I enjoyed my stay in hotel Martinez. Very comfortable beds. Food was amazing. Must go when in Cannes.

I went there in autumn, not in high season. I liked the lobby check in mode, breakfast, warm pool, my room had a great view to the sea. The location is wonderful. Staffs are amazing. Good job and see you soon.

Located on the famous La Croisette Boulevard in Cannes, Hotel Martinez - in the Unbound Collection by Hyatt is a 5-star hotel featuring a private beach.

An absolutely gorgeous hotel, that was recently renovated and finished off beautifully. Everything was fantastic and at the quality you would expect of a Hyatt. If you're able to afford the rooms and looking for a nice place to stay, I'd highly recommend this hotel.

This was my husband and my first time in France, and we couldn’t have picked a better hotel. We arrived at night. The outside of the hotel was blanketed by deep yellow lighting. This alone set it a part from all the other hotels. The Christmas decorations paraded the site with oversized gold and white Christmas bulbs and wrapped gold packages with blue ribbons. From the time we entered the hotel we received immediate customer service. We interacted with the bellhop, concierge, and our check in agent(I wish I could remember her name). The service they provided was excellent. We were given two room upgrades: one for being first time guest to France and the second for my hubby’s birthday; and, the icing on the cake, complementary breakfast for the next morning.

We were escorted and oriented to our room by the checking agent. The bellhop met us at the door with our luggage. As we settled in, we found a dirty towel on the floor in the bathroom. My husband called the agent. She was very apologetic and she upgraded our room immediately. We were given a room with a view of the ocean from our balcony😊

Later in the evening, the concierge suggested two seafood restaurants that were in walking distance. He was right! The walk was very enjoyable which included us gawking at high end retail stores and a host of restaurants; and of course, he was right about the restaurant too! Our food was delicious.

The next morning we chowed down in their exquisite restaurant to host of delicious food items; and after breakfast, we to a stroll on the beach front, which is across the street.

When we checked out we received the same customer service, and the car attendant, who retrieved our vehicle, graciously took my trash and disposed of it for me without blinking an eye. We really felt valued during our stay.

Great location to explore Cannes. It is newly renovated. The rooms are fresh and happy. The service is friendly. My room looked straight to the Mediterranean and the view was breathtaking. The ambiance is “this is the place where things are happening”. The big downside is too many show offs and not a place to stay under the radar and low key.

Renovated hotel in a very white and art deco style. Nice garden terrace and rooms. Too bad that the loby only has two chairs for this size of hotel and no inside bar (except the breakfast room without windows) no swimming pool anymore ...

It is the place to be in Cannes. The hotel was recently renovated and the rooms look even more stunning than before. The room was spacious and quite nice even though it was during the Cannes Film Festival. I also loved the beach very quite and relaxing. Some of the staff however could be more polite and I did not enjoy asking for my room key each time or be shown the entrance side doors just because some celebrity passed by.

Beautiful hotel with amazing service and incredible rooms. The only unfortunate thing is that they no longer have a pool.

Don’t expect inexpensive food.... I will say, this is the most expensive cheeseburger I’ve ever seen! $39 euros! I guess you have to pay to play here!! No problem, I’ll go to the restaurant district. I really appreciate this hotel for the beauty, location, friendliness and comfort.

It’s a nice hotel but not remarkably luxurious so massively overpriced if you ask me. The best thing there is about this hotel is the font of its name above the porch, I love it!

Completely refurbished this year and now as beautiful inside and out. Art Deco delight on the Croisette. I've also stayed at The Carlton which is magnificent outside but disappointing inside. The Martinez oozes sophistication and style. Worth splashing out for.

Wonderful hotel centrally located. Our room was luxurious and huge. The hotel sent up fruit, wine, chocolates and a journal as a remembrance of our time in Cannes.

The renovated rooms look spectacular. Rooms 718 and 720 have the best view. Plenty of great food within walking distance. Bring your running shoes so you can run along the Boulevard De La Croisette.

Decent large hotel well located in Cannes, rooms are not five star but the suites with the terraces are fairly comfortable

Lovely hotel, however everything is an additional cost. At £330 per night for a room you'd think that access to the pool beach sun loungers wouldn't be an extra €30 a day. Bedroom was two single beds pushed together so as a result I kept falling in the middle at night. Breakfast though redeemed this all and can honestly say one of the best I've had in my life yet alone in hotels. The high price tag attracts celebrities and sporty cars (although no guarantee). If the opportunity arose to stay here would I stay? In a heartbeat.

Being in Cannes for the article the festival pyrotechnics we stopped atMartinez for a drink. Location is amazing with a wonderful view on the cannes Bay. Professionalism and courtesy were a must. Highly recommended.

Need of refurbishment in some areas like my room. Extremely boring view from room facing a parking lot and a train that wake you up each night. Great food and most of the time they cater for my lactose intolerance.

Very nice place. We went for drinks and lunch. All of the staff were nice. Very pricey but well worth it.

I spent some few nights and I must say it is a really nice hotel. With the staff always available to provide help. It looks a tiny bit old but I guess that where all the charm is.

Pour ce plaisir, mais vous devez payer 35 000 dollars. par jour. En retour, vous obtenez, entre autres, majordome privé qui nous accompagne tout au long du séjour.
Cependant, nous avons trouvé une option moins onéreuse et de payer par nuit de $ 381,81. Pour ce prix, nous aurons accès à un 30-mètres petite pièce dans le style Art Déco avec une entrée séparée et une salle de bains en marbre.
