Good hotel with some good facilities... not very much spacious, but available area judiciuosly used.

Three star hotel. Decent sized rooms, clean beds and rooms. Good if you are on a budget. 5-7 minute walk to the sky train station. Courteous & helpful front desk staff.

Decent hotel in a pretty good Sukhumvit road location. 5-10mins walk to Dinasaur Planet, Em Quartier and Emporium mall. The new concept of Family Mart shop also 5 mins wall away. In the morning the street hawker in front of the bank (7-11) sells some fantastic rice dumpling 3 for TBH100.

Kind stuff, clean rooms, a bit brown for those who looks for the colors of Thailand... quick and caring service...the down part is the dinning room, that is all the way down and closed up... therefore the smell of cooking remains in closed doors...pity...otherwise the location is good, close to transportation, easy to move a round...

Good hotel with good location. Has pool on roof - great for Kidd and adults as well. Breakfast - not do good. There was a dead bug (I hope it wasn't cockroach) in the food. That happened on last day...hence only 4 stars. Otherwise we liked the Hotel.

Friendly receptionst with a big smile. Clean and "fresh" rooms. A little hard to find for the first timé in Bangkok.

I dont really know how they got all the stars but compared to other hotells i would personaly say only 2/3 stars.

The restaurant does not give the hotell a boost. But its clean and nice.. but not more.

But.. still a good stay for the money - one night or two!

Pros - Excellent location within Bangkok's shopping district, and you will be greeted by friendly a team.
Cons - Most parts of the hotel had a lingering damp smell, and you will feel transported back to the 1980s

Nice and well maintained hotel with good rooms . Modern equipment and good minibar. It has a restaurant as well which doesn't have much of item but it's ok. It is one the best value for money hotel in Bangkok. Staff are friendly and nice.

The location is convenient and it's good value for money. While it's not a fancy hotel, their rooms are comfortable and reasonable with good breakfast included. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Will definitely stay again if I happen to take a staycation.

Didn't spend much time in the hotel, was busy traveling. Yet i'll tell you one incident which impressed me. I walked into the hotel after traveling Bangkok all day by midnight. I was super hungry and the only things open where street vendors. So i got my street food and asked the reception if they could provide me with a plate. Even though the restaurant was closed they went out of the way to get their security person to get me a plate.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in Sukhumvit can't fault it. When problems occurred they were quick to respond. The area is great no street walkers around this area of Sukhumvit which is great to see.

I really loved this hotel. When compared to so many other hotels in Thailand, in this price range, it stands out. The room was well thought out, designed & furnished. I'm staying here again, next time I'm in town. Edit: Some rooms have thick curtains that block the outside light from getting in. Other rooms do not have as thick of curtains. I'd recommend asking about this when reserving your room.

The hotel still looks quite new with breakfast include. I should have given them at least 4 stars, even though there are only a very small amount of parking spaces. However, the major turn off was their customer relation from their front desk. They somehow quite unfriendly and very penny-pinching. Whatever I asked for, for example, extra towel, or one hour late check out. Their staff at the front desk will ask you to pay for that.
On top of that, honestly, I kind of like the room. It is quite nice with very comfy bed, but the furniture is quite wear out when you look at. Plus, there is a few dirt coming out with water in the bath tub!!! ;(

Clean, quiet and really close to shopping centre and train

This is a great hotel for the price. Rooftop swimming pool and gym are available day and night. Friendly staff and a good hearty breakfast that was included. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

I'm very satisfied with the hotel. The room and the stuff were great. Fast wifi, nice breakfast. There is a gym and swimming pool on the top floor and a restaurant in the basement.

It's a great hotel for the money. Rooms were clean and were serviced daily. Buffet was included every morning between 6-10. The AC cooled the room very quickly. My only gripe was the layout of the bathroom where water easily escapes the shower and gets the floor wet. But that's not my problem seeing that the service people clean daily. The location is in a prime spot for pretty much anything you want to get into and close to the train which gives you quick and cheap access to the entire city

This hotel has all you can eat for Thai food at the basement floor. It almost always has promotion come 4 pay 3.
