morning rather than staying the night at your wonderful, beautiful, Hotel.

I have nothing to complain about! Everything was very nice. The room was super nice and seemed clean. The bathroom seemed clean. Housekeeping did a good job, the lobby was very nice and looked beautiful. I cant really complain! And the beds i could for once sleep nicely in. They arent GODLY beds but they are very good beds. Better than my own at home id have to say. Very good hotel and id definitely come back.
