The hotel is overpriced . Also, I paid for the hotel 3 weeks in advance on my credit card and when I got there and didn't have the same card with me, they didn't accept the booking so we had to pay it again and they said that they would refound the money and I signed for it immediately. 2 weeks after I still didn't get the money back so I called them . We found out that they didn't even do the refound so I wonder if I hadn't called them about it then I would have never got my money back so I had ended up paying twice ? They couldn't even explain their mistake.... Also if you go there, don't forget that you pay city tax at the check out, which we weren't informed about.

It just an average hotel & restaurant. It’s near the bus & taxi station. Location is quite ideal. Sea side is just walking distance. Behind there huge green park. Basically very calm place.

Very nice hotel. It's very grand and was intrigued how they managed to get these very natural forest like smells in the building. The food was outstanding and the pool and gym areas were pretty nice but small. The water was too hot for the summer and overwhelmed by annoying families with children. They may consider banning children. We had a nice room looking over the horse race track with the sea behind that. it was very quiet and relaxing. We went there as i was doing business nearby but as a holiday location I will be going to the more beautiful coastal areas in spain.

Belle hotel mais un gros manque d'entretien de la part du personnelle, parlons maintenant de l'accueil qui n'est pas au niveau de cette hotel, les seul personne correct et qui font leurs métier son les femmes de chambres.

Superbe hôtel .. Le personnel de l'hôtel et de la restauration au top !!!! Le chef du restaurant mérite 1 étoile .... Un vrai régal et vraiment pas cher du tout ...le service est au top .. Gentillesse et sourire du personnel nous donne l'envie d'y retourner rapidement...

La camera è molto spaziosa e pulita, buona la pulizia del bagno.
Bella la piscina con la spa.
WiFi un po' instabile.
Colazione non compresa nella tariffa della camera.
Parcheggio disponibile ma a pagamento.
Il personale è abbastanza antipatico e indisponente.
Pessima gestione dei pagamenti: mi hanno prima del mio arrivo verificato la carta per l'intero importo della camera, poi al mio arrivo mi hanno fatto pagare una cauzione di 100 € (sempre con la carta di credito), infine, alla partenza, mi hanno fatto pagare ancora una volta l'intero importo della prenotazione.
Chiedendo spiegazioni mi hanno detto che poi avrebbero stornato i primi due movimenti. Ovviamente lo hanno fatto ma intanto mi sono ritrovato con una bella sforbiciata al plafond della carta con tutti i problemi che possono nascere nella gestione dei pagamenti successivi della vacanza.
