Centrally located, but not very cozy. Ok for the occasional stayover.

Nice location and that's all. It's worthfull only if you needs a place to rest your bones.

You can reach by foot a lot of of attractions and is easy to access S-Bahn and U-Bahn stations.

The downside is the smallness of the rooms, poor ventilation and awful beds and pillows. Rom service also lacks some care.

We stayed here for 3 nights and absolutely loved it. The staff was very fast, helpful and friendly. It's nice that there are breakfasts and a little bar where you can have a drink. The room is really small, most suited for a solo traveler or a couple, but very cozy. Those huge windows won me in the first half of a second. It was clean and all the stuff was working + free coffee and tea. Room service was okay. The only thing we didn't like was the fact that our room for smokers smelled really bad, so next time we'll have a non-smoking room and better go outside to smoke. I highly recommend this hotel, it's quiet, beautiful and the location is fantastic.

Very nice rooms for the price, clean and bright. Only complaint is that they have very little room to spare for your luggage, but that's pretty standard for Europe.

Staying here was a pleasant experience. The rooms are nicely appointed and minimalist. The views are not great, but the location is excellent. The breakfast is worth the money.

We checked out yesterday. Staff was friendly. There was a language barrier (which we already expected). The room was small but it worked pretty well for the both of us! The ac was great! The breakfast bar was great! Our only down fall was there was mold all over in our shower.

Very friendly staff, great but compact rooms, well priced for a great downtown location near all the sites. Has an old bunker beside it which is really interesting.

Absurd price (€375) for a room of this size and quality, and it didn't even include breakfast. Comfortable enough, but ventilation was very noisy and could not be tamed.

I liked the room and the hotel very much. The room was small but completely adequate. It was extremely clean as well.

Very nice place, but you can hear everything that goes on in the street.

Place is ok and staff is very nice but the room was very noisy due to the elevator being right next to it. Kept me awake through the night. Also the street sounds are very clearly heard inside. They should sound proof the street-facing rooms.

Zimmer sind sauber. Es gibt alles was man braucht. Ich hatte sogar ein Wasserkocher in meinem Zimmer. Jede Zeit gerne wieder. Nur 5 min. von der S-Bahn entfernt.

My girlfriend and I stayed for one night and checked in around 9pm. After a short call it was no problem to check in after the regular time. The room was clean, well sized and we got a free bottle of water, a can for hot water plus tea and coffee and some fruit, which we really appreciated after our long day in Berlin. The next morning we went up at 8 to have breakfast. The selection was very well and we really enjoyed the huge amount of bread, cake and hot drinks. After the breakfast we packed out suitcases and checked out regularly.

The staff was friendly and courteous. The hotel was very clean and had internet and heating/cooling. The hotel was also in a great location with a lot of different places within a simple walking distance.

When my boss booked a 3 stars hotel I said "Ok, it's for a night only...". Instead, I found a welcoming staff, who let me checkin 2 hours in advance, a very clean room, a perfectly working wi-fi connection for free, and a big comfortable bed. Everything for a price that if cannot be called cheap, it is for sure affordable !

Be prepared: with glass walls if you are light sensitive you'll need something to shield your eyes !

Great two-night stay at this hotel. Price was reasonable and it is within walking distance to pretty much all the sites we wanted to see. Service and room quality lacked nothing and had no issues with anything during our stay. I'd recommend as a base to explore Berlin and still sleep well in this quiet and fairly priced hotel.

The rooms are small but perfect just for over nights. Bath and toilet are in separate rooms with a wall of glass between, really nice when the wife puts on makeup and the man needs to use the toilet. Beds are good, not too soft. Location for sightseeing is perfect. Car park really close and cheap.

Good cozy hotel, but the rooms are relatively small. Also, the bath opens in the room with glass wall, which is kinda awkward. Overall, service is good.

Best point is that, it's just a 15 minutes walk from the city central train station.

Perfect stay for christmas shopping at Berlin-Mitte walk around. Nice room and facilitetes. Will return again

This is a great hotel, close to the Friedrichstraße train station (about a 5 minute walk). We walked from the Hauptbahnhof to the hotel upon arrival in Berlin and it only took 15 minutes (and there are no hills). The rooms were VERY clean (as were all the rooms we stayed in throughout Germany) and the shower was very strong (and very welcome after our overnight flight). The breakfast was basic Euro breakfast, meats fruits, etc. but sufficient. All in all, great price, quiet room, great stay and wonderful city. Try the Segway tour for a fun way to see the city.

This hotel is very conveniently located close to the Friederichstrasse train station, although it's not quite within walking distance of the Hauptbahnhof if you are arriving from out of town.

The facilites are nothing special. The building is very non-descript and the lobby and hallways are probably due for a renovation. I noticed the lobby having that musty smell that plagues hotels in need of a facilities upgrade, call it the "old Best Western smell".

A few minutes after we checked into our room, a friendly duo of employees brought a tray of fruit to our room as a welcome gift. The room was clean and functional, the decor sparse and bland. The room had free working WiFi as well.

Overall, this place was a fine value for the money, but offered nothing special besides a good, simple place to stay while in Berlin.

Nice hotel at a quiet but very central location. Very friendly and helpfull personal. Bed had a good mattracce. I liked that there was free wifi in the whole hotel.
