The hotel was nice and met expectations. The rooms were a nice size and the customer service was very pleasant. The hotel could use a few touches here and there (old ice machine, slow drain in the shower, very slow elevators), but overall a decent hotel. And the cooked to order complimentary breakfast is great.

What a fantastic hotel! The rooms were well maintained and the hotel was great. Great location as well. Their best part of our entire stay was the staff. What an amazing group of people they have working there! I would definitely recommend and would most definitely stay there again!

Open and beach feeling. Enjoyed the stay. Likes the open area between the rooms. The breakfast was good and free for everyone. The room was good with the exception that the plugs we're well used causing problems with my chargers staying powered.

This place is worth every penny. I came from Kansas City, Kansas to a family reunion. I had a 5 star room, with 5 star service. I was giving complimentary breakfast every morning, with make to order omelet stand. Laundry room 24/7, Swimming pool, great room service, wonderful houskepping. I mean everyday, if I had a problem they fixed it. Every staff member was helpful, friendly, and tackled every big issue handed to them.

The room was clean and well suited for our family. Large bathrooms, very cushy king bed. The complimentary breakfast sets this hotel above others, not just a continental spread, but compete with made to order omelette bar as well.

The hotel was very well kept, our room was about the average size for a hotel which was ok. Although the bed was comfortable and my sleep left me well rested, the lighting was extremely dim and the bedroom did not have an overhead light which was missed. The pool was awesome and the continental breakfast was better than almost any other that I have experienced. All in all, I am very satisfied with my experience at the Embassy Suites and I would recommend it to others interested.

Great staff here with very warm professional service. The front desk had one of the best people I've ever encountered in a hotel. Cece was helping me out on something that was great by her going above and beyond to help with my unique request.

I stayed in a room in the fourth floor that was very clean. The pool was nice and opened late. The room was comfortable and they offered a continental breakfast that was very delicious with a lot of variety. The only thing that i didn't like was that the whole floor smelled like weed and i caught a security guard sleeping while walking outside to have a cigarette around 2 a.m

This hotel is great and is in a great location. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are very nice and spacious. I love the large swimming pool and the inviting family atmosphere. We just booked another room for next month.

Nice hotel. Overall it was rather nice. Only gave it 4 stars because my television was broken. I didn't bring it up until the next morning but I heard it was a software issue they were having.

Went here for a conference. It was a very nice hotel with excellent service. They served delicious meals for us twice a day and had an extensive breakfast bar in the mornings. The staff was very courteous and polite.

Clean, friendly service, and decent pool! The breakfast is actually quite tasty and there are several food options offered. Hotel is also within walking distance from Dave and busters. Overall, enjoyable experience!

Our king suite with pull out sofa bed was clean and spacious. House keeping responded quickly to requests for more bath towels and bed pillows. Breakfast probably would have been fine if the hotel hadn't been hosting 5 teams participating in a local hockey tournament, as a result it was a mad house, overrun with hotel guests, incredibly long lines and the staff was unable to keep the food replenished. The lobby was large with many small seating areas where we enjoyed visiting with family while enjoying the manager's reception.

Came to enjoy a relaxing evening but the pool was way too crowded to enjoy our visit! Not the peaceful/relaxing visit with the family we had planned.
The carpet in our room was stained and frayed -- the room definitely needed some attention.

I really loved the open space and the rooms that surround the middle of the hotel. I liked how you could see the dining area from our 4th floor room. I liked the breakfast, especially all of the options including bacon, cereal, eggs, and bagels. I also enjoyed the service that they gave us, when we were catered to, the service was on top of things with taking our plates away. I went inside of the pool area and I was blown away by the waterfall. It gave a good vibe to the area surrounding the pool. Also the hot tub and the pool were perfect temperatures. I also loved the rooms and how they could be divided by the door. The beds were exceptional and very comfortable to sleep in. The showers were also pretty good. Overall, very good hotel just for an overnight visit, very pleased.

Nice huge hotel, the rooms are large and comfortable. The breakfast is very nice and so is the bar area. Staff are friendly but some are not as God as others took me 20 minutes to order food when the bar was quiet one evening

The rooms are nice, not super new but they work! The staff is friendly and courteous. The hotel is laid out as a big central courtyard so the morning noises travel! But all in all pretty good!

Great hotel. quite big. I was only there for a few hours because I got in very late, but the room was very nice and typical 2 room suite as you see in ED properties. gym was decent too. not huge, but everything you need. standard breakfast with cook to order eggs.

Excellent rooms with a great breakfast and managers reception. Staff was helpful but not overly friendly. King bed was very comfortable and furnishings were up to date and well maintained. Best hotel stay we have had in years.

Great staff, can't beat the free reception. Only thing was every morning there was weird black stuff in the tub. It's like something would back up into my room overnight. They cleaned it, but I'm hoping it doesn't continue.

After a horrible night of double booking with other less than satisfactory hotels. My boyfriend and I, extremely tired from driving hundreds of miles decided to book with Embassy Suites. On this particular night there was a popular concert and a Big10 game so we were having a hard time finding a place to stay after the double booking incident. Although we experienced a minor hiccup with the booking and description of the room, Kevin and Ryan at the front desk, did not miss a beat assisting us, even calling around to see if other rooms that met my needs were available. They made sure to make up for the issues that we experienced and understood the long and horrific night that we had and made up for it in every way that they could. Not only was the service great the hotel is very updated, clean and quiet. The room is all very clean and spacious. Service is very prompt and willing to assist. I appreciate my night ending here and I'm pretty sure I won't book anywhere but embassy going forward. Thank you so much for the great service!!!

Place was clean and room was spacious. Will gladly stay here again. Pool was over run with some children. Didn't get to enjoy the breakfast for we had to leave for the airport at 5am. If you are looking for a nice pre flight hotel this is a great choice.

Our stay is never drag here. They hotel staff are great and have no problem at all getting us extra pillows and towels. There's ALWAYS something going on here at this hotel on the weekends which makes our stay more fun and exciting. The people are great and the atmosphere is even more great.

The hotel was very nice. The breakfast was very good. Unfortunately we arrived quite late and didn't have a chance to use the pool or fitness center but both looked very nice. The air in our room didn't work, but we didn't say anything until checkout.

Nice bar and cafe downstairs. The rooms are nice if a little narrow. Mine was not ready upon check in so I got a free drink at the bar while I waited. Good staff.

Newly renovated (started in July 2017). Biggest factor I'm how nice a hotel is it's how recently it has been renovated. Felt brand new. Lounge had a good selection of food/drinks. Breakfast was good for free buffet with good eggs and home fries. Room was clean though co workers room AC was broken. Would stay here again.

This is a very neat, clean, and especially classy place to stay or hold buisness meetings/conferences. They have a very nice conference room, they have single rooms and linked rooms. The pool has a really cool waterfall and a nice hot tub. The breakfast is very good and they have nice options at the minibar. Plenty of seating on the first floor if you want to relax out in the open. Easy to navigate with a simple layout. Very nice hotel overall.

Customer service was definitely above par. The overall look of the hotel is very clean and welcoming. Breakfast was offered the morning after with their own bar to create your own omlettes, in addition to a buffet.

Went for a professional workshop. Snacks and drinks during the event were tasty. Staff promptly removed used dishes. Lunch after the event was delicious and good quality. Staff was polite and attentive.

Wonderful ever since the hotel was renovated. Love the decor in the rooms and a have separated living room from bedroom suite style. Breakfast buffet is good. There is also a restaurant with nice food and drink selections; also very nicely renovated.

The open air lobby is so cool. Love the look of this hotel. Got our room upgraded at no charge by a very nice attendant. Breakfast was great, better than the typical hotel breakfast. Made to order omlettes! Pool was a little small, but very neat looking with the rock waterfall. Room was very big, and had a great layout. Not the most up to date style, but very comfortable.

It was fantastic. we did the "long weekender" deal and couldn't have been more pleased. Breakfast was delicious and the rooms were very nice with the living and bedroom serparated by a door. The only downside was the amount of kids running around the hotel for some soccer tournament. Other than that it was great.

I wasn't a guest for the hotel, but I was working to bring in tables for a event the hotel was holding. Everything looked amazing, the crew is always extremely nice and always offers us water. If I ever have the opportunity, I will gladly stay a night with this hotel.

Decently happy with the room. Zero service. I had to go to the desk for toiletries and towels. I waited there for half an hour before I got two towels and a role of toilet paper. Which weren't restocked when my room was clean. The pool and the breakfast were way too packed. Very unsatisfied.

Absolutely beautiful, new, large, and clean rooms. Stayed 2 nights for a training and didn't want to leave. It was like two rooms in one! Entertaining area with sectional, desk, and flat screen, full wet bar, and then a beautiful bedroom with another flat screen! Staff was awesome too--great experience, thanks! I was shocked to see this was a 3 star hotel--I've stayed at 4-stars that weren't nearly as nice. Book, you won't regret it.

For the price i paid of $70, the room was definitely impressive. The room was spotless, beautiful, and felt like home. I would recommend this hotel to friends/family and plan to stay here again! The bathroom was fully equipped with all essentials, and the room had a microwave, mini fridge and flat screen included. Complimentary breakfast is offered

The facility is relatively up to date, and the rooms were clean and spacious. The overall design of the hotel leaves a bit to be desired, as all of the rooms open onto a five story tall main interior plaza/foyer. This means that all of the noise in that area (which includes the restaurant, common seating area, and entrance to the pool) is transmitted to all of the front rooms of each suite. The staff was also overly strict for a hotel that had signed up to be housing for hockey teams for a tournament.

Beautiful parking lot. Well maintained, nicely appointed with shrubberies, well at least as nice as can be during January. The lot was clearly marked and had good drainage. If the hotel is as nice as the parking lot, then you will enjoy your stay.

Embassy Suites Livonia is one of my all-time favorite places to stay. I'm there for business quite often, and ALWAYS book at Embassy. The hotel is spacious and always clean. The rooms are beautiful, and the beds are second to none. The breakfast buffet is as good as a restaurant for FREE! Another great feature is the nightly cocktail hour, where guests can drink and socialize around the bar area. It's just a great and friendly place to be. I've never felt uncomfortable during any of my stays.

The Embassy Suites at Living is still going through upgrades. On the surface many of the new flooring, and furniture updates are much needed, and long overdue. We staid on the faith floor, and had a quiet comfortable stay. The balcony slider needs replaced... Which I imagine is on the list. Likewise the elevators were slow, and obviously outdated. Service was on par with what I expect when staying at an Embassy Suites, and the cooked to order omlets were top notch. If you're a HHonors member and staying in the area give them a shot. You won't be disappointed.

We came here for a busineds conference. Room clean and comfy. Always love the manager's reception and the cobb salad from the restaurant was AMAZING! Embassy Suites has THE BEST coffee nice and strong perfect to start your day.

Stay was great. Room was clean and big. Check in was easy. Staff was helpful. Only issue that keeps from five star experience is that police had to be called because of a drunk and unruly guest.

My family lived stayed here and we're happy, the hotel didn't do anything about others being really loud at night

The newly remodeled Livonia Embassy Suites is beautiful. Atmosphere is comfortable, nice wood floors, excellent lighting . The staff is ccourteous and knowledgeable. I highly recommend it for business or pleasure.

Was there for a business meeting, friendly staff, great chips! Man get the chips for real! Like I have never had such amazing chips if I wasn't in my nice work clothes I would have put some in my pocket! The turkey wrap was good too! Overall great business meeting I left wanting to come live there.

This is a nice location, right off the highway, and several places to eat right nearby. Rooms are fairly nice, but while the materials are premium, you can tell corners were cut on installation. Bathroom fixtures we loose, switches and covers cracked, wallpaper not square in the corners, little things though. Beds and linens are nice, staff is quick and polite when you need something. Overall a nice place to stay. Oh yea, the wifi is mind bending slow. I switched my phone wifi off to stay on cellular it was so slow. Breakfast is included and very nice. Makes up for the wifi.

I was at a work related seminar in one of their event rooms. It was a hot day, and they had difficulty cooling the hot room at first, but after lunch it finally dropped to a comfortable temperature in the room. The hotel was gorgeous however, and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. Overall it was a very nice location to host an event such as mine.

Last night around 2:45am the fire alarms went off. Luckily, we had other family staying with us in another room who hadn't fallen asleep yet. They had to bang on our door to wake us up. It had only woken my mother up who had to yell at me to wake up. I had to grab my baby brother and run. I heard the alarm but it was no louder than a cell phone ringing. We ran out of the room and smoke was just filling our lungs. No one who worked at the hotel and not even a police officer had tried to make sure we got out. They had already fled. Luckily, no one was harmed in the fire. But, if this was a more severe situation the fire alarms are very quiet, there's no sprinkler system, and you're on your own to get out. We were able to get back into the building about 45 minutes later. But we walked into a very unpleasant smell and the hotel was still filled with smoke. We only stayed for another 30 minutes so we could pack our stuff and leave. But in that 30 minutes my eyes began to burn and I could hardly breathe. I was shocked that the hotel allowed people to stay in that condition. I'm rating this hotel 2 stars because I've stayed at this specific hotel before and had no issue. I will not be coming back.

Was here for a military dinner last night. The food was excellent, the service was good. Cash bar was affordable and the bartender was great! It was a little noisy with kids running around everywhere. Originally our group had booked the banquet rooms, however they did get double booked which is how we ended up in the atrium.

Hotel was under renovation at the time but was very clean. My room was excellent. The complimentary drinks and snacks in the evening along enjoyable and the complimentary breakfast was great. Everyone I gave in contact with on the staff was very personable. Would highly recommend, especially once the renovations are done

I was very satisfied with my stay at the Embassy Suites in Livonia. Breakfast was delicious, the room was clean and comfortable, the fitness center was pretty well equipped, and the staff were all very nice. I would definitely recommend it!

The location isn't very convenient if you want to go into the city, as it is basically in the suburbs, but it was perfect for the conference I was going to at the college next door. All of the staff are extremely nice and helpful, which was great. The hotel was under major construction while I was there though, which was inconvenient, but they said it should be done by the end of 2015

A little late but we stayed here last weekend for my birthday and had a blast!! Especially JILL at the bar!! She made my birthday so much fun!!! Thanks again Jill!! Can't wait to come back!!
