Lovely hotel with contemporary feel and very clean. Great location; close to shopping and restaurants. Hotel offers shuttle service and water taxi to Manhattan.
Only downer was not having a good view of the city, just construction zone and parking deck

Free parking, friendly staff, clean facilities and rooms. I didn't get an opportunity to go inside the pool but it's definitely a cool amenity. All aspects of the hotel were clean. The lobby, the hallways, the room all were spotless and clean. The bistros food was extremely good at a decent price. I had an overall great stay.

The place has improved since the last time I stayed here. The staff is super nice! I found the softer pillow in the drawer. Still need to fix a few things like... Having a 2 places to eat in the room, shower pressure, noise pollution, better food options in the lobby. Glad it's improving though.

This Courtyard Marriott is one of the best and most affordable hotel in be NYC area. The beds are clean and comfortable and the view of the NYC skyline is breathtaking. Highly recommended!

The facility was very nice a clean. I liked the internet tvs. The bartender was very friendly but a bit slow. Overall good experience.

Very Clean and nice hotel, great location with NY night view if you walk out 5-10 min. The biggest problem was all families could not sleep until 1 am due to serious noisy from outside a pub or club. I noticed hotel but they said they knew it.

Nice location with many restaurants/stores nearby, easy ferry access and shuttle service, friendly staff, clean rooms, free wifi. No safes in the rooms, and no free breakfast.

Wow, this place was brand new when we stayed here. The views are amazing in the area, they look at NYC from a great perspective. The area has really blown up in the last 15 years due to the access to the city. Only a short 15 minute ferry ride. The rooms are super new so not much to complain about there. Although very new you can tell the beds are already starting to get warn in a little and the furniture although brand new is starting to peel a little. Kinda like cheep IKEA furniture. All and all the space is very modern. Overall even with the small issues I think this is a decent 4 star place. Maybe even 4.5, staff is very nice and cordial.

David David David!!! This man made my entire trip. I was there for a work event and he acted as if he was my personal assistant, always going above and beyond anything I would/could ever imagine. After the first day he knew my name, I had a crew of 20 people so this was quite impressive. Its been 6 months since I visited, David called my store this week to confirm a hotel room for one of the other employees and he remembered me!!! When I answered he was like oh my Sydney! so great to hear from you. He is the man you hear stories about that changed peoples experiences (in a good way). Its been 6 months and I still think about how amazing David was during my trip, I can't thank him enough.

Very clean hotel with a modern appeal. They have a parking garage you can park in but that means you may have to walk a little more than what you may be used to. Also it was a bit noisy early in the morning from what seemed like construction work near by.

The parking deck is okay but is not that convenient. You can not get in until you have a passcard which you cannot get until you register and then you have to walk through a walkway between the hotel and the parking deck that can be quite windy.

Modern rooms and new equipment, but bathtub was not clean enough. When we tried to call during a night, nobody answered before and during our stay.

This hotel is my family's favorite getaway hotel. We used to stay at Marriot Teaneck before we found this jewel last year. Warm during winter and cool during summer. Humidity control is exellent (I looked up the name of the thermostats in their room.. the thermostat works really nice). Nice decor in every detail. Room service staffs are friendly and eager to help you even during the holiday seaons. Bed is roomy and comfortable (little too soft for me, but my kids love it). Mini refrigerator is in the room with adeqate cooling capacity. Another plus for this hotel is that there is laundry facility ! This is particularly useful for a family (at least for my family). Keurig coffee maker with suprisingly good coffee and tea (I drank all of them during my stay.. and I am a self-prclaimed picky coffee-drinker).

Adequate indoor pool and enough towels for everyone (kids love it; no life-guard on duty FYI); nice and clean fitness room (free earphone available) with weight training capability. Parking is available 3rd FL garage next building (which is plus for the NY/NJ area). The hotel is next to the EdgeWater police station (so I feel always very very safe).

Breakfast buffet, although I did not try it due to nearby restaurants (not really a walking distance), looks and smells yummy. There is always a fruity water (tasty) in the lobby area for everyone to take a sip. There is small kiosk you can get water/soda with microwave (I used it to heat up my takeout food once).

In addition, I was very pleased with the courtesy of Ms. Jennifer Arnone, the general manager of the hotel, in dealing with my requests and requests from other guests at the premise. They were very responsive and professional - Just like I saw on Marriott's TV commercials ! Thanks !

Location was great. Easily accessible to stores, supermarkets and highway. The rooms were clean and the bathroom was beautiful. I loved the glass door. The room did not have a kitchen but was very comfy. Service was very professional.

The hotel was very nice and clean.. It's very close to the ferry to NYC and surrounded by a few resturaunts and a movie theater. Jacqueline was awesome very nice and helpful.

The service was very nice and the rooms were clean new and modern, only downside is that it is hard to get into the city needing a 20 min drive to the PATH train station in Hoboken.

Nice new hotel close to my client. Views aren't great, but that wasn't why I stayed here. Service is good and the rooms and common areas are clean. There's plenty of food in the area so I didn't get bored of meals over the three weeks I was around. Finally, it's accessible and you can get around easily from the location. Even during high traffic times it's not a pain to get to if driving.

Love this hotel! The staff was so friendly and extra helpful, esp when giving information for transportation in the area. The hotel decor was beautiful and very modern. The bedroom was clean, spacious and extremely comfortable. The room was equipped with a mini fridge, keurig, iron and even a microwave to reheat my pizza I brought from the city. The shower had great pressure and was huge. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it.

I went to meet a friend who was staying there for a few beers. The hotel seemed very nice but the beer selection at the bar was not very impressive. They were out of half the beers listed. Still seems very nice inside.

This hotel has the best customer service Period ! Ani is simply amazing ! She is the poster girl of incredible customer service. I have zero invested in this review, I am only writing it because I believe the hotel and Ani and most importantly customers need to hear it. If you are considering visiting the NYC area and looking for an extremely clean and reasonably priced hotel in a very, very good location, look no further. This is the place. Ani will literally go out of her way to accommodate a customers requests, even if it seems impossible to you, she'll do her best to make it happen and make you happy. Every aspect about this location was amazing for the price! The customer service was top notch, location convenient, and rooms/hotel was extremely clean. There was a construction site right outside our room window, but it was not a nuisance to us when we were staying.

Brand new hotel with a casual homey feel. The lobby and common sitting areas felt like home. The rooms are spacious and gorgeously decorated. I loved the bathroom and the beautiful glass enclosed showers. The best of all was the service. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and know the meaning of customer service. I loved the free shuttle service especially to the Port Imperial ferry service which was about 5 minutes away. It was a quick 10 minute ride across the Hudson River to New York City. If ever in the area again, I'll be sure to stay here again. My sisters and I loved it!

The room is nice. Staff was nice. Jacqueline at the front desk is helpful and provided good advice for me. It was 3 months new when we stayed. Never used the pool, business services nor the gym. Should have provided more shampoo and conditioner since we stayed for 2 nights and had 2 adults. The best thing about this hotel is the complementary parking and shuttle service to the new York waterways ferry which runs until 10pm and is very frequent. Once you get off at the manhattan port, there are free shuttle buses you can take to get you to times Square and a few other locations. Awsome deal and convenience for 9 bucks. This was the fastest way to get to Manhattan and provides very nice views. Would come here again.

A very good place to stay on your vacation or on your business trip. We were on our vacation and spent 4 nights in the hotel. The staffs were very friendly, room was neat and comfortable, and the overall ambience was great. They even have a Starbucks in the lobby. Few restaurants are there in the walking distance..

Our stay has been exceptional so far. The staff have all been friendly and helpful. Each staff member we have encountered seems to go out of their way to make sure we are taken care of.

Wish it were a smidge closer to NY, but lovely hotel over all. The area around the hotel is nice and some rooms have nice views of the skyline. We stayed for a long weekend and found the 158 NJ Transit bus worked well to get us into the city (use the NJ Transit app, much easier to deal with them the machines in the bus station). The room was VERY spacious and all finishings were very modern and new. The bed was quite comfortable and there was a fridge and microwave in our room. Staff was friendly and helpful and there is a bistro (didn't try) and mini Starbucks in the lobby. Also near the hotel were a CVS and Five Guys that we hit up frequently, along with other eateries. Parking-wise, they have a garage, but only 3rd floor and up are for hotel guests. Definitely a nice hotel when looking for reasonable-ish priced accommodations for a visit to NY.

Downtown NYC is very accessible (without the Manhattan traffic) via the Port Imperial ferry. A great way to see the city, definitely will be coming back.
