Beautifully hotel with a perfect view. Good staff. Food ok. Pool and drinks very good. Restaurants in close neighborhood.

Lovely, lovely quiet spa hotel. The spa itself is serene with relaxing music, two small cave pools, one almost bath temperature and the other cool. Massages came with our package and were thoroughly enjoyed. Our room was lovely and cool, which was appreciated, as the outside temperature was low 20's. Two pleasant tavernas on the road above the hotel are reasonably priced, with a two course meal costing in the region of 50 Euro for two with wine.

Très belle hôtel

Beautiful hotel, amazing spa and massage, but there are still stuff that could be better, that I would expect in a hotel like that. For example, ac in our room was broken, there wasn't any gluten free bread, although we were informed as we got there that they'll provide it (actually we wrote it down already in our booking form). Also we had a pretty unpleasant experience with one of the receptionist, who was very rude and gave us false information.

Amazing hotel away from Thira bustle. You need a rental car. Food choice is geat along with the views!

Very friendly service, great view over the aegean sea and relaxing spa.

Notos is the crown jewel of Vlychada, a wonderfully quiet part of Santorini. We got a room bump (on our honeymoon) and had the suite with a massive patio. The room was carved out of the mountain, and was pleasantly cool (with A/C) despite the sizzling temperatures outside. The facilities were just fine (except that there was no curtain around the shower). All rooms have a view of the Vlychada harbor, where you can see the fisherman returning in the late morning with their hauls for the day.

Breakfasts were absolutely wonderful, made to order. Breakfast in bed (delivered to the room) could be arranged the night before for no extra charge--but it wasn't always promptly delivered, since the kitchen was very busy at peak breakfast hours. The spa facilities were very good, and every treatment we had was just like heaven! Excellent service from good personnel!

The only warnings I would give are about the location: technically there's a beach nearby, but it's nothing compared to the hip, happening beaches in places like Kamari. Unless you're purely fixated on the spa and/or boat related activities, it's recommendable to rent an ATV or another vehicle to get around and see the rest of the island. (Santorini is so small, it takes less than 2 hours to cover the entire island at top speed on an ATV.) But one of the best restaurants on the island (To Psaraki) is just a 5 minute walk from Notos.
