Children aged 12 and above are considered as full paying adult and pay EUR 10.00 in case of using an extra bed. Our buffet breakfast is free of charge for children up to and including 5 years. For children aged 6 to 11 it will be charged with 50 percent of the regular rate. Children 12 and above will be charged with the regular rate.

The hotel is in an excellent location right in the center of Darmstadt. The hotel was clean and very well maintained. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The restaurant next door was tasty. All the service was good. The only complaint I have is that the pillows really were just pillow cases with a little air in them. There was no support for your head & neck at all.

Great location only few minutes walk from the square where several restaurants. Castle museum is across the road. Nice small green area for morning walk/run behind the hotel. Excellent breakfast and comfortable rooms. Common areas a bit worn out or boring but still probably the best hotel in town.

I was attending a conference at the Darmstadtium which is around the corner from the Welcome Hotel.
You can cast YouTube or Netflix to the room screen, I really appreciated that.
Breakfast is good but a little bit overpriced.
