Location is the best part of this hotel. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was fine if a little dated but no issues. Room was only cleaned once during our stay even though we had the sign on the door to have it cleaned multiple times. Overall I would stay here again and we enjoyed our stay.

This is the place you really can enjoy your stay, quite ,clean, friendly, safe and worth every penny . This is our 7th coming back place we just love it here, we come to South beach once or twice every year ,we stayed at other properties which is cost more which spouse to be better but unfortunately wasn't so we always come back here and won't change it ever, it's like our Florida home, just love it.

Hotel was nice and clean. This isn't an extravagant place, but the location is great!! Just a block from South Beach and walking distance to restaurants ance shopping. The hotel was very quiet at night which was surprising because of the close proximity to Ocean Dr. The hotel staff was welcoming, accommodating and awesome! Will definitely stay here the next time I visit Miami Beach.

I have literally seen broom closets on a boat larger than the (stale smelling) room I stayed in. For $200/night one would expect more.

The hotel is in a GREAT location! A block over from Ocean Dr. and near all the restaurants, bars, and stores. The hotel is dated, and offers actual keys instead of a keycard. The breakfast is a waste, it's HORRIBLE. Breakfast consists of coffee, orange juice, and stale pastries.

Overall, I would stay again, but I wish I didn't have to leave my hotel to get breakfast when I've already paid to have it.

When checking in there was no one to greet us or anything. There was just an old man playing a game on his phone near the front desk. I had no idea he worked there until he said "can I help you". The room was okay, the bed was comfy, the wifi sucked, but it was very clean. They gave us beach chairs and towels to use but the chairs were basically broken so it was a waiste on carrying them to the beach. The breakfast was terrible. They only had coffee and bread. The bread was stale. Overall it was an okay spot to stay, everything was close and since they do not have valet parking then we had to park our car in a parking garage 3 blocks away, which sucked.

Nice clean and more or less quiet. I liked it, all in all too expensive for what it is though.

Nice retro looking hotel with WiFi and an undeniably great location in the midst of the art Deco part. No full day parking spots available.

I was in Miami on 6-19-2013 until 6-23-2013, and I have to say that this is one of the Best Hotels I have stayed in since my first visit to Miami, the hotel itself is in a great location, the staff is wonderful, the rooms let me tell you about the rooms they are very clean and very nice the bathroom is kind of small but I love the shower, this hotel will be where I will stay on every visit that I plan to take to Miami, I also will be recommending this hotel to all of my family and friends. The Viscay is a great place to stay and if you are in need of a very nice hotel that is in the middle of everything give them a try and its very affordable, my only issue was the parking but when I informed the staff of the issues they took care of it right away, in closing I would like to say Thank You to the Viscay staff for making this a wonderful trip.
