I hate to have to say this, our villa that I pay high maintenance fees for every year and is mortgage free, what I have been told is to maintain the villas. My son and I were given a bottom of the barrel villa this year. Then they wanted me to buy another week, Are They Joking?I was very disappointed. We did have a great time R&R. I took pictures of the inside of the villa but I am embarrassed to post them, We had a broken telephone, broken tub faucet
( the faucet was literally out of the wall) The Jetted tub was disgustingly Dirty! It was Nasty! A housekeeper came in to clean it, it was still Nasty! The Shower Curtain was so disgusting I thought I was going to vomit. So I pay high maintenance fees for what??? There was a metal panel on the ceiling, partially hanging down, 2 screws were missing. We had a burnt coffee maker, it looked like the one I used 15 years ago, except this visit it was burnt. I Will Say Bahamas is definitely Paradise Island! The Harborside no so much. The timeshare I bought back in 2002 was beautiful. Every year up goes the maintenance fee and the units decline. Where are the Maintenance Fees going? To the landscape company? That was the only maintenance I could see!

Owner at Harborside since 2001, have added 3 more timeshares to our portfolio since then! Kids still love coming here even though they are adults now. Best value on this resort with access to one of the most sought after vacation destinations in world! Return year after year and new attractions and amenities being added all the time!

I love Harborside. Friendly Courteous staff. A great place to stay while in the Bahammas.

Great poolside views and beaches

This is a fabulous family resort with access to Atlantis facilities. Have it your way every day...quiet pool or beach or water adventures. You have to come once and try for yourself!!

Our stay was great! We loved the calm, family atmoso of the resort. The room was clean and comfortable.

Stayed for about the 15th time. People were helpful and friendly. Unit needs cosmetic updating. Paying over $20/day for wifi is crazy but I knew that. Recommend for those that want to enjoy Atlantis amenities but have conveniences like kitchen and dining area a hotel can't provide.

We really like Harborside Villas on Paradise Island. Kitchen included. Very clean.
Shuttles over to Atlantis Bahamas water resort with huge aquariums, water slides, pools and many animal pools with stingrays, turtles and sharks.
Tasty fruity island drinks.
Bring a healthy budget as food and drinks are 40% more than on the mainland.
Take the $7 grocery store shuttle and stock up.

Excellent experience at Harborside. Just hope the rain holds off.

Spent our honeymoon there 3 years ago. Did not meet one single unfriendly unhelpful person. The only downside... no fee wifi (that was 3 years ago, maybe things have changed) But we did find a free wifi outside of (I think it was) Quiznos. Can't wait to get back there!

Fantastic location, very nice rooms, The Point was ok, nice, quaint pool area - especially after long days at Aquaventure or out & about in Nassau.

One member of our party arrived a day late, and they assured us she could check in to the room without a problem, but when she arrived, they would not let her check in, and she was held up for over an hour until she was able to get a hold of us. We had to go back to the hotel from the waterpark (a 20 minute walk) until they finally let her check in.

Great place for families. All the amenities of Atlantis but with the ability to get away to a quieter place.

Extremely friendly staff. Room was very equipped with everyday house hold items. Had the feeling of a 1 bedroom apartment. Located close enough to the rest of Atlantis to where you can walk or take the complimentary shuttle. Would stay here again!

Staying at Harborside is a great alternative than staying at the Atlantis hotels. You get room amenities such as a full kitchen and washer and dryer. Requests for extra blankets, pillows and towels do take some time to get brought to the room.

Nice condos, easy enough to walk everywhere in the Atlantis area but also cross the bridge. Separate pool, exercise area from the main resort and its own massive pool. Condos are well equipped for a vacation... Comfortable, albeit a bit pricey... But that goes for everything on Paradise Island. All said and done, it's pretty good for a few days getaway and I would return.

While the staff is friendly it takes a while to get requests done. It is very VERY expensive. It also feels a bit like you are trapped in the resort, like Disney. Doesn't feel like there is a lot to do. Could be done in three days over a week.

Great time and view facing the ocean. Pool closes at 5 which is a little bit of a bummer. Overall fantastic experience

Great pool and location. Walkable or free transit to atlantis

Main rooms are a little tight, as is the balcony. Bedrooms are nice and big, and comfortable. Don't care for louvered opening between bedroom and bathroom - no privacy.

Beautiful place with large pool and small pool for children. Good food at the open restaurant near the pool. Shuttles to Atlantis and The Dune restaurant if desired.

Excelente customer service. Sumita is very nice and very helpful. We had a great view from the 4th floor.

A great place to stay, the rooms are very comfortable and the pool is a lot of fun.

We now own 3 timeshares here it is a wonderful place to vacation great facilities and probably the best place to stay in Atlantis. Ownership is reasonable and gives great resale and rental opportunity.

I have enjoyed my stay so far for the most part. The room is nice, the staff is pleasant but it is a bit trying to get information sometimes. It feels like you need to ask the right questions to get to specific information. There are not a lot of follow up questions or expanded answers from the staff.

Great location, clean, colorful. Staying in the larger of the one bedroom, very comfortable even for a family of 5. Resort pool provides a great place to unwind after the hustle and bustle of Atlantis, which is a two minute shuttle ride away.
