Room was clean and tidy.. and smelled clean. Bed was a king and was VERY comfortable, bathroom was nice and spacious.. but had low showerheads. I am 5'4" and had to bend my knees to get under it. They have complimentary juice, coffee, and fruit out all night long. They offer a continental breakfast which included three different kinds of juices, coffee, fresh fruit, banana and blueberry muffins, english muffins, bagels, make your own Belgian waffle area with butter and syrup, flavored oatmeal, and sweetened cereal/milk. The employees were very friendly and accommodating. Very affordable rates. Very quiet night as it sits back from the road.. had a nice experience. Would recommend this hotel to a friend.

Ok for a one night stop from the road, but I definitely wouldn't stay here any longer than that. The staff was super friendly, but the room was dated and not very clean. The comforter had a strong/weird deodorizer smell.

I'm an Uber driver I was there to pick someone up. When I went to front counter to wait for said customer. No one was at front desk to see if I needed anything. Overall appearance was good though

This Red Roof in is coveniently located right off of the highway. You don't hear much traffic noise. There are a lot of trees for shade if you're one who likes to spend time outside. Animals are allowed at this location because I have seen many dogs. The staff are exceptionally nice and helpful. I called to let them know we would have a late check-in. When I checked in, the person remembered me! Wish I had gotten her name, because she was not only nice enough to tell us about events going on this weekend but she also has a good sense of humor. There is a cookie reception 6pm-11pm, and a continental breakfast in the morning 6am-10pm. The breakfast area is clean and well kept. There are hot waffles, toast, bagels, english muffins, cereals (Rice Crispies, Fruit Loops, and Raisin Bran), fresh fruit, yogurts (contains sucrulose), instant oatmeal, OJ, Apple Juice, Cranberry Juice, Coffe, and hot tea. I mentioned while making the appointment that we would need a first floor room if there aren't elevators. We were assigned to room 116. There is a flat screen tv, a refrigerator, and a microwave in the room. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars: 1) our room has an odor I can't place. Maybe mildewy wet dog??? 2) one must hold down the lever for the toilet to flush fully. Overall, a very relaxing, fuss-free stay.

I stay at this hotel often when I fish at Chautauqua Lake. Staff and Manager are very friendly, rooms are clean, prices are reasonable, and the hotel has a good location. Great overall place to stay!

Clean, well-maintained room. Ample parking, I was able to park my F250 without worrying about being crammed in. Very good breakfast, with a waffle maker- better than most other Red Roof Inns I have stayed at. Excellent value for the money. Neighborhood seems safe.

Not worth $90 a night. Beds we're sprayed so they don't smell, assuming they didn't want to wash sheets. This would be a $50 hotel in my mind. Customer service was ok, definitely not worth the cost to stay.

Not bad - stayed here before a couple of years ago, as it's a nice, reasonable, convenient place to stay around Chautauqua Lake. The staff is very nice, and the hotel is clean. Breakfast was lacking a bit in that it appeared that the fruit could have been replenished, and the milk for cereal didn't smell entirely "fresh", but aside from that, it was still good. There was oatmeal, cereal, juice, bagels, etc., and the waffle maker, so there was plenty to eat. Also there are cookies at the front desk upon arrival, and was told that we could help ourselves to juice, coffee and fruit any time of the day or night. Room was large and clean. It's right off the highway, but you don't hear any highway noise. Overall for the location and price, it's a good place to stay.

Our room was a king size bed a bit out of date, and the bed was hard and you could feel the springs. We also had out elderly dog with us and we were under the impression our room was going to be on the first floor but it wasn't. We stayed two nights our second night they did put us in another room that was on the first floor. Over all our stay was ok but I wish it was a bit more up to date and both rooms had a bad smell in them.

Very easy to find located right off the interstate, the rooms are updated and well kept with modern TV, fridge and microwave. Staff is friendly and checked each day to make sure all was well. Their breakfast area was one of the best I've we've seen, juices, coffee, cereal both hot and cold, milk, hard boiled eggs, waffles.. much better than the muffin and apple variety.

Staff in the morning was ok. Guy at night was really nice. However reason why my fiancé and I got the hotel was so we could get a good nights rest before driving 7 hrs home the next day. We were woken up at 4am to our bill being crumpled up and slide under the door. Don't understand why it wasn't given when I first paid or when I checked out. Then was woken up at 7am to some drunk guy trying to get into our room and trying to knocked the door down, that's what it sounded like. He evidently had the wrong room but put us both on edge the rest of the night.

WOW! Such a great value! This location rivals every Holiday Inn and Hyatt I've stayed in for the last 10 years. I really can't find one single issue that needs corrected. Room is clean, front desk folks are GREAT!!

I needed a room near Warren, PA and stumbled on this motel site. Warren is only 24 miles away and those Warren motels were costly. Decided to try this hotel and am I glad I did!

The employees that work here are super sweet and very helpful. They were able to help me in many ways ordering food from a good restaurant to getting a good Taxi I was very pleased with my visit.

Very nice, staff is very friendly, it was an overall good experience. The walls however are very thin unfortunately, that's the only downside for me.

Good value motel. Rooms are decent and come with a fridge and microwave. 1st floor rooms have their own sliding door to get outside which is very handy to get right to your car.
Breakfast is decent. You can make a fresh hot waffle.
We've come here annually on a trip and will continue to stop here for the night in the future.

I stopped in here 2 weeks ago on my way out to vacation. I came in on a trike and asked the gentleman if I could please have a room on the bottom floor as I had a lot of heavy stuff to carry in (seen I didn't have a car to lock it in). He gave me a room in the bottom floor with my own door going outside. So I just parked my bike right outside my door. He was also very helpful getting me some very good food. I knew I was going to make it a point to spend the night on the way back, which, I did. And this time I had a lady receptionists who was just as awesome as the first guy. The people are great and the rooms are clean...love this place!!!

Great value hotel. Clean, comfortable, basic continental breakfast. Not a lot of bells and whistles, but the staff were courteous and knowledgeable. Also, the warm cookies every night are the best!!!

The whole place had a dingy smell. There was someone smoking weed in their room as well. Air conditioner was loud and pointed directly at the bed, so uncomfortable. Other than that, it was clean and everything was ok.

Rooms were clean but dated. Will paying $80 per night I felt it was appropriate with my expectation.

The staff go beyond call of duty to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Some maintenance is needed but wont ruin your experience

Great location. The only bad part is you can hear when someone uses the water. Pipes bang.

Hotel staff is very good. With Television coming through via Direct TV only, don't expect HD TV when it rains or snows.

Quiet and clean. Check in was extra friendly. Good continental breakfast with egg and sausage patties, and make your own waffles.
Bonus: 24hr juice and coffee machines.

Pet friendly room, we had a 1st floor room that had a sliding glass door which made it easier to take our dog outside.

I booked a room here for one night and was very pleased with the service as well as the room. I was traveling with my dog, and could not have had a better accommodation. I had a first floor room with a sliding glass door leading right outside which was very convenient for bringing my dog in and out of the room. The room and beds were comfortable and clean. I wound up leaving my dog's insulin in the mini-fridge when I left and didn't realize it until I had made it home. I was not able to make the 2 hour round trip to pick it up that day, but wanted to get it at some point since it's a fairly expensive medication. I called the hotel and spoke to Tammy at the front desk. She let me know the cleaning staff had found it and that she had already placed it in the employee breakroom fridge for me. She put a note on the medication and said she'd keep it in the fridge until I could make it back. The following Friday I picked it up and the girl at the front desk (whose name I forgot unfortunately) knew exactly what I was talking about and ran back to grab it for me. I was very grateful that the staff had taken such good care of that tiny little vial of insulin since it comes with a $45 price tag! Odie and I will definitely stay here again if we ever find ourselves in the Jamestown area :)
