Beautiful Jr suite. Great customer service. My only issue wasn't the place at all but I had a neighbor on one side who had a dog that barked all night and on the other side I had a screaming child for hours. When the kid wasn't screaming I could hear a cat meowing. Felt like I was in a zoo. Didn't sleep well. Guess if you stay somewhere that allows animals your going to hear them. I wasn't aware this place was dog and cat friendly. But nice room with a view of the mountains. Kitchen, stove, coffee maker, fridge and freezer, microwave and all the cookware that you would need.

We stayed here for a month during our relocation to Reno and I'm honestly sad to leave. The staff is friendly and the room was cozy. I loved the location, being in the south east region of Reno. There are so many nice parks within a 5 minute drive to take the dog to. Complimentary simple dinners Monday - Wednesday was a nice bonus. Free on-site laundry and access to a printer. The only con (which is not a big deal) is the slow elevator!

Great experience at this Staybridge - room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was great, front desk very helpful. Minus a star for the several broken and dated machines in the laundry area.

It was a pretty decent place. We had a ground level next to stairs so that wasn't very ideal due to the noises at night. Other than that the breakfast was good and service was okay.

I like staying at Staybridge Suites for my local getaways. Compared to other staybridge rooms, this was a little run down but everything was great for a one night stay. The fact that I changed my reservation twice on the days of check in and they accommodated the changes without any fuss, earned 5 stars from me. Especially, during the 4th of July weekend. The front desk and breakfast serving staff were extremely friendly. I loved making myself a cup of tea before bed to relax and unwind. Their alarm had a clitch at 3am and disrupted our sleep but the hotel reimbursed 25% of the points for the inconvenience. I'm just glad that, everyone was safe and there was no real issue. The free breakfast was appetizing and I'm glad we made use of the perk. We also grabbed a few fruits to go. Thank you again for accommodating us last minute.

Good place to stay. Breakfast is okay. Free beer from Mon to Wed from 6pm. Dinners are decent.

The Staybridge in Reno is by far one of the best places to stay. The small Kitchenete that was fully stocked not only helped keep our cost of food down but allowed us to continue eating and prepping healthy meals while away from home. The hotel cleanliness is impeccable and I love the fact that you don’t have to smell smoke walking through a lobby area. The furniture, linens, and common facility areas where clean and kept in good repair. The room was big enough to feel comfortable and had the amenities to make it comfortable like home. By far the worst part of the stay for me is how the walls and doors don’t insulated against sound. Every time someone entered or exited their room or the elevators and let the door close itself I woke up in the middle of the night along with people walking down the hallway talking.

Very clean and very quiet! Plus we enjoyed the location being we were not close to casinos. We brought some waters, juice, fruit, crackers and some can soups to snack on since we had a two eyed stove. This was our second stay with Staybridge Suites and we totally enjoyed our stay!

I have been staying here for 6 months. Is not the best hotel I have stayed in but definitely has all the amenities the top ones have. I am not a hotel breakfast lover but I can eat the one provided here. Small gym area with 1 treadmill. Small pool and jacuzzi. Convenient mall and supermarket at a walking distance. Close from highway to get out fast.

I stay here for work all the time. It's nice because there are a lot of professionals here and not the party crowd you find at the Casinos. There are no gaming options here.

I love these hotels! Very comfortable size suites, our kids plus dog were happy, and breakfast bar is such a plus! Well put together.

Clean spacious rooms and a full breakfast bar. Quite comfortable overall. Only complaint is that the temp in the halls and lobby is too hot. Had to crank the AC to compensate.

We stayed over the 2017 Christmas Holidays. Staff was very friendly, efficient and helpful. The room was clean and stocked with plenty of supplies. Located in a neighborhood Business Park with stores and restaurants located nearby.

Very friendly and warm. Rooms are spacious with a comfortable bed. I'm not a big fan of breakfest provided by hotels but they have a good breakfest bar and doesn't taste like frozen food. Very pet friendly which is the best part. We will continue to stay here when ever we stay in Reno.

Staff very helpful and Hotel is very nice with the exception of first day maintenance staff came into our room when we asked to hold on and still came into room and me and wife were changing cloths and the bed was very old felt springs not a good night's of sleep sore back. Other than that I would given the Hotel 5 stars Hotel is in an awesome location breakfast and dinner is one of a kind.

I really wanna give thia place 1 star . only for the fact that the pool ans hot tub and such activities are not accessible to the guest st their pleasure. I wad looking forward to taking a swim but couldn't

the rooms are clean and spacious. the staff is pretty friendly for the most part. i am very happy with the workout room and the free laundry. the location of the hotel is great because there is a ton of options to eat close by.

It had everything a person could need including in room dishes, like with spoons n stuff. It had a big freezer and fridge, a toaster oven, a stove, a tv and DVD player. It had a nice pool 🏊🏿 and gym too but I didn't look 👀 directly at it because I felt more like saving the urge to use it for later incase I get another chance once I'm "all well" physically. 😃👍🏼

Friendly staff, nice atmosphere, clean and beautiful rooms. They were home to my mother in law during her cancer treatment at Reno Integrative and they loved it!

Under construction, so some areas closed. Newer rooms, but small. Pillows were not comfortable. Rm by elevator was noisy. Outside noisy (Freeway) and windy. Staff was good. Not what I expected for price. They do allow pets, so if you are allergic.......

I only spent one night on business and the company booked me into a mini suite, which was far more than I needed. It had a separate living area and bedroom a kitchenette with a two burner stove, decent size refrigerator (larger than the mini fridges you usually see in hotels) pots, plates and so on. The carpet and furniture was showing a little wear but did not look threadbare. It was quiet and had the most comfortable bed I ever found. Too bad the manager couldn't tell me the brand as I would buy one for my home! Breakfast is included and they have a light evening meal Monday through Wednesday. The staff is friendly and helpful. If you like the clubs, the hotel is on the outskirts of town, too far to walk but then you can keep your money in your pocket instead of leaving it on the tables.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times while travelling and find it to be comfortable, clean, and the staff friendly and accommodating. The food was average but I do not look to a hotel for my repast. This hotel is well run - does not disappoint and I will return.

Decent place to stay. Breakfast included eggs and bacon. Don't expect fresh juicy of them though. Better to get the continental stuff

I stayed in the Staybridge Suites in Fargo, ND and this location is just a tad bit sub-par in comparison. The bacon is crispy thin and the bedding was harsh i woke up with a back ache but i didnt have to deal with the drunks and hussle of being on the strip! Itzyana was helpful given my neediness and is an example of customer service excellence!

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room looked great. Breakfast was the usual. Loved the Wolfgang Puck coffee. This place was much nicer then the old Holiday Inn I stayed at across town. Highly recommended

On the lower tier of extended stay options Hilton's homewood and Marriott's Residents Inns are much better options. On a budget this is a good option. Be prepared hear everything down the hallways and above you if you stay at any Staybridge Suites property.

Everything was great but the spa water was lukewarm

We were happy with our stay. The rooms were clean and tidy and the staff helpful.

I spent 8 days there for personal business. Was very pleased with staff, daily breakfast, buffet, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday - dinner time, facilities (washer/dryer, fitness center/parking).

Good location that's not close to all the casino traffic. 3 to 4 miles to the closest mall and movie theater. Quality staff!!
