Best Hotel 🏨 in amazing price and that too near the Airport in London. Amazing services and 🥘 food also. You can board in the shuttle from the Hotel main gate. Clean 🧼 room with big LED TV and all the essential things including a large bed 🛌 and coffee and tea ☕️ available inside the room. Bathroom and shower 🚿 room were super clean. High standards of cleanliness that too on cheap prices. Great establishments, will visit soon.
Thanks 😊

Great place.. plenty of parking.. the staff are friendly and engaging and food is surprisingly good considering it's a normal hotel chain.. I had pizza and was a lovely example with plenty of toppings etc. The room was big and the bed was comfortable.. was plenty of room for a family in there.. the shower was amazing and was really powerful. The hotel is a big one over 5 floors.. in heathrow?? BOOK THIS HOTEL YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!

Stayed prior to an early morning flight. Easy to find, large reception/bar/restaurant area. Staff friendly & helpful. Room was basic but comfortable, as you would expect from a Travelodge. Rooms are a bit tired & could do with refreshing, but nothing to put me off staying here again.

We booked this last minute for the night before out flight back overseas - just be wary that parking is on a first-come-first-served basis and is pay and display. The hotel staff were friendly, the room was huge (great for sorting out your luggage), bathroom was on the smaller side. The AC worked fantastically. Despite the proximity to the airport, the air traffic noise wasn't too loud either.

I’ve stayed here many times and the staff are always friendly especially Hutchinson. Limited cover at bar because if the staff are on reception then they aren’t covering the restaurant or bar - but limited staff is what keeps the room rates reasonable. Always clean and comfy rooms - lovely pillows too. Never any noise issues either.

Be clear this is a cheap as chips room and you get what you pay for. There was a funny smell in the room but other than that it was functional and generally clean. The breakfast was ok. Food in the bar is cheap and tastes as much as it cost but certainly fills you up. That said if you come here for a simple cheap night over before/after a flight it does what it is supposed to. The only major gripe is we ordered a cot (and rung up in advance to check) and it was forgotten. It was dealt with quickly but if it hadn't been available we would have been stuffed with a 3 month old.

Overall okay experience. I had an overnight layover so I wanted something cheap and close to Heathrow. The hotel is located in the middle of an industrial park and has no grounds to speak of. The room was very simple - bed, desk, clothes rack, small bathroom. Do not expect the amenities of an American hotel, even a cheap one. It was fine for a shower and one night's sleep before leaving, but I wouldn't stay here for longer than one night.
I had issues with the shuttle bus - the buses and in-hotel kiosk did not accept any of my 4 credit cards, and the hotel was unable to change money into pounds, so I had to pay for internet access to download the transit app to buy a ticket. If you are an international traveler, be sure to arrange your airport transit in advance so that you don't have issues getting to the airport. The hotel staff were not very helpful in figuring out how to use the shuttle though.
Bottom line: Good option if you just need a place to shower and crash before going to Heathrow. For $35 it's hard to complain.

Stayed here one night after a family weekend at Thorpe park. Service was excellent, food was lovely (dinner and breakfast) room was spacious, comfortable and clean and only £50 for a family room (4 people 1 double bed and 2 singles) food also included. Would definitely recommend and will be using them again myself

Good location for Heathrow T5, as it is a Travelodge you should not be expecting luxury. It delivers on being inexpensive and close to the airport. Rooms are clean and functional. Food in restaurant is acceptable (based on a single evening meal). Shuttle bus service to T4 and T5 is handy.

Good place to stay. Close to terminal 5. There is taxi and bus service to the airport from this hotel. It's £4.50 for a one way bus ride. We paid 19£ for a taxi , 3 people with luggage. The restaurant is pretty good. Reasonable prices. The room was clean and neat.

Nice and friendly staff. Rooms was nice apart from there was a baby's nappy in the bin and a dirty shower area. Beds are comfortable. The tv remote didn't work. We went down for breakfast which there wasn't a Lot of choice and it was cold and didn't have much flavour.

I had tried couple different rooms and the experience was different as well though from the first sight rooms looked identical. First time was quite good, but second time I got a room which probably wasn't vacuumed for weeks. Also they claim they are ecological and asks to drop the towels in the bath once you want them changed. However they change them everyday even though you barely touched them. Second room I tried was on the first floor and it smelled like sewer a bit even though you haven't been using toilet for the whole day. Restaurant food is expensive and really not worth the money. Unfortunatelly you don't have many options because the hotel is on the "middle of nowhere". I guess if you're lucky you may get a better serviced room. But apart from that... Oh, and you have to pay for the parking! Initially I wanted to rate 4 stars, but once finished this review I'm thinking it's barely worth 3...

Lift in the car park wasn't working and everyone was walking down the driving ramp which was extremely dangerous. There were no signs or guidance about any alternative to go down. Car park is £8 a night, which is clearly mentioned on the website but still I find it expensive. Other than that experience was ok. Rooms were good. Service was great too.

Same as all the other Travelodges. Convenient cheap (particularly for Heathrow). If you're traveling with more than 2, look at getting a taxi rather than the Hopper to the airport.

Rooms were lovely, beds comfy etc. Bed sheet had a large tea/coffee stain on it but not a huge problem. The food, however was poor at best. Chips came out stone cold and the kids meal was a joke - rock hard sausages (left over from breakfast?) and garlic bread that you could snap teeth on, as long as you stay away from the food you'll be fine! Staff lovely and helpful, please to help you.

stopped here a few times on business and this time while the room was clean and tidy i was on the forth floor room 421 and it sounded like the window wasnt closed fully (the handle was removed for health ans safety grounds :/

The room was close the main road and also close to the motorway junction.

just glad i brought my ear plugs, suppose for £27 (booked directly on travelodge business website) i cant really moan but would like a quieter room next time :(

I paid 31£ for one night (double room). The room was quit big. Very nice king size bed. Free coffee and tea... Bathroom wasn't perfect but not that bad... Unfortunately food in a restaurant was terrible !
You need to pay for parking 8£ for 24h and woifi only 30 min for free. If you need more you can pay 3£ for 24h. Like for this prize it was good :)

Comfortable room but location was confusing to get to from terminal 2. Ended up having g to get an Uber as the normal taxis would not go there as it's outside their official working area. Getting to terminal 5 was easy due to the bus which had I known own about would have made getting there slot easier.

There's no public transportation to the hotel and the shuttle bus is expensive and runs only once per 30 minutes. There's nothing nearby for food but the hotel restaurant is fine and affordable. The rooms are okay but noisy.

The location is excellent, less than fifteen mins from T5 by the excellent shuttle bus service.
Basic but good, bed was comfy and I slept well. However the room was cold, the staff were unfriendly and the bar/restaurant area was uninviting. The quality of the food was not very good either, you'd get better at a Wetherspoons for less money. If you want cheap but not cheerful stay here. I would stay again.

Stayed here about 8 yesrs ago after flying from Australia to London. Thought it was good value. This time, not so. Bed was uncomfortable and tended to roll into the middle. Both vending machines were not working and I got chastised by the staff after I had to ask them on two occasions for my money back. Soon after they put up an out of order sign only on one of the machines. Bus to airport is convenient but we are the last stop for the bus so it is full. Lucky to get standing room. All in all, close to airport, reasonably easy to get there. Breakfast and Dinner was fine. Had to have door key retuned several times. Any proximity to phone wiped it clean. Could not get the bus ticket machine to work either.

Room was basic but fine; clean and spacious. The hallway to the room was untidy though with rubbish from guests shrewn outside their doors but still there the next morning.

We also presumed the onsite parking would be free for guests but was an additional £8 for 24 hours! I feel this was very misleading as it was a tactic to sell the rooms at a cheaper rate. While I was paying for my ticket another guest also asked me if parking was free.

It's still a good, cheap option if you need a room for a night for a flight/event nearby.

Quite good value as it's out of the way a bit. You need a key card to use the lift and stairs at this hotel. Pet friendly and clean. The only down side is that I've had gone off milk in my eggs for breakfast and on several occasions there been no soap in the bathroom to wash my hands

We have been staying at this hotel as a family every other week and found it very convenient. The staff is really friendly and helpful . Aaron who co-manages the hotel is one of the best staff member we ever met. I spent more than 250 nights in hotel every year so I can tell it. The hotel has been upgraded and the beds are really cozy. And last the price is reasonable. So will definitively recommend it!

8

Decent sized room, great service. Given the reasonable price and the relatively late check out (midday) it was a great option for a one night stay, after a return flight to the UK. Only real criticism is that it's not really all that close to the airport so the shuttle bus or a taxi is necessary and neither is cheap. No problems at all with the room though.

The hotel was nice and clean. Room was spacious but very basic. Most importantly it had a nice comfy bed and we had a good night's sleep. Staff were also very friendly. However, it claims to be a Terminal 5 hotel but is a 10 minute drive, with no obvious way to walk and the bus from the hotel to the terminal costs £5 just for 1 way which I think is extortionate. A return for 2 of us was £18. Also breakfast would have been an additional £9 each.

Pleasantly surprised. Just retuned from a 1 week holiday staying at the Travel Lodge Heathrow Terminal 5 with my family 2 adults & 2 children. Could not fault anything. The bed was confortable, the rooms was nice and clean and at breakfast there was such a selection (too many to list) and very tasty. For the price we paid, we thought would had excellent value for money. The children ate for free which was a bonus. We would definitely stay again and recommend to family & friends. Thank you staff for working so hard to make our stay memorable. Hughes Family

Good price for the area but they really need to sort their pillows out! This seems to be a common problem with Travelodge. They are absolutely awful and impossible to sleep on.

Location meant you could feel the planes flying low overhead as your slept which was unfortunate. Rooms were tidy enough, couple of stains on bed cloths but nothing to worry about, service was very friendly but no one was there when we came to check out at half 5 in the morning so we left our keycards on the desk.

We were taking the kids to theme parks and it was perfectly situated. Rooms were great although the single room was bigger than our family room even if the beds had been swapped. Location is good for the theme parks in the area as it's pretty central to Chessington, Thorpe Park & Legoland and it's right next to the M25 for access from all Directions. The rooms are nice and clean with lots of space and nice & comfy beds. The staff are very approachable and always smiling I wouldn't rate the breakfasts though as personally don't think they are value for money

Big Travelodge a few minutes From Heathrow Terminal 5. Average food, the typical soul destroying Travelodge generic room. Sometimes noisy guests keeping you awake. It's only saving grace is its proximity to the terminal and the sometimes bargain prices.

Its great for the price, paid £39 for a family room so can't complain. Less than 15 mins drive to terminal 4. Room spacious enough for family of 4. Rooms well insulated so can't hear the planes once you are asleep. We had a late dinner and food was good. Room I had was too far from lifts so I asked for closer room and this was done.

Right next to the M25 and Heathrow, so heavily accessible. Despite the location, it was really quiet in the room which was great. Comfy bed and all the essentials for a great price. Easy electronic check in and check our too. Only down side was that we had to pay for parking.

As we check in the staff are great and give our card in minutes however when going to the room one of the beds have an amazing mattress yet the other with lots of springs and rock hard. The bathroom area was okay however if wanting to take a bath there was no plughole for it so water wouldn't stay. When going to turn up the thermostat as it was freezing it only seemed to stay at a designated temperature. Slightly annoying as I had to sleep in cold with a thin layered cover. The morning however was great. The staff and food was excellent. Lots of choice to pick from.

Location was hard to find. However there is a shuttle that actually goes directly there from the airport! It's about £5 for a two way ticket on the shuttle. Bar and lounge is very nice and breakfast truelly was all you can eat. You can also order proper take away pizza straight from the bar!
Room was very spacious. Chair was uncomfortable however which was annoying when I was trying to work on the desk and window didn't open. Bath was amazing, deep and plenty of hot water. Bed was as always with travel lodge- very comfortable.

Took time to find this Place didn't see any tourist information boards telling me where it was. Ended up pulling in lay by and asking the police. And the police man said it's hard to find. Easy to drive past. Quick machine didn't print out my ticket so had to queue for it. Some of the carpets and not stuck down and have big bu bled in them. Accident waiting to happen. Tables in restaurant aren't that cleam and food took longer to arrive than stated. Couldn't swap kids drink for a fruit shoot. Expensive place to come. And staff are nit that helpful and friendly.

We (young family of 4) stayed between flights - arriving at the hotel at 10pm and leaving at 12pm the next day. We were disappointed not to have a great food selection when we arrived and the fact that breakfast finished at 10am. They actually had very little out for breakfast at 9:45 and we had to ask for a lot of things to be refilled. They had most things OK but they had ran out othwr hot food and we were told we were too late. There were 4 other tables all in the same situatio and the number of times we were asking for things almost became comical. The fact that the lights on the canteen were actually turned off before 10 did annoy me though.

The staff were very nice but it does seem like there is pressure for them to get things closed down on time as opposed to around customer needs.

Well what can I say the chicken tikka masala was in my opinion amazing and the female staff were polite and quite fit too!

However the main entrance obviously do not work considering the fact that they are open permanently and they have big giant portable heaters plugged in all around the foyer, cafe and bar which are all in one big open space at the entrance, obviously no logic there at all!

With regards to the elevators it takes about 20 minutes to get the machine to work as for some unknown reason they won't open unless u use ur room keycard at the elevator!

However on a plus side rooms are cheap as chips and best of all £3 for 24hrs wifi, he'll yeah!!

Another bonus the bar staff quite fit especially the ginger hair one that took my tikka masala order even though she stopped me from sitting in the comfy seats to eat and on another plus or 3.50 for a pint a lot cheaper than holiday inn Ariel.

Clean, tidy, cheap, handy for Terminal 5 (£5 single on the Hotel Hoppa every 30 mins).
You're close enough (about 20 mins by bus) but far enough to not suffer due to the noise of the air traffic.
The kids beds are pretty awful, ask for an extra duvet for the child to sleep on to soften the springs.
The staff are typical Travelodge: Robust (tough), speedy, slightly impatient and a bit stressed. That aside, good service.

Basic hotel at a basic price. For people complaining that the hotel isn't near terminal 5, Google your accommodation before you book. This is the closest hotel to terminal 5 by travellodge. They didn't try to deceive you you're just thick.

The hotel is a standard travellodge: clean, minimal, short term stay fodder. Parking space is limited and on a first come first serve basis. Again this is mentioned on the website but beware :) I got the last space. Not tonight, I didn't rob it from you - the night I stayed. :D

We did not stay at this Hotel, as we arrived with the wrong bus.
It was raining and the wind was very unkind outside the Hotel, our phones were not working and we had no way of getting to the correct hotel. Kate, a young woman in the reception made everything better. She called the correct hotel to confirm our booking, ordered us a taxi and got us some tea while we waited. She made an awfully long day better with her kind words and amazing smile!

So thank you Kate, for helping us out and being such a great soul.
