Great customer service, clean rooms, lots of activities available. In a quieter area, Plays paraiso but still close to busier spots on the south west coast.
Night time entertainment is mainly live singing and could have done with more entertainment nights rather than the 3 per week they currently have.
Kids loved the food, play area and the kids club was both secure and well staffed. Would definitely come again!

Let me start by saying i really like the hotel however a few things have been bothering me while I've been here. The food is delicious and the fact that you have the option to eat out of multiple restaurants as well as the buffet is very nice. The staff are extremely friendly and i have yet to see an unwelcoming face. The place is immaculately clean and deserving of its 5 star status. However me and my partner had booked a sea view suite, yet the view is completely encompassed by trees on the second floor, should really be called tree view suite. Also the decor in the pictures is nothing like the room we ended up with, ours is a very bland white with minimalistic amounts of furniture as if they're preparing for refurbishment. Which brings me onto my next point, from around 8am i can hear parts of the hotel being refurbished with drilling and hammering from around our room. The pools are also perfect, plenty of selection with my favourite being the heated salt water pool. I would easily give this hotel 5/5 if the room and view had lived up to expectations.

Everything to love ... nothing to fault. It's why we keep going back year after year. Special mention for Antonio at the pool bar. Such a pleasant guy.

Mostly ate at the buffet on half-board. Great selection and quality.
Superior Room was ample and well appointed.
Had a great time in the salt-water pool. Would have liked the fresh water pool to have been warmer.

Special mention for Frederico on the buffet restaurant team for looking after our son's allergy requirements. He was proactive and always exceeded expectations.

Excellent hotel, second trip here, first with our daughter.
Facilities are fantastic, great pool areas, play areas, sports and spa facilities are brilliant too.
Staff are first class, especially in interaction with children and genuinely happy to help.
Food is marvellous, too much selection if anything.
Room was brilliant, excellent space and atmosphere.

Hotel rooms and amenities etc are 5 starish. Dinning rooms x 3 not up to it except breakfast.

You have to buy drinks (minimum order EUR 10.25) in order to unlock the minibar. Storing baby food is not a valid excuse. This is so far the most ridiculous rule I have ever met in a 5 star hotel.

What a fabulous hotel. The staff were all brilliant as was the entertainment.

Doesnt looks like 5 star hotel, but is acceptable if you want to have place to stay for holidays.

Great holiday location, quiet area, good food and friendly staff

Wonderful place to stay with options for all inclusive. we thought it was a little odd that they are inclusive did not include drinks during meals, but that's not really a hindrance as this isn't a party place full of drunks. The night's entertainment was hit-or-miss but usually featured some really good music. Beautiful views. Very few Americans, I think we were the only ones.

Lovely place if you want to have some rest. The hotel is beautifully situated at the coast line. You can make a walk along the coast without seeing a lot of other people.
It is a very quiet neighbourhood.

Just perfect. The hotel design, the facilities, the food, the staff, and most important : the mini club and mini disco staff! You guys made our vacation perfect. Thank you very much!

Nice hotel, excellent food. Caters more to the 50 plus (im in my 30`s) though so evenings were a little boring.
That said id recommend the hotel.

One of the best hotels we ever stayed in. Super friendly staff, good food, nice rooms and fantastic garden and pool area. It's a bit offside but if you want to relax instead of partying all night long then it is perfect for you.

Hands down one of the few very, very really good hotels that we've stayed in. Awesome view of the Atlantic Ocean, large and clean rooms, great food and friendly staff. We have been here for 5 times already and will definitely be going back for more.

We had a lovely, relaxed family holiday. Their childcare is great and takes toddlers. Great food for kiddies and grown-ups. Good pools to swim and splash in. Easy to hire a car and see the island.

Stayed in April. Huge spacious bedrooms & bathrooms. Abundance of food to choose from. Lovely staff on the whole. Lots for kids to join in with (and adults!), fab pools and beautiful grounds. Evening entertainment - oh dear! (Hence not quite 5* for us). Went up the mountain one evening to see sunset & stars, amazing.

Can't ask for more especially if you're with kids. The staff are amazing. Nothing is too much effort for anyone, including food for people with allergies or intolerances. Kids club is fab, swimming pools are great, food great even for veges. Supermarket and pharmacy nearby so you can get whatever you need, just nowhere exciting to walk nearby...this is our third time. Can't complain really x
