Great Hotel! Their buffet is to die for. Went there for an event. The staff were very friendly. I also went for a function (ball) there at vivere and dare I say it was superb, very professional and the lobby was extremely fancy. The only downside about this hotel is that the drop off area there isn't really much of a drop off it's more of a just the side of road kind of thing so it was hard when being dropped off.

This place is very elegant, formal, and perfect to be a venue for an event, to have a staycation, to chill and such. There facilities are so pleasing on the eyes since its aesthetically decorated or designed. The architecture on the place is so perfect. The views on the rooftop is so amazing and the environment is very much enlightening.

Exceptionally friendly and approachable staff! Their rooms are pretty and feel rather homey. The views from the Nest restaurant are breath taking and with the aid of live Jazz music and the city lights, it can be a very romantic spot for dinner or drinks.

The Nest on the top floor has a smoking area. The Nest still has that upscale feel. a lot of Caucasian and businessmen frequent the place. A jazz band keeps patrons entertained.

They have shuttle ride within Alabang vicinity like most hotels in the area which is nice when you wanna get out and go around the place. They will provide you anything you need fast. The room is so big and has a nice view. Can be easily located.

We stopped in for some mid morning coffee and snacks. The staff were very informative, gracious and accommodating. The food was great and the view overlooking the bay was top notch!

The Nest restaurant is lovely being situated on the 31st floor. The atmosphere is very chill and the food is a nicely sized portion and priced fairly reasonable. The hotel itself feels very luxury as well. In the future, I may consider staying here.

Location is perfect. Right next to the festival mall (2 minute walk) which has tons of restaurants, a supermarket, pharmacy, banks, salons, activities for kids. They have courtesy shuttle that will take you to nearby places and will pick you up. This is a nice service to have. The staff are very accommodating and go out of their way to help you. Customer service is superb here. Parking is part of the hotel stay and is complimentary. The rooms are clean, come with a little fridge and tiny freezer, coffee maker but no microwave. You can order room service and the food is spectacular. I ordered the Asian soup ( ramen with seafood) which was an excellent meal after a long day. They have a kids play area which is really for kids under 4, a Jacuzzi, gym with trainers and a spa service. They have a sushi restaurant which I can't really say anything about since I didn't try but the nest restaurant at the top floor has an awesome view. They have a live band on the weekends with all you can drink wine as long as you buy tapas. Definitely will stay here when in alabang. I prefer it over crimson.

This is our go to staycation spot . Nice location just steps away from shopping at festival mall and the new landmark mall that just opened. Also just a 20 minute walk to one of two hospitals . Our son really enjoyed the pool. The included buffet breakfast was pretty good. All of the staff were top notch. And provided us with 5 star service.

We dined at the Nest and it have a nice evening view of the surroundings. During our visit there were strong winds so it's nice for girls to not wear dresses that can be easily blown away. We ordered salmon and lamb shank. The salmon was great but the lamb shank is just okay. The staffs are welcoming and accomodating. The music band that night is also great. A visit will definitely worth the try.

Experienced The Nest for the first time... food options is very small compared to price but it's very well worth it!! The food is fantastic! Amazing view of the lake and Alabang business center as well!

Came here for a two-day stay-out seminar. The function room is ok, well lighted and ventilated. It's a bit dated but facilities work just fine. The food tastes good, so 4-stars for that.

Vivere....! You were amazing! You gave us a feeling of home even though we were thousands of miles away from our home in the United States.

It was a stone's throw away from Vivere to the Asian Hospital ....Those daily happy greetings and lots of smiles coming from your staff gave us a sense of good karma!

You gave us a a feeling of hope everytime you took and pick us... to and from the hospital. Indeed they were all pleasant rides and informative ....not to mention those shuttle services were all complimentary! Wow!

At the end of a long day and a stressfull night, your late night shift front desk agent Gerry Tolentino was very welcoming and offered suggestions on where we can unwind. " The Nest" ... dining in the sky did relaxed us with the splendor of its spectacular view! A huge selection of food and drinks was a big plus! Breakfast was very tasty and savory.. Your spa was very inviting as well....

Your concierge knew and demonstrated what guest services is all about ... a mere professional reminder for us to check our daily email was one perfect example and it was very accessible at the business lounge... it was a nice and a cozzy spot!

This experience was so memorable for all of us.....

Very nice hotel! No fuzz and swift check-in. Huge room complete with amenities. Towels and sheets are immaculately clean which is tops for me! Great view from the Skylounge (rooftop resto). It was raining when we had our early dinner so no chance to capture a sunset pic! 😉 We enjoyed the free breakfast esp. the crispy bacon, superb! The staff are nice and accommodating. I feel secured in this hotel. Great choice!

Open roof restaurant over look the neighborhood. The food was mediocre but the potion is huge. On a side note, left my watch on the table while dinning, couldn't get it back the day after. Meh...

Dining: love the jazz band that plays in the background helped by having a beautiful view of Alabang and Laguna Lake. Rooms: nice and cozy especially for the executive suite given to us. Very spacious even for a room at this price! Will surely be my first pick if i drop by Alabang again.

It's a good hotel on a good location. It also offers a cheaper alternative compared to the newer hotels nearby. Their suits offer clean and quiet rooms and also the restaurant upstairs offers a view of the city and Laguna lake.

We had a REALLY nice stay. The rooms are huge, the view is beautiful, and the decor is easy to the eyes.

Service was great! It had a kids playroom which my son had the chance to use this facility. He had a great time. Food on 'The Nest' was great even though their ala carte menu is small food quality is great! Breakfast buffet is great. Staff are very friendly and nice.
