We stayed here for the football at Wembley. (man city 💙) its a great location only 25/30 mins walking distance to the ground. Rooms very tidy and clean.. The lovely man on the desk🌟 harsha 🌟had great customer service. He was very polite and pleasant. This is the kind of person you need/ want on a hotel reception desk 😁🌟🌟. The beds are also very comfortable.

Hotel itself is just what you would expect from a travelodge. Rooms clean and tidy but fairly basic. Ample onsite parking at around £8 a day. However hotel is some distance from Wembley stadium etc and is situated on an industrial area next to the North Circular road. Very little to do nearby without a taxi ride somewhere else.

I wanted to score this Travelodge 5*, it's amazing for being located right in the middle of one of the busiest parts of the North circular. View isn't great but from your large, well spaced room (by well spaced I mean everything is in the right place so you get the most out of your rooms size, which is normally massive anyway) you hardly notice the clouds of smoke from nearby factories...but seriously it's great! The staff however can be very unnecessarily...challenging to deal with at times. For instance I wanted to take my, PAID, breakfast up to my PAID room, and this one worker tried to stop me telling me I'm not allowed. Never been stopped before, never had this issue in another Travelodge (which I use ALL THE TIME, almost 60times a year) yet she had a problem with it, mainly becuase she thought I'd be taking it up for someone...lets be honest. I've even had staff just wonder into my room while I'm getting dressed at 10am...I mean......seriously!? Simply put the staff suck!!

Decent, rooms are clean and somewhat spacious. Shower is big enough for 2 to fit so very spacious. Have all your basic necessities such as tea, coffee and decafe coffee. Parking out side is £8 for 24 hours pretty expensive but safe.

Spacious clean room and friendly staff...good breakfast...location wise not very great if one needs to visit central london but its a trade off for low cost

People working at reception are not customer oriented. They just hang around, having fun, chill out... I was thinking that I was disturbing them...
My pyjamas was dropped on the floor the next morning when the room was cleaned.
But the price is ok and the food is ok. Even they didn’t have pizza base when we arrived.
It is not too bad per total.

Nice hotel, staff were friendly, room wasn't completely clean when checking in. Thankfully I can't sleep through noisy cars. If you can't, I don't suggest this place. But if you can it is a nice cheap suggestion close to 2 tube stations and right next to a bus stop.

Nice enough place. High standard for travel lodge. No air con in the rooms but there is air con in the bar / restaurant. Be sure to get an even numbered room to be away from the north circular. Trust me it's noisy. Your nearest tube station is Stonebridge Park maybe 10 mins walk away. Leave an hour early to visit the Ace Cafe on your way to the station. Great food and drinks at great prices. If you are a petrol head you will love it. Something going on most nights of the week.

No complaints with my stay. It was half the price than staying in central London. Clean / modern room and nice breakfast. I did have a noisy neighbour who kept slaming the door but that's not any fault of the hotel.

The staff were helpful, the room was comfortable, the shower was great. We left too early to try breakfast. However, they did arrange for coffee, cereal and croissants for us.

About a 7 minute walk to the underground and you go right past one of London's biggest biking historys cafes ace cafe which on a Friday and Saturday night can get quite lively. Hotel is clean staff that we spoke with were friendly. It's a travel lodge at the end of the day nothing special but you could do alot worse. Loads of parking plus some free ones on the street

Far away from Wembley park station. If you want to stay near the Wembley park and the shopping destinations , Indian restaurants and other cuisine you can book the other Travelodge available in Wembley. Rooms were big , liked the breakfast hall pity big.

Good place to stay for a night or two. Ask for a room on the higher floors to reduce noise of North Circular Road. Good for car parking. Friendly staff too.

Ok as a base to travel into London. It is on a very busy main road that serves a local industrial estate. Not alot to do around the hotel. Room was comfortable though the bed was not as comfortable as you would expect from a chain like this. Shower and toilet cleanliness could have been improved.

Cheap and cheerful. Rooms on lower floors are susceptible to noise from the adjacent busy A road. Good price for London though even for a basic room.

Location could be better as it's on an industrial estate however it was clean with minimal noise from the road. The breakfast was good. Service felt a little slow usually due to only one person on the front desk

Great staff and spacious room! The steam sets off the fire alarm though. Also, it seemed as if mold was coming out of a hole in the shower. But other than that this hotel is amazing! Great food as well!

We had the family room. The main bed was very nice, but the 2 smaller beds for the kids were very unconfy as the metal frame was extremely prominent below. Aside from this, the food was excellent and overall it was a good experience.

8

Good hotel although the location isn't. Ask for a room at the rear of the hotel to escape the rise of the North Circular road.
If your budget is tight this is fine, 15 minutes walk to Hangar Lane tube for an easy ride to central London. 112 bus stops right outside.

Easy to find from the tube station, lovely staff, couldn't hear a thing from the busy northern circular that is right outside the front door which made my night very peaceful. And they pull a good pint too!

7

In general, well maintained, clean, friendly, & with a good breakfast offer. However, the hotel looks a little like a prison with tall fencing at the front (plus a good view of the busy inner circular road from rooms facing this side too). Walking to Stonebridge Park station from the hotel - after sunset - could be a little worrying for some.

7

Clean and tidy rooms, food in the restaurant isn't great but still edible. Only downside is that it is like a sauna in the rooms, and having the main road on the front of the hotel, makes it really noisy if you have your windows open. Always try to ask for a room on the back of the hotel.

Avoid if possible. Next to main road that is busy near constantly. No lights in the corridors when we arrived had to use phone light to identify room. Food was undercooked, pizza base was doughy. One card machine could take payments via AMEX the other couldn't. Outdated decor and fan that was covered in dust, So much that the fan blades were black and left me concerned about the overall cleanliness.

Staff were very nice. Hotel room was far too hot and opening the window only served to drown the room with noise from the ring road the hotel looks over. Breakfast was pleasant. Usual English and continental self serve buffet.

This place was great for our week trip to London. It's cheap but has everything you need. It's about a 20 min walk from the nearest tube station and 30 min walk to Wembley Stadium. Far cheaper staying here and catching the tube into the centre than staying in the centre.

Only problem we had was they said they would not replace the towels left on the rail but they replaced them every time.

Very comfortable room, good location for central London, good was nice and recently priced, and the room itself was very good value as well. Comes recommended from me, and if I ever come back to London I wouldn't think twice about staying here again.

Great food and service, the room was very clean & tidy. My only complaint would be that it was extremely hot in there, however this was to be expected and there was a fan provided. I would absolutely use this hotel again in the future.

8

Friendly and helpful staff who were happy to give directions and the usual awesome comfy bed. Staying in July, the room got very hot even with the window open, (they do provide a fan which is very welcome). Outside is noisy but that should be expected given the location.

Great transport links including a bus stop right outside, although the walk from the many tube stations can feel a bit unsafe at night. Solved that issue with very short and cheap Uber rides.

10

Lots of parking available when you get to the hotel, service is good, rooms always have at least one master bed and at least one single bed. All rooms have TVs and a bathroom with a shower. Haven't eaten anything other than breakfast, which is well priced, and unlimited in the mornings, with choices ranging from cereal and yoghurt to a full English breakfast, which is terrific, whatever you want to possibly eat. Have stayed at the hotel lots of times now, and have been impressed every time, thoroughly enjoying the stay

8

Rooms very clean and a comfortable bed. The room temperature was a bit to warm and as we were facing out onto the main north circular road, having the window open, the traffic was to load even late at night. Only a 15 minute walk to the underground which is ideal if going into the city. Also it's ideal for staying in if you are going to Wembley stadium.

Good price for what you get. Plenty of space and bed was comfortable. The corridors and room had a really stuffy smell unfortunately, whilst it's not unbearable it was a bit off putting.

Pleasant stay. 2 sets of double glazed windows on each room [equivalent to quadruple glazed] keeps the nasty road noise out really well. Decent rooms and bathroom facilities. Good service.

5

Hotel was clean and staff are great. Rooms are very basic and showers lacking much power. If you're working in the area it'll be a great hotel but as a tourist like myself you'll probably find it's quite far out of the way and any money saved on the good rates will be spent and then some in time and money in getting to where you want to go. I would definitely stay here again if I had something to do in the area though.

Generally pretty good hotel if you don't mind the gentle roar of the North Circular in the background. Easy enough to drive to, big cat park or free parking if you're lucky outside. Short walk to two tubes nearby.

Did the job. Helpful staff. Offered me food beyond midnight, and plenty of breakfast. Slept/showered comfortably. Couldn't ask for much more. Was not sure how to get water for provided kettle/ general hydration, maybe the tap but it had no sign that it as drinkable so I didn't risk it. Also the times for breakfast were not stated anywhere (served till 11).

I was slightly worried about potential traffic noise from the North Circular before booking but it really wasn't a problem. The staff at this Travelodge have been well picked and trained! They really are a credit to their employer, friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was really good too. Of course, just my luck that some moron decided to have a cigarette in his room at 4.00am and set all the alarms off. Even so, the staff were very apologetic and as I said to them, thanks, but it wasn't their fault! I wouldn't hesitate to stay again if needs require it. Thanks to the staff for an enjoyable stay :-)

Everything was fine. Would have been good if they told us that there was only the small menu available that evening (1.1.2017) when we booked the room. It is not a problem as there is plenty available not too far away.

Budget hotel with basic services , fine if you just need a place to rest and not too fussed about ordering take away or travelling upto a restaurant couple miles away (eg: Wembley, Neasden, Park Royal)

A tidy hotel. Room was as expected. Very quiet. The breakfast was standard. My only constructive feedback is that it was a longer walk from the tube than i expected 15min and through quite a dark dodgy area. Was a little concerned.

Was very clean room, fantastic bed. The only thing that concerned me is the amount of people hanging around in the lobby area, who looked like they came there waiting for their friends or guest of the hotel. Basically the lack of staff in that area. Mind you it was 5.30am on a Sunday!

lots of bad reviews which is a shame. I bring my boys to London once or twice a year and we always stay here. if there are events on at Wembley then prices do go up, we don't stay in these periods. For one night stay and 3 all you can eat breakfasts I don't pay more than £55. They offer 2 16 and unders eat free per adult for breakfast and it is excellent value and the food is good. Have eaten off the bar menu once and that was good too. Travelodges are basic hotels but this one is not a bad one. Plus 24 parking for £5!! I live in Cambridge and that is non existent!!
