Lovely hotel and atmosphere. We arrived and a very large family reunion was just getting started and we were still checked in quickly. My husband and son loved the indoor pool. Thank you for the pleasant stay!

Very nice atmosphere. My room had its own balcony. The hotel is off the road in a wooded location. It's a very quiet area with a fountain in the front. Very good for either a romantic get away or for business. Room service is provided, but is a little pricey. There are a lot of nice restaurants that are close by. Rooms usually range around $125 a night. Can't wait to go back again.

Older property, but beautiful property, with great staff. Rooms above average but needing renovation. Plans to do so. When done will be excellent. Right now deal with slow drain sinks and issues like that. I can recommend now with caveats but when it's renovated it will be very nice.

This should be a five star hotel all the amenities and how nice the staff. Quiet safe upscale location. Great for if you have a family, business, single or just to get away. Very nice property.

This place is not good. Terrible customer service from the front desk to the bar.
The restaurant isn't even open.
The bar food is terrible. The bartender disappears for 20 minutes or more.
Absolutely zero social skills though the entire house.
It's supposed to be a 4 star hotel, but it operates at 2.5 at best.
So many issues that I can't even list here.
Just avoid it.

My husband and I enjoyed a great one-night stay at the Peachtree City Hotel & Conference Center while I was in town for an event. The staff were so helpful and attentive. We might have had a near-disastrous experience with an iron that decided it wanted to be fireworks instead. The staff was quick to see to the problem, replace it, and triple check that we were all right. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely be staying here.

Great stay so far. Rooms are clean, the pool is fantastic! Maintenance staff super friendly. Very pretty city, not far from all the attractions. Would definitely recommend staying here

I’m having the strangest hotel experience of my life. This place was probably so rad in 1999. There is a major renovation going on so maybe new life can spawn again for this hotel, but In the meantime, stay elsewhere! Or just stay one night, it’s cool for that. I’m staying here with my mom and my three kids we are transient military. We stayed for six weird nights. When we booked the place we were told there was on sight laundry. So, I went to wash clothes and was told I couldn’t use the laundry room, because it was in the renovation zone. Well my kids need clean clothes so I snuck into the laundry room and did two loads..I’m apparently a horrible person for this and the general manager sent out an email stating that we could not use the laundry facility. I get it...liability and what not. But seriously that is why we booked this place. The gym is huge and I worked out every day. But, the work men take their morning poos in the bathroom there... So get ready for a steady stream of gross dudes heading in to hit the pot. Some of the staff is super cool some are so rude. All of the golf carts are broken don’t try to rent one. We asked for adjoining rooms and they confirmed, but we didn’t get them. Blame it on the renovation. My pretzel bun on my burger was moldy but that didn’t even bother me!! Leaky roof tiles, weirdest vibes ever... This has been totally weird and I’ll always remember my stay at this whacko artifact from Y2K...

Excellent experience. The rooms were quiet and comfortable. Private balconies. Down alternative comforter. The hotel was under renovation. Some small repairs needed the sink stopper didnt work and the soap dish in the shower was discolored. These were minor items. The pool is beautiful. As is the courtyard. The restaurant was delicious and much better than expected. By the way parking is in the back...Enjoyed my time and would definitely return.

I recently hosted a two-day event for my company here. The staff went above and beyond my expectations during every step: breakfast, lunch, and snacks we're served as expected but the staff were very nice and attentive. See real attattendees told me the bread pudding was the best they've ever had! Conference room set up was perfect and when I realized I hadn't asked for enough chairs they were provided within minutes.

The service here is excellent, and the accommodations are very clean. But... the overall property is dated, although well kept. I only call this out because I travel frequently, and the "dated-ness" was obvious enough to potentially put off other travelers. But, if you're looking for a clean place with stellar customer service, you won't go wrong here.

The staff was friendly, the facilities were clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows were fantastic and I liked the private balcony. The water pressure in the shower was a little bit less than great and that's my only comment close to a complaint.

7

Great property and can't wait for their planned upgrades. Toiletries are wonderful. Lobby and pool area are lovely. Bar staff was pretty unfriendly and did not serve me the right drink. Wasn't worth another 10 min to get his attention and get it corrected. For $15, I expected better service.

The conference center is very functional. The food options were great for snacks and lunch. The conference rooms were a bit cold. Though there were issues from time to time with the availability of restrooms and the cleanliness given the volume of attendees. Overall it was a great experience and location.

Found this place ages ago on a spur of the moment need to stay someplace with my wife and infant son. Great staff. Good pricing for a last minute selection. Right near the lake with access to the cart paths. Clean inside. Has a pool. Pretty grounds.

Stayed here for a week. Beautiful hotel and has a feeling being secluded. Staff was always nice and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. Would definitely stay again if traveling in this area. Did not get to enjoy the pool area, but it looks awesome.

Would have been 5 stars if it didn't take 20-30 minutes to get the hot water working in my room each day. Was here on business, quiet area and the staff was very accommodating and polite. Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable.

I enjoy this hotel vrry much. I've visited it several times and hsve recommended it to others. The amenities are very nice, but the biggest draw is its customer service, in all my visits I have never been disappointed in it.

8

Excellent hotel! The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The food is excellent and they have a good variety at their buffet!

My only complaint is that unlike most people I take showers at night and I must have been at the farthest point from the hot water heater since it took 30 minutes to get hot water from the tap. Thus the loss in one star. You'd think a hotel that nice in every other aspect would have on demand hot water heaters close enough that I could expect hot water in a reasonable time frame.

...oh and I ate so well I literally gained 7 pounds in 1 week, but that's on me, not them.

Would totally recommend to anyone and everyone.

While in the process of moving to the area, I stayed here multiple times. The room and balcony were always clean. The beds and pillows could have been more supportive. The lobby looks to have been recently renovated. It's a nice place to play a game of chess or read. The restaurant was good for breakfast but you have to pay extra. The pool/gym area is very nice. The outdoor hot tub has not been working for months though (good thing there's an indoor one too). Also the men's locker room has a steam room that isn't advertised but works great! This is the place I would recommend you stay when visiting the area.

Conference center is spacious, well thought out, rooms are comfortable. Surrounded by wooded park-like area with ample parking. Even has a dog park, bar and restaurant. I don't think 'd go there for a family trip, but for meeting space it fits the bill. A little hard to find the entrance from the road, and located in a congested area.

Cruelty free shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion. 2 bottles of water in the room and a coffee maker. Very clean modern rooms with large flat screen TVs. I believe every room has a balcony. Our room had a view of the guest parking lot. We had the option of an upgrade to a view of the pool area. There are two chairs and a little table on the balcony. A bar and 2 restaurants in the hotel. An outdoor swimming pool with different sections. An indoor swimming pool with a hot tub. A gym with exercise machines, raquetball court and another court, maybe indoor volleyball. The ladies and men's bathrooms have showers and a steam room. Pool towels provided in the pool area. Beautifully landscaped with a fountain in front of the main entrance. Rocking chairs on the porch. We stayed here many years ago and took a trail to the lake. A shuttle bus was provided to a concert happening that night. There wasn't a sign in the lobby so we weren't able to take advantage of that. We saw the shuttle bus with the hotel's logo dropping guests off at the show. There was a rock block on the way back from the concert at the Fred amphitheatre just a few miles away when we were driving back from the concert. There is a Kroger/Target shopping center nearby with several restaurants. There are plenty of places to shop and eat nearby.

So far just ok ....Breakfast waaay to SALTY potatoes -bacon -sausage ... Complementary breakfast.$5more for hot items. Elevator is broken (2) There's a convention therefore hard to find AT YOUR OWN RISK parking... Room size average NOT ANY SPACE to walk with to beds. NO real draw to me...I didn't book this location!!!_ __however I wouldn't stay again. NO real draw!!! To far from Atlanta (with traffic-where I'm use to staying) and driving back and forth to Columbus GA where my friend stays!!! Nothing around it!!! ___(My friend believed it was a good idea that I be booked at the half way mark so they thought) I saw people at the bar enjoying themselves!!! Fitness room usual!!! Average

I came for a conference and I was shocked at how nice this place is! It's beautiful, everything (except the lunch buffet) has been wonderful. The people who work here are the most helpful employees I've ever encountered at a hotel, they go out of their way to help you be comfortable, carrying our luggage, giving us a ride to our car so we didn't have to walk so far, even going all the way across the hotel to get me a cold coke! Our rooms are spotless, pretty all white bedding, a balcony overlooking the pool, mini fridge, and free wifi. I've enjoyed myself so much that I can't wait to come back!

5

Older property that is decent and everything is satisfactory, but just that. For similar or lower cost most of the "business travel" hotels are a better bet. Overpriced $16 breakfast buffet for average eggs and bacon fare, $4 coffee. Bar/ restaurant offers nothing to keep you from heading down the road to a chain restaurant. Rooms are clean, beds are fine, but nothing beyond what is to be expected at this price point. Everything beyond the room is an extra. Better value at many other options.

From my late night check in, to my early morning scrumptious breakfast that I had delivered to my room😊 this hotel hit all the marks.
As I am a single, middle-aged woman traveling alone. My biggest concern as I drove up to check-in,was my safety. This hotel property is Sorounded by woods and large trees. So as I checking in, I voiced my safety concern to the very pleasant front desk attendant that checked me in.... She was so helpful, patient and most of all, she put my mind at ease about any safety that I had prior to approaching the front desk to check in.

*I would have rated the hotel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️But I took off one ⭐️For the dusty air vents and the rust around the bath tub safety handle😞

Well if you don't mind seclusion then this is the place for you... it would be wonderful for a wedding. Rooms have issues with cooling during the hot summer months. Closer to the bottom is better. Staff is excellent and works well with you to satisfy your needs. Would stay again

We were married in Peachtree City and this is the hotel we chose for our friends and family to stay while in town. I was very satisfied with the cleanliness and service. Everyone commented that they loved the hotel. My niece dropped her wallet on the grounds and it was returned to her. They were flexible and accommodating, which definitely is appreciated during a hectic, yet joyous time of celebration. I rated this hotel only four stars because someone in event sales scheduled my breakfast reservations for 10am and they stop selling breakfast at 10am. Other than that, it was an overall good experience.

Staff was nice!rooms were clean. Our breakfast was free last time it cost 10.99. Then again the probably just charged us for breakfast and we didnt realize it. I will be coming down once a month. The Wyndham is located in beautiful Peachtree City, but my experience was anything but. They have a late check in of 4 pm, which isn't a problem generally. However, my room was not available until 5 pm. Since I booked through Expedia, I was told that I could not get a discount on the rate. They gave me a breakfast voucher for 2 days instead. I expected to enjoy the rest of my stay, but with a defective air conditioner and no running water on my 3rd day, I could not enjoy my stay. They also decided to do construction on the outdoor pool on my 3rd day. I would not recommend Wyndham Peachtree. On a positive note, the Mother's Day brunch was delicious!!

I arrived at 4 a.m. and my check-in time wasn't until 3 p.m. I explained my circumstances to the reception desk representative. She informed me that there was a room available and quickly and professionally checked me in. Tara, who works the front desk helped me to extend my reservation for all but 2 nights this month. The manager assisted in getting a special rate for the month. The customer service does not stop there. Jessica the bartender at Stage 54 is not only professional but friendly. The chef, Dominic stopped by and we thanked him for the delicious appetizers. Most days, Margaretta takes care of my room and we created a system for when the room can be cleaned (I have dogs.) She does a great job, the room always smells fresh and she knows I only like Earl Grey tea. I have enjoyed my stay and cannot wait to return in 3 days.

It's okay. Well, actually, I love the hotel where all rooms have balconies with sliding doors. Nice facilities like the gym with the squash courts and the indoor and outdoor pool. One thing that is in sheer contrast with all the positive points and that's the restaurant. I do not get it. I am travelling everywhere so I have some experience. Enough to recognize a problem. The food is mediocre at its best. That is if you are patient enough to wait untill it arrives. Just waited 40 minutes for a hamburger before I walked away. Oh yes, there were more people. 1 other table ! They were celebrating a 60th birthday and waited 2,5 hours before they decided to take the food home in a doggy bag!!!! Who did invest in 250 rooms and closes his eyes for something essential like a restaurant??? So much potential lost!!! A shame!!
