Everything a decent 4 star hotel should have. Pool is old style, gym is small but good equipment. Live band at bar is quite good.

In this hotel I had the same problem like in Novotel Bangkok Ploenchit Sukhumvit, they really wanted a deposit for my stay. What kind of management is that who doesn’t trust their guest? I have never experienced anything like that, presumably the management cannot trust the Thais, but everyone is thrown into the same pot. Next thing I did not understand is that the management of the welcome drink makes a difference between the A-Club members depending on their status you get more or less offered. There is more generous in other Novotels, they don’t make a difference between the members.

Hotel are providing services according to accor standard but the Facilities are quite old and for the price they are charging I would recommend another small boutique hotel that provide the same facility and the cheaper price but of course you wouldn’t be expecting the standard of hotel chain management.

Nearby the airport is advantage. Good service and meal ( breakfast). However, not so many store nearby this hotel if you want to do shopping or buy something.

Worst room with boreing restaurants....staff is stubborn expect glady and bar team.
Should not visit even if you get cheap rates room ameniets like animal food and so small room.

Special mentioned about laundry they are swesome in there job.

The rooms are spacious and clean. Gym is average but the breakfast is amazing

A basic hotel. Rooms are clean and calm. The restaurant of the hotel is tasty and offer lot of choice.
Negative points: It is far away from the city center and the BTS. There is not much to do around the hotel you will have to take a cab.
There is no lounge.

Stayed many times in 2017, the Hotel has been remolded recently. New Gym, updated rooms and a great breakfast buffet. Very nice staff in all areas.

New hotel. Clean rooms and very nice buffet food. Was here at the expense of Thai Airways due to a flight delay. Handy for the airport, but far from the centre of Bangkok. Thanks

Great place to stay if you need to be near the location. Good variety at breakfast. Food ordered off the menu definitely better than the buffet.

Very old hotel. Everything is outdated. But i theres a notice at lobby that renovation is going on. Service wise is excellent. Breakfast menu is aplenty too.

In the midst of some renovations and refurbishments. The rooms are a bit dated and certainly show wear and tear, especially the carpeting. Hopefully, the current work will address these issues. In general, the staff were friendly and helpful. Location is a bit isolated if you do not have your own transportation, as there is not too much within easy walking distance. If you have transportation, then you can easily reach BITEC, Suvarnabhumi Airport, and numerous shopping malls. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of food and drinks.

The staff are great. Was only there one night and didn't try the food organic than one croissant. It's affordable, the decor is dated. For the price and being closer to the airport it gets the job done.

Convenient 5star hotel located in Bangna, away from Bangkok city. 30mins to Mega Bangna mall and Airport.

Novotel Bangna is a great spot for anyone attending exhibitions at Bitec. Convenient and very clean thus is a great spot for families also as it is a little far from downtown or the metro line

Very nice and comfortable. Carpeting is a bit old and some signs of neglect. The poolside can do with a bit of attention. The grass needs ro be trimmed and paving cracked in areas.

Breakfast menue is fantastic. Good choice of fruits etc.

Rooms are great. Personnel could be kinder. Arrived at 4am, they installed me in a room next to heavy renovation they're doing, I could not sleep more than 4 hours. Got a cup of coffee as an apology. nealy kicked me out of breakfast (told me 4 times it was time to go - 5 minutes after time)

The Breakfast spread is great. But rooms are small. Beware not to touch any items that they have arranged in the rooms. The price list of the items is hidden behind the Maps. Over priced items..

Good place for business and leisure travelers

This is a standard international business hotel with associated services. Rooms are clean and well appointed, with several plugs so you can charge ask your devices. Each room has flat screen TVs and international news channels. Mini bar is fully stocked, but of course you will pay many times the street price for anything in it (and there is no convenience store nearby for you to stock up).

Staff are friendly and helpful.

With no traffic, you can reach the hotel in 30 minutes from Suvarnabhumi airport, but note that this hotel is in Bangna, outside the city. There is nothing around the hotel, but you are only 10 minutes away from the huge Mega Bangna shopping mall and restaurants. (Paradise Park, an older smaller mall, is even closer).

The hotel restaurant food is of a good international standard, with choice of buffet or a la carte menu, covering both Thai and Western options (but a bit expensive by local standards). Breakfast offers a wide selection of Asian and Western style, including Eggs freshly cooked. Dining options also include a Chinese restaurant and lounge bar.

If you are looking for a safe, clean hotel managed to an international standard this is a good option. If you want a hotel close to the heart of the city or with character, look elsewhere.

Love the service over here. Staff friendly and always there to go the extra mile to help out. Hotel atmosphere is calm. You feel at peace over here. Rooms are good with clean toilets. Definitely worth to stay here. Keep it up guys!

Very nice hotel and affordable too.Food is little expensive..rooms and service is very nic..and it is very near to the airport too.The staff is very cooperative.There are are several marts and shops and malls around this hotel.So the extra star for the location.
