This is my favorite place to stay in the Bryan/College Station area. The rooms are clean, the beds are very comfortable and it has a full kitchenette. Not just a mini fridge but a full size one, a 2 burner stove and microwave. The staff there is one of their best features, the ladies are very friendly and very helpful. I hope to return some.

The rooms were clean and well maintained. The room had a full size refrigerator as well as a 2 range stove top and counter space to boot. The staff was very friendly and helpful they even let me know that if you stay the whole month you get the tax back. I would pick this place again on my next visit. Thank you

Room has a kitchenette for extended stays but do not expect plush amenities. The hotel had a cut rate deal so got two nights for about $100..... That makes it worth it. If you are trying to get the best bang for your buck.... Its a good value.... If you are wanting to relax and be pampered... This is not the hotel for you.

I only visited briefly, but beds seemed nice, the tv was large, and there was a small stove surface. Seems like a nice suite.

My boyfriend and I were going to be in town for one night during Ring Dunk Weekend. The hotel prices for everywhere were ridiculously high. Eventually, I found this place. It seemed much cleaner and nicer than many of the other options. We booked through Expedia. When we got here, the attendant told us that there had been a mixup in our booking due to an error in Expedia’s system. However, she kindly helped us and even gave us a huge discount. She was very friendly and helpful. Our room was extremely clean. I usually find comforters in hotels extremely itchy. This, on the other hand, was different. It was extremely smooth and not itchy at all. Neither the room nor bathroom had any unpleasant odors. The bed was comfortable. The AC turns on and off based on the temperature. The room had nice faux wood floors as opposed to the dreaded carpet, which made it seem even cleaner. Checkin and checkout process was fairly quick. I highly recommend this if you are in town and need an overnight place to stay. We will definitely be returning for more alumni events.

This place is not the best but is a cute little place given the price. I'm comfortable but it does have some flaws. The laundry room isn't always in the best condition but I have few complaints.

I like to the room is clean well-lit , bed is bit hard for my back but I live in a flood zone and this places within a mile from my home makes it easy for me to get there which is a help because I don't like living in my flood zone area

Very clean, and very friendly staff. Very affordable, especially if you're staying a week or more, if you know what to expect... they do have mini kitchens, but NO utensils, pans, plates, etc. Not even a coffee maker. We brought our own stuff, though, and we were all set!

Everything's cool but to be across the way from the office and pay $20 for the "fast" internet and for it to never work is infuriating. If I'm standing in the hallway outside my door all my devices work but literally as I go in my room nothing can even find a signal. If you are a person that needs wifi for work this is not the hotel you want!!!

Very cheap modern day Motel. Basic dorm room furniture. It maybe good if you are tired and need to pull off the road to rest. Not a place for couples or families. Kim, the manager and location are the only good I can report.

Been here twice: the rooms are clean and neat. One room had a mildewy smell. It's a great go-to for someone who needs a place. And free wifi

This hotel can best be described as basic. It's clean, the lady at the desk was nice but the rooms are just plain. There's also little to no amenities. Right down the front desk closing at night and no staff being on site. No iron in the rooms, no super plush towels or bedding. Just cheap, clean and basic.

I checked in when they were still Value Place Inn and you had to pay for the internet. Wood spring suites doesn't charge for the WiFi so they say. Well I am still paying for the WiFi and it is a huge waste of money. When there has been only 10 to 13 cars in the parking lot, the WiFi doesn't work. My brand new laptop (which can run engineering software flawlessly) could not even load the Google homepage, it took about 15 minutes for the Google homepage to load. Another thing was the front office on Saturday was open from 12 - 4. The cleaning lady who was supposed to change the sheets my 2nd week of being there didn't do her job. The sheets were not changed because there was a stain on the left side of the sheets and when I got back from class the ssain was still there. If I had to come back for school again I would definitely not stay here again.

I stayed for one night and for a cheap motel, it was pretty nice. The strange thing to me was you had to check in at 3 and the front desk closed at 4 on Saturday which is a very narrow window to check in. We also had a bug problem in the small kitchen at night, but the staff responded promptly and gave us a different room. A bit of trouble and we are still debating whether we would return again.

Full size fridge is nice. Not a lot of counter space if you plan on cooking, but no problems with the range and having a full sized microwave is always a bonus. Sparsely furnished, but adequate.

I stayed here 4 months and it was a very pleasent stay. The rooms are very clean and modern. The staff is very courteous and extremely helpful. The rates are very reasonable especially for a kitchenette room. It is also secure requiring a key to access any farther than the front desk. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is that Internet is $10/week, which is not unreasonable however in this day and age Internet should be included at no extra charge.
Bottom line: I'd stay here another 4 months
