Good location near 2 underground stations, center of city. Old and beautiful building. Very big rooms even in comfortable price - I had usual business trip order and recieved an apartment with 2 rooms and small some kind kitchen. Great personnel. Let's see tomorrow how is the breakfast))))

I generally don't like Marriott hotels, but this one was great. Excellently placed, just by Byelorusskaya metro station and on the major Tverskaya boulevard, it's a great 4 star hotel. We had the suite on the top floor for an outrageously low price. The beds are comfortable, there are many power plugs easily accessible, and the building has a good bar and sauna. Would definitely visit again. The AC is a bit aggressive though.

We have enjoyed our time we had spent in Marriott tverckaya, good staff, good service, very tasty dinner, breakfast. And the room it was big one and bed is very comfortable.It was amazing.

The hotel is very conveniently located close to metro station and train station(Belorusskay) . You can find a lot of good restaurants and coffee shops in the area all reachable by walk. The staff at the reception is friendly and helpful. The room size was above spacious and beds are very comfortable. I didn't try breakfast so can't tell. If I could I would put 4.5 as the hotel itself feels outdated and need some refresh though all is well maintained

Great stay, wine and berries on arrival. Friendly staff, has gym and sauna. Had evening meal and breakfast, both excellent meals. Lass in the gift store very friendly and knowledgeable. Couple of 100 metres from Metro station Belorusskaya, 40 minute walk straight down Tverskaya UL to Read Square.

We visited this hotel the last week of April 2018. We had a team of 11 that arrived in the late afternoon of April 21, 2018. The front desk staff were incredible. Kind and patient with our needs for a group of 11 women. We then preceeded to the resturant to eat. The service and the meal were delicious. The next day we awoke to the same service during our breakfast meal and business with the front desk. The security in the hotel was excellent! We were met with kindness from every employee of the hotel. Did I mention that we were not sure we saw an employee working the front desk and or the resturant facilites that was older than 24 years of age. Ha,ha,ha Yet, their manners and attitudes were impeccable. The hotel itself was nice and clean. Rooms were very nice.
Confernce room was great and snack breaks were more than we expected. It is an honor to recommend this hotel to others.

My favourite Marriott property in Moscow so far. Excellent service and recognition for Marriott Rewards members starting from warm greetings to free upgrades and breakfast. Location is also very convenient.

Great position, lovely area but needs to be revamped. Young staff, some need some experience in hospitality but they try to do their best. Very good continental breakfasts, in a fascinating dining hall. The bar has oldish stile and needs to be revisited, to give it a fresh ambience.

Hotel reached out to me with my reservations well in advance, and helped me organize a large group trip to Moscow very well. Their service was impeccable, and I commend the staff greatly.

Arrived earlier than the check in time, but the staff were very welcoming, and soon enough got us into upgraded rooms. Rooms were very spacious, with large televisions, beds, bathrooms, and living areas. Bathroom amenities were plentiful and of quality. Rooms seem to be showing their age, with peeling wallpaper and damaged furniture. Nothing major that would detract from my stay, however.

Concierges were lovely, helped us to the fully extent to enjoy our stay. Hotel location is just a 20-30min walk to Red Square, and near many wonderful restaurants.

My only concern with the hotel would be the dining. Lobby bar was comfortable and proper, however beer choices were limited. Breakfast was unfortunately underwhelming, with a variety, but not a wide selection.

I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Moscow. Great staff, great rooms, great location.

My wife and I spent 4 days in Moskau for a holiday trip.

The connection to the airport is good. The underground station. Belorusskaya is only 5 minutes away. Using line number 5 to Paveletskaya station, you have a connection to airport domodedovo via the aeroexpress Train (the train goes to the airport without any stopover).

At the time of my stays during 2013 and the first half of 2014, the hotel staff and General Manager were excellent! I believe most of the staff has since changed; and, the plumbing in the bathrooms was not the best (not surprising given the age of the building).

I spent 5+5 days at this Hotel this year and I will stay for another 6 in Nov. It's not easy to find a decent place but this one most definitely is. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are nice and clean, and the location is just perfect. You can literally walk to the red square. Moscow Traffic is crazy, thus I really appreciate the metro station just next to the hotel (1 min walk!). Beside that the hotel offers a decent transportation service with clean cars and friendly driver. I've also had personal contact to the manager of this hotel which showed me that they really take care of their customer. Looking forward to my upcoming stays in 2014.

I stayed at the Grand Marriott in between Aug 26 and 30th. Grandious Location, easy walk to the lovely scenery of the ancient Moscow. The Hotel itself in inline with the Marriott Standard, most of the staff was friendly. Somewhat disappointing was the front desk. Checking in Information was incomplete which led to a very uncomfortable situation at the 8th floor concierce restaurant. Next time I will consider an alternative.

Stayed here as part of my overall tour to moscow. The health club was nothing to write home about and whilst the rooms were fine I was happier with the bar which was staffed excellently. Bit expensive but a good place to ait by yourself and enjoy an evening drink. Good company always around in case you don't kind buying them one location seems good if you want to be in the center don't know otherwise so its a presumption.
