Very comfortable and affordable hotel in Mongkok area. Convenient to Langham shopping mall. Rooms have a nice and warm ambience.

This hotel surprised me. It was the first time that I was contacted before I arrived, whether I needed something, taxi, room etc. Great service
Our room was then on the 20th floor, view excellent. The cleaning lady was nice and friendly, rooms every day without complaint.
I had a nice conversation with the Operations Manager, Thanks. I was also convinced that the kitchen can make very good food.
A very big thanks to the concierge. We needed a taxi in the morning. After 15 minutes no taxi available. So he made his way to the main road until he found one. That was 1a service!
I can recommend this Hotel, and I will be back soon.

Excellent service, check in was quick and easy. Location is very nice, within a quick walk to MTR stations, night markets and restaurants. Very nice room, couldn't ask for much more.

Overall a good stay. Very local, workingclass neighborhood! Don't count on early check in. Arrived at 1pm and had to wait until 3pm. Room a touch on the small side. Breakfast had a good selection. Room service was ok.

Decent location. The staff, however, was OUTSTANDING. Isaiah was one of the best hotel employees I've ever encountered. He worked mostly with my wife but was super helpful from answering her pre-booking questions to helping out 15 member group get around town and book a tour to Disneyland. They also sent a bottle of wine to our room for my wife's birthday. They went above and beyond and it was definitely noticed and greatly appreciated. 10 stars for the staff if I could give it.

Nice location in the mist of lovely Mongkok area. Short walk from metrostation connecting to exiting areas of Hong Kong. You feel welcome and staff is very friendly. Rooms are nice and clean.

I was pleasantly surprised that I was allowed to check in early after disembarking from my cruise. The staff was pleasant, courteous, and helpful. Thank you for a nice stay in Kowloon, Hong Kong .

I had no idea this hotel was in the middle of a working class Chinese neighbourhood, so arriving there, I was somewhat surprised by the sights and sounds. However, this added to the unique and more authentic experience of Hong Kong.

The hotel itself is bright, modern and comfortable. The rooms are well serviced and stocked with Crabtree and Evelyn amenities.

The gym is small but effective, there's only 3 treadmills and a couple of strength training benches with dumbbells.

As a business traveller, the wifi was decent (about 10mbps) and the work station in the room was small but manageable.

Breakfast is a good choice of western and Asian dishes that's mostly cooked well. I loved the self service waffle station!

All in all, I had a comfortable stay and would recommend this hotel.

But the staffs are all nice and professional.
Also, the room condition is very clean to stay.

Very lovely hotel, done to a high standard but I would suggest there are better places to stay if you are a tourist. However, the metro system made it very easy to get around

Can't fault the hotel, very modern and comfortable. The area is very central and plenty of shops, restaurants, street food and close to bus and metro stops. Only issue is the streets leading to it: it is a red light district with very obvious prostitution on the corner before the hotel.

You get what you paid for. As part of Hilton, the cleanliness and the decor is very good. But the location is the main issue here. It was right in the middle of local business and small factory with nothing to offer after dark. You will need to travel outside this location to find the Hong Kong night life. Overall really value for money but it was quite a let down considering the Hilton name bring some sort of expectation.

I have stayed at this hotel 2-3 times and always had a great stay: good location, clean, modern and high floor rooms have great views as well. This is my go-to hotel when on the island. Highly reccomended.

Very nice hotel! Great Chinese and western breakfast buffet. Can't comment on the cost because a friend paid. It's definitely really nice when it's free!! Unfortunately the roof top pool was closed for the season, that would have been interesting!!

Nice, quiet, clean. Nice location in a really interesting neighborhood. Solid breakfast with preportioned pitchers for their lobby waffles. Walking distance to Temple St market, Tim Ho Wan nearby at Olympian City. I'd stay again.

Good city view from the normal room window, decent harbour view from the top floor. Room size is a bit small, but given the location, is acceptable and functional.
Overall the hotel is new and shining,(sharp contrast with the surrounding blocks ) . the staff is passionate and professional.
the bed is quite comfortable.
Conclusion : a very reasonable accommodation choice in Hong Kong.

Great locations, great rooms Restaurant & shopping all nearby. Breakfast was good buffet rather than cook to order. Front desk I wish bit more improve service. I have two rooms reservation for my family. One it's not ready yet. Have to wait for about 2 hrs. But no one called us. Until I went go down to follow up personally. Disappointing.

This is a very nice four (if not five) star hotel, centrally located and yet away from the mass tourist crowd. The room was spacious and bright and the bed relatively hard but comfy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was simple but adequate. One small problem was the noise from the street or highway below - as I was fighting jetlag, it became an bigger issue than it was supppsed to. Overall I enjoyed my stay here and will definitely come back.

Decent hotel, room sizes a bit tight, almost no room between two beds. Breakfast was a buffet rather than cook to order like most Hilton Garden Inn I visited in the US. You are able to get international variety here in terms of food. I wish the staffs would smile a bit more? It was like we were playing pokers or something.

The location is definitely industrial and a bit away from anything relevant for tourism or business, however the rooms are adequate and the building feels new.

Located slightly away from underground station and you have to go through couple of dodgy streets. Other than that and the fact that rooftop pool was closed perfectly fine hotel. Certainly good value for money.

Very friendly staff and great service, not far to walk to trains. Surrounding area is almost industrial but still clean and felt safe.

The location is the biggest problem with this hotel. The MTR is not close, taxis can't find it and are almost never waiting. Give yourself 15 mimutes at least to order a taxi. What you save in money, you lose in time. Time is worth more than money. My room was tiny but clean and smelled very mild dewy, and I was on the 19th floor. The breakfast was disappointing at best. Gym was clean and nice, the pool was out of commission. The staff was courtous. By HK standards, especially on a weekend, spend a little more stay somewhere more conveniently located.

Attended a wedding and the venue was very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Upside: recently decorated, reasonably priced. Downside: standard room with shower only, far from both MTR Mong Kok Station or Yau Ma Tei Station.

Room was clean with spectacular views from the 20th floor. Great value for Hong Kong and located among some great small family businesses. A special thanks to Ming on the breakfast staff who was always topping up my coffee, and clearing the tables with a happy smile. I appreciated it. Thanks.

Has an upscale feel to it, and the staff is great. But it's located in Mongkok, which has a more industrial feel. And the bed left me with a terrible back ache.

Good location. Close to the ladies market. The neighborhood looks a little strange though, Hardware stores that close by 5 pm. But it is safe to walk.

Overpriced hotel and restaurant for the local area. Rooms on lower floors can be noisy. Pool still not open - no apologies given. Wouldn't pay more than $1000 HKD per night for this.

It new hotel while the time I stay, just open for six months. It near Mong Kok major tourist location, like those night market street, Longham Place shopping mall, and off course MRT near by in walking distance. But never try their restaurant. The time we stay swimming pool is closed for renovation.

Nice staff and the hotel is at a great location near a market. Room size is definitely smaller than the US HGI but that is expected in Hong Kong and other bigger cities in Asia. the walls are little thin otherwise love this hotel.
