you may know of my family name,
My grandparents were manages of the clipper for a long time.
My mother and my uncle grew up there and so did my sister and myself.
Some of my favourite childhood memories remain at the clipper.
The clipper to me is a place I have always loved, it was very old, but comforting.
It's blows me away everytime I drive past there is always something different. Even photos of the clipper now honestly just blows me away. Some rooms I can't even recognize. It's a huge change and a great one.
The ocean clipper is an oldie but a goodie and She deserved a little pampering I think.

Lovely set up for a Saturday breakfast meeting/lecture. Staff were helpful, set menu was adequate and the tea and coffee station was well laid out. We had a group of 40 and the function room layout was arranged to suit. Much larger functions are also possible

Food was amazing. Breakfast for a large convention was hot and varied. Even had gluten free. Good work

We've been to the Clipper quite a few times now. Friday was the first time we've been since the refurbishment - and it was fantastic! The staff were super accommodating to our large table of fussy eaters. The kid's pizza is the same size as a large from your local takeout store, except it's much tastier. Prices are quite good for both the food and drink and the caramel slice is delightful. Great work Clipper! We will, of course be back :)

Nice place, recently renovated. Great with kids.
Had mothers day there at their mothers day breakfast. Was lovely and busy.

Great service and a very lovely high tea. It was my 6 year old daughters first time at a high tea and we will definitely come back again!

My meal was well prepared and presented. Two schooners were great and the staff super friendly. My meal wasn't on the menu but the chef acommadated well.

Great service and the food and coffee is fresh. Setting is peaceful and clean.

Great staff, very clean and central location. Rooms are a bit dated, beds uncomfortable and a lack of in room facilities. Keep in mind it’s 3 star though so with that in mind I would say it was great value for money. Worth it for the food alone.

I Went for breakfast at the Clipper Cafe the other week. Outstanding food with exceptional quality. Very low prices for such amazing food. The redesign of the building gives it a trendy, warm, chilled out vibe perfect for breakfast lunch or dinner. Staff were so helpful and service was fast. This place is for sure the new local, I have brought family and friends and they all love it too. I Can’t wait to go back!

The ricotta and pesto brushetta with a side of bacon is my favourite brekky in Rockingham. They love dogs and serve sparkling at breakfast time, what more could you want.

Nice Reno place looks and feels inviting. Food delicious.

Revamped facility with decent cafe! Food & service was great. Had enough on the menu to choose from. Standard pricing. Enjoyed the outdoor dining area. They have done a great job with the makeover and we will visit again.

Food was good, the beer and wine cold and the service was great. Best part was we rolled in at 830pm and asked if the kitchen was still open and surprise surprise were greated with a yes. Take note you lot on the cafe strip who close there kitchens at 830pm and their doors not long after. There is a new kid in town lets hope he stays open long enough to make a go of it.
Recommend you give it a go also have heard the breakfasts are wonderful which they serve most of the day.

Rooms are comfy though lacking power points so take power board or double adapter with you. The restaurant Cafe has had a fairly recent upgrade looks great and so is the food.

Unsure about the accommodation, but the newly refurbished cafe at the front has a lovely relaxed ambiance with very nice staff and great food and coffee. Highly recommended for a relaxing Sunday brunch or more.

I come here every fortnight. The service is great here and it's not too expensive.

Very affordable accommodation near to the beach in Rockingham. Great location to stay to check out the local areas. Rooms were neat and tidy with all the expected inclusions

Badly needs a bit of renovations and "zooshing up" however the rooms were clean and tidy just in need of some maintenance

Attended a private social event, so didn't see much of the facilities. That which I saw was clean and well presented.

Cheap and cosy. Food was nice rooms were clean. Entertainment was great.

Stayed here the night, its clean tidy I enjoyed.

Had the 3 course meal for $15 tonight. Pleasantly surprised. The food was really nice, steak was just right and to top it off all the staff were friendly and helpful.

The building is certainly showing it's age but there were plenty of people taking advantage of the special. I would certainly go again. 😊

The staff were very helpful and the meals were tasty and inexpensive. The air conditioner was loud when on otherwise we had a pleasant stay

If you are not drinking or the skipper if you will $4 for a 250ml bottle of water is a joke. What ever happened to RSA.

Great atmosphere. Awesome food. Well priced

A tidy motel with good facilities in great location close to foreshore. Do a very filling three course meal on Mondays and Tuesdays for only 15 dollars.

Was convenient for the family with shopping, dining and access to the beautiful beach.

Very quiet restaurant.. food was ok.. 4 beers on tap(150 Lashes, Super Dry, Local Brew and something else). Pretty average prices for quality of the venue..

I had comfortable stay here for 2 nights. It's the cheapest accommodation in the town but everything in this motel are fine.

Great showers and friendly efficient service. A comfy bed and good pillows - couldn't ask for more. The menu looked good, however, we weren't able to eat there due to attending another function, but others said the food was great and well priced. The band sounded good too!
