Very clean rooms, spacious, comfortable, friendly staff, good breakfast and clean sorroundings, conveniently located to restaurants, highways and grocery stores. Will definitely stay again.

I needed an extra night to stay in the Orlando area and I was surprised at securing a room for just under $100. The service provided here by the Comfort Suites team is welcoming and extremely receptive to their customers, oh and they provide a pretty sweet cookie when you check in! Hotel was clean, everything worked fine, and they have a no smoking policy which is a huge plus... nobody likes a room filled with the stench of cigarettes! They also provide free breakfast, free parking, and free WiFi. If you're looking for a quick 1 night stay with a budget I highly recommend this hotel.

Beds could be a bit more comfortable, but other than that everything was exceptionally clean, and the staff (from front desk to housekeeping) I would give 6 stars.

Nice, clean rooms. Good rates and service. Front desk clerk was very kind. However, our room (213) had a leaky toilet and leaky tub faucet. This is causing major water waste, which is a pity, not to mention the hike in the water bill, which translates to higher room prices for the customers!

Rooms are very average. My first room had two big roaches in it. They did move me the next morning but gross none the less. Parking and location are good and there's an ok free breakfast. Probably won't stay here again, and I'm in Orlando a few times a year. Back to Hilton for me.

Great location if you are in UCF area or East Orlando. Clean rooms, comfy beds. Nice breakfast and clean area. Plenty of parking space. Close to restaurants. Staff are very friendly and accommodating especially Sandra in the front desk who always smiles. I would definitely go back if I’m in the area.

This is my second visit to this hotel. My first visit was for over a week, and my room smelled horrible, close to urine or maybe car coolant! I figured it was a coincidence, so I gave it another chance because the hotel experience otherwise was great for the price. This time I rented two rooms. Both were different from the room I stayed in previously. They both smelled terribly of marijuana. Thankfully this visit was only for one night. I will not be staying here again.

Clean, comfortable. Good shower. Staff made me feel welcome and valued as a customer. Convenient location at the Eastern end of the 408 toll road put all of Orlando in easy reach.

I stayed there 2 nights. It an excellent place,nice clean and recently renovated. Great hot breakfast is just an icing on the cake.

Just finished renevations and the place looks fabulous! Great staff and wonderful breakfast. Even the location is awesome if you're here for UCF events.

Nice place. Clean and comfortable. Good breakfast but small selection. Only true issue was our room happened to be located at the very end of the hall on the first floor, directly across from housekeeping, which was noisy in the morning. I'd suggest staying on a higher floor if possible.

Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was the standard waffles and daily eggs/meat which was more than enough for me. Minutes from UCF so a great location. Only reason for 4 stars was parking is limited up front and the back area looks a little sketchy. I would absolutely book here again.

It was okay. Not bad, not great. Price in mind, it was good. My family stayed here and enjoyed the experience, but they were nervous about being on ground floor because the sliding glass doors didn't seem to be locked well.

Bring earplugs. The walls are paper thin, and the road noise is unreal. This must be on a popular drag racing road. Besides hearing the rooms next to me, I heard loud revving exhausts every night. I thought my window was open. Even the AC unit is unreasonably loud. I never had silence here.

Is far from any attractions so makes it quiet so is great for me. Nice clean hotel, and Staff? Wow they were amazing!

Fabulous stay! Our room was clean...and when we returned each evening our beds were made and everything was stocked back up.
The breakfast is amazing, something for everyone. I love the location and the quietness of the whole building!
Overall, I enjoyed my stay with zero complaints!

This hotel is close enough to Disney parks if you don't mind a small commute daily. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is one of the better ones at a hotel for this price. Overall it was an enjoyable stay.

This hotel is one of the best hotels I've stayed at. Friendly staff and home like atmosphere. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend others for a great hotel.

Clean ...large rooms...with H.D FLAT SCREENS unlike many others who have a flat screen but no HD service and you get analog good water pressure places to eat close by no riff raff in the parking lot

I say it's a good place to bring a family ,breakfast is good very modern furniture in rooms all-in-all I kind of liked it

They've been in reconstruction for quite a while which gets tiresome. Otherwise, it's clean, nicely located, has a friendly staff. It is very affordable and for the price offers great rooms. I stay there all the time.

This hotel is very nice !! My room was very comfortable... The bed was awesome.. I slept very well.. Would definitely stay again... I was impressed with the service and the amenities.

I need a fan to sleep ,especially next to the highway with drag racers going on all night.... guess what, fan doesnt work. Thought id call down to tell the front desk.... phone doesnt work either... sigh....

Our stay here was more than pleasant, it was survival after evacuating. The hotel ran as well as if it had power and was a fortress against the wind and rain. I knew it would be, I watched it being built as I drove by everyday. The staff was understanding, helpful, and made every persons plight their problem. Like the young mother with two kids sitting in the breakfast room waiting so patiently for a cancellation and they were there for her and the kids.
I want to stay here again for just to get away from home - in better circumstances!

Manager and the staffs are well trained, excellent service. Clean room and decent free breakfast. Much better than lots of 3 stars hotel. I always use here when we visit UCF area.

The rooms of Comfort Suite for comfortable clean and roomy. The only complaint was the price increased a lot in one month. Otherwise everyone was very nice

Room was very nice. The continental breakfast was completely gone around 9:50 when it was supposed to end at 10.

Easy to find. Check in was easy. Free wifi. Room was pretty good but not amazing. But for the price, that's exactly what i was looking for.

Exceptionally clean rooms and in a good area. Quick check in and friendly receptionist. Only complaint was the shower head having some clogged or malfunctioning nozzles which made water drip onto the faucet, which in turn would splash onto the floor. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Room was of good size and included a couch, coffee table, HDTV, work desk, mini fridge and microwave.

Clean. Breakfast was really good. Friendly staff. The pool is kinda dinky and the pull out couch was pretty uncomfortable. But otherwise a very good experience! Would recommend.

We stayed here for 3 nights while visiting UCF. We slept really well in comfortable beds, clean rooms, with great service from all the staff. I won't take off a star for the inconsiderate guests 4 doors down who stunk the place up temporarily with their pot smoking. I wish the desk personnel had done a little more with that situation, but she was young and a little unsure. Should have called senior management so they could clear that guest out immediately. Smoking anything in the hotel is clearly prohibited. But all the staff was friendly. They have a great breakfast and are in a good location. It's easy enough to drive anywhere around orlando for sight seeing and still stay in a nice area by the University.

The property is an older Comfort Suites hotel, but the bed was comfortable. It's close to a lot of restaurants and shops, so you don't have to go far. The street noise did come through the windows, but it wasn't too bad.

Beds are uncomfortable; fitness center has 2 bikes and no other cardio equipment. Staff is nice and accommodating. Not bad for a 2-star hotel though

My wife and I have stayed here numerous times over the years. Nice, clean hotel with decent amenities. Prices have gone up recently making them less attractive compared to others in the area but it is still a decent place.

Helpful and friendly staff. Rooms are clean, comfortable and we'll maintained. Breakfast items were fresh with reasonably good selections to choose from. Slight traffic noise is more noticeable on weekends.

Cheap, but great place to stay. I was able to book a king size bed room for under $100. It was a large room, clean, the bed was to die for, and the breakfast by far exceeded my expectations. Great location, close to everything I needed. I would stay again.

My family stayed here after spending all day at Kennedy Space Center. We stayed for one night. It was clean, well lit and safe, and quiet. The breakfast exceeded expectations. The staff was very nice. Check in was a breeze and check out was quicker. I had zero complaints or problems. I will recommend this place to anyone.

This hotel has beautiful rooms, very clean. The young lady at the front desk was not friendly Everyone else who worked there seems friendly. There was a good assortment of food for breakfast. The bed in the first room I stayed in was very comfortable accept for one thing the bed is to short. I'm 6.2 1/2 so my feet hanged off the bed.. Overall this is a great hotel and the price was pretty good too.

It was decent. Certainly not a bad place for a few days. Biggest complaint is the water pressure.

The person at the front desk was very nice, as were the rooms. The BBQ place across the street is decent and if you don't feel like driving it's your only choice for food.

I give them 5 stars due to the staff!!! They MORE then accommodated my family. We booked with Hotwire and once we reached the hotel on July 4th, around 2pm, Hotwire never booked us or gave the hotel a payment. Then when we called to speak with them, their system "was down" and we were to call back in an hour. Where were we supposed to go!! We didn't get ahold of them till after 10pm!! Thanks to front office manager Ivette, along with staff Marilyn and Paula the whole family had somewhere to sleep even though they were full! These ladies worked collaboratively to accomodate us and ease our stress with Hotwire. They were truly angels to us and made our vacation worth more then words can say! People like them made our first Comfort Inn hotel stay worth a 5 star rating! We will definitely return. Thanks again ladies :)

Courteous front desk. Nice, open room layout. Mildew smell was overpowering. Could tell local college kids had gotten their money's worth in it. Door wouldn't close all the way, safety lock was questionable. OK room...just not for the $. 1-time/only-time stay, spend your $120+ somewhere else.
