Good rooms with a great layout. Very helpful staff, checkin and checkout was a breeze. Parking is a pain. The area around is industrial so seems a bit shady

Nothing fancy, but it's comfortable. They serve a free breakfast daily from 6a-10a that's pretty good. All staff is very polite & helpful. They provided a crib in the room for no extra charge. No view, but a very convenient location. Building overall is well kept & in good repair. I'd stay here again.

Security literally stalked my family through the hotel because they thought we were going to sneak into the pool?? Like, two or three hours later , hanging around outside my hotel room just waiting... ??? It pretty serious stuff people. Don’t even THINK of sneaking into the pool. I didn’t think if it, and was still harassed.

It was a great deal and very accommodating. Room service or other services such as asking for more bathroom items is not available at night unfortunate

One of the better breakfasts of the Holiday Inn Expresses. AV plug ins below tv. For wanting to be high tech I was a little surprised no usb C. Outdoor pool was heater, which was nice. Wall between the queen beds was cool. Only 3 stars because I question the cleanliness. Found someone else's sock next to my bed and all of us got bug bites while sleeping there.

For the price this Motel / Hotel, is stunning it's like a studio apartment it's beautiful, the bed is comfortable the bathrooms beautiful and they Supply toiletries and coffee they have a pool jacuzzi workout room you name it I am extremely pleased extremely. I will definitely come back that's a guarantee. The people who work here we're extremely polite and helpful and when I got here they were ready for me.

My new go to hotel when in town to visit relatives. Recently updated. Narrowed hallway. Poor sound proof. Room is very nicely decorated and not odor noted. Coffee and tea all day for guests. Pleasant stay.

While staying at this hotel, I asked the young lady at the front desk if they had any HDMI cables for guest use. Shift Manager Carlos Donald overheard my request and informed me that at this time the hotel does not have any. He then reached into his backpack and pulled out his personal HDMI cable, handed it to me and told me to use it tonight and return it to the front desk in the morning. While this might look like just another hotel, the staff here, lead by Carlos, go above and beyond in customer service. Thank you, Carlos.

I'm a Platinum Elite member with IHG. This location is directly on the freeway if I had paid more attention in Booking I definitely would have not booked this location. They gave me a room facing the freeway I've never had a more miserable night! I felt like the window was open and it was not and the freeway noise was unbelievable and horrible. I really feel that as a Platinum Elite member they should have put me on a side away from the freeway. I was very disappointed in my stay and I stay at a lot of Holiday Inns. Very disappointing a horrible night sleep.

Very friendly staff. Undergoing renovation. No dumbbells in the fitness center. Great desks for computer use (chairs are not too low.)

-1 star - fitness center could use more equipment.
-1 star - its remodeling/fixing and the smells are strong.

Rooms are clean but sits back and away from things so have to drive for dinner and traffic is crazy. Rooms near the interstate is loud and can be heard at night when trying to sleep. People don't seem friendly at hotel but hey it's California right. Being Platinum you can barely get a free bottle water. Probably wouldn't stay here as a choice but only if it's the only place available would I choose it again.

We admittedly came at a bad time. They are doing construction throughout the building. Made for some challenges.

I have stayed here multiple times, when I plan to party it up at the Saddlerack. The rooms are huge and always super clean. Definitely feels like home away from home. And it comes with free breakfast.

Room was fairly large and clean. The hotel itself was undergoing some renovations but they didn't disturb us. The shuttle to Saddle Rack was a very nice amenity as well. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Standard Holiday Inn Express, nothing within walking distance, managers reception had a choice of either Coors Light or regular Budweiser (kinda sums up the whole experience really. Can't complain, but not 5 stars.). Update - half mile walk, but lots of things to eat.

The bedroom would not get cold, no matter how cold you turned down the air in other room even with the return air on. had air at 60 degrees ,need better air in Suite

Bed is comfortable. Internet is solid, but slow. Shower is adequate, but that's California for you. Cinnamon rolls for breakfast are always good.

Nice...not too great. Has a wonderful breakfast area, nice small pool area. The staff could stand to be a little more helpful and friendly. The Tesla factory is an exit away, so the weekdays have a lot of the workers there.

This hotel is quite nice and well put together for its brand and class. It is next to the freeway, so ask for a room facing away from the freeway if possible. It is located in a business park, so I wouldn't plan to stay here if your goal is easy access to sight seeing, shopping, etc. The room was very clean. The television is easy to use and did not have a custom menu system to navigate out of to watch regular tv, and picture adjustment controls were available (I like to turn the brightness down for nighttime viewing). The air conditioner is a through the wall unit and a little noisy, but I found that by leaving the fan on the noise drowned out the freeway; it's controlled by a digital thermostat on the wall. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of pillows with a variety of firmness (and were labeled as such to go along with the pillow and sleep guide kept by the bed). The room is overall quite spacious and well laid out, with a desk and office chair, an armchair with ottoman and table, a bench at the end of the bed, and a kitchenette with an abundance of counter space. I'll admit I didn't do too much exploring in the kitchen, it has a microwave, refrigerator, and sink, I didn't find any glassware except for a tray of plastic cups and ice bucket on the counter. The bathroom is quite spacious and well equipped as well, with plenty of towels and toiletries (and two bars of soap - two! I hate it when there's only one). The hotel includes a beer and wine reception in the evenings that I missed, as well as a breakfast buffet which has some sort of a pancake printer that's in keeping with the location. Overall the breakfast was good with plenty of variety sans bacon. A good amount of parking along with fast check in and check out round off a solid hotel choice.

Stayed there for just one night. All of the staff was very courteous and went out of their way to see if we needed help. Definitely would be back if I had to stay in the area.

Always great service, clean rooms, great happy hour, and filling breakfast. Safe parking. Can be seen from the freeway but is a little drive to get to, not difficult though.

Asked for handicapped room with two beds. Looks like a great place however they might as well say that there are no handicapped room there. There were only 10 cars in parking lot but my room was on the second floor and 1/8 mile(it seemed like it) from the elevator. The only handicapped feature in the bathroom was one handle on the tub-shower wall. The beds were very very plush. They were sooo tall that I an 6'3" and my feet were 6" off the floor. You had to use the chair just to put your shoes on. Great beds if you were young and could jump. The manager say they had expanded so the handicapped rooms were in the new far away portion and it was very clear that they did the minimum to comply with the handicapped law.

Free bar and food Monday-Thursday 5pm-7pm and pretty good breakfast in the morning. Cinnamon rolls a super tasty. Pool is a nice temperature, and faces the sun most of the day. Rooms are nice.

Very spacious and clean. No hassles. Good location. They also offer a shuttle to the Saddle Rack. The room had two comfy queen size beds with a wall divider in between them, which I liked. Mini fridge, kurig coffee, nice TV.

I have ate here a few times. Every-time has been a great experience. Food is delicious, service is great....bread at the table is yummy.

Came here for a seminar. The room we were in was small but accomodating. Had to wait for for 20 minutes before it started. Found the lobby waiting area inviting and cozy with a flat screen tv. Seating was comfortable. They had a free coffee station with 3 varieties of cookies and ice water dispenser. Nice environment.

Nice hotel. Typical holiday inn. So no real complaints outside of the elevator being a little slow - I was on the 2nd floor so it didn't matter anyway.

Staff was superfriendly, place was clean, and the breakfast was surprisingly good.

Location is right on highway but is surprisingly quiet in the room. Overall nice stay with wifi, free breakfast, a bar and big rooms.

This is a great little hotel for my visits on business to california. They offer a nice breakfast included for free each morning and there is free beer during late afternoon / early evening (and light food as well that changes daily)

Room was clean and we had no problems. The shampoo/bath gel was Bath & Body Works which was a nice surprise! The only issue was that the shuttle back from the Saddle Rack stopped at 1am and we missed it so we had to take a taxi.
