Estuve en el hotel Vincci Soma para un evento de empresa durante dos días y tanto la estancia en el hotel como en el auditorio de trabajo fue excelente. Estuvimos trabajando en el salón azul, con capacidad para más de 100 personas (justo lo acababan de reformar) y la experiencia fue estupenda. El trato exquisito.

Great hotel if you want to stay as a local but close to downtown, amazing personnel and decent, perhaps overpriced breakfast.

Staff was friendly enough, rooms were clean... Unfortunately the floor of the elevator felt unstable. The ac turns off in the rooms so when you get back it can be sweltering. For some reason many times it smelled like smoke was being pumped into my room through the ac. I don't know if staff are smoking by the AC units or what. The time are small and laid out oddly.

The hotel is fine. Room are clean. Ask for a 40% reduction for dinner - it makes it goo value.

Good location. The hotel interior is quite dated. My bed was pretty awful.

The front desk staff was really nice. We arrived early for check-in and they offered us an alternative to our three bedroom. The apartment was simply perfect. I would definitely recommend the hotel. We used the parking facilities and they let us stay a little bit longer after checking out and that gave us the chance to have a relaxed meal

Great location great breakfast everybody so friendly. Expect in the room AC didn't work very well and we had two twin beds like double bed form the beds keep getting apart and one was really uncomfortable.

The hotel is nice and quite central. However, the staff needs to work on its processes. In four days we run out of toilet paper twice in the room. We dined at the restaurant twice and both times everything went wrong with the desert (they forgot the coffee, we waited more than 30 mins for desert, then got the wrong desert etc.). The food, however, was very good for the price. Also, the rooms look very good.

Great location, clean and comfortable

Don't take room 725 it is TINY, about 18-20 Sq m. You have to sit on the foot of the bed to watch the TV. Only lamps for lighting in the bed desk area. Not for people who need to start early as breakfast is only served from 7 and the 'picnic' pack alternative is disappointing. Shower room has no ventilation so quickly steams up unless you leave the door open. Room is kept clean and hotel overall is well looked after

I went to a professional event. I had been there before, in the same room. It was ok. What I like the most is the little interior terrace where the cocktail took place, it was very nice.

Very nice stay here but in the coridors and unfortunatelly in my room strong smell of cigaretes.. And Very slov and low capacity ekevatores

Everything was perfect. The breakfast wonderful, lots of choices for everybody's tastes.

El hotel se encuentra en la calle de Goya, las habitaciones no tienen nada especial, una cama, un escritorio y un baño. El desayuno es normal, como menu libre de toda la vida. Para pasar un par de noches esta bien

Placed right in the "Barrio de Salamanca" and in front of a Metro station. The rooms have been renovated recently and are bright and airy, well equipped and nicely decorated. The breakfast buffet is quite good.

Nice hotel in central location. Rooms are clean, breakfast plenty, rates reasonable.

Hotel was nice and clean, very accommodating. Loses a Star because their central air conditioning wasn't on, on the account that it was March (but over 25 degrees Celsius nonetheless).

The food was great and the staff was also very kind. The discount offered by El Tenedor was also very attractive.

Located in the middle of Salamanca area, recently renewed rooms and great morning buffet. Really good price quality relationship.

I really loved this place. It's located in a lovely neighborhood, very close to a subway station (Goya). My room was great and had everything. Didn't try the restaurant and the disco, but they are in the building. They also have a parking. Definitely will be back

The building definitely looks dated if you look just right, but for the most part the owners have done well to modernize the interior with aesthetically pleasing furniture and decor. I stayed with my girlfriend for a week and we found the price reasonable.

The hotel is centrally located near local markets and most importantly the metro!

The staff is truly quite helpful and courteous and they speak english! Whenever we needed something printed they didn't have a business center, but the front desk always had it ready for us whenever we needed upon request. Would stay here again.
