The room definitely needed some improvements but overall we had a good stay. Once the renovations are done I believe this will be a nice place to stay.

Pretty average rooms. Good breakfast and dinners. Friendly staff.

Good location to main highways. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms that smelled fresh. Breakfast was better than most. Will stay here next time I'm I'm town.

No hot tub but free breakfast comfortable beds small chlorine pool inside available for handicapped small parking nice staff there was a shop for little snacks and we went to the hotel twice and ordered ginos pizza both times. Would definitely recommend to stay there

I was actually disappointed since we paid $194 I was expecting ALOT nicer. It needs a update bad. It was quite, the ladies up front are very nice and the room was very spacious.

Ok hotel. Had some maintenance issues in my room that needed to be addressed.

Stayed in a king suite. The room needed some maintenance, rusty shower head, noisy water lines, and peeling paint on the ceiling. Furniture was old and worn out. Bed felt old too. Staff was friendly and the room was otherwise spacious and nice. Looked like the hotel was going under some sort of remodel.

Not the nicest Homewood in the world. Tough parking but nice staff and room was clean.

We love the Homewood suites! Breakfast is always delicious and the evening socials are nice.

Difficult to find. Maybe that's just ABQ city layout. Seems to be a smaller copy of other, larger Homewood Suites we've stayed in; this building looks like it was shoehorned onto a small lot, leaving a small space for a parking lot. Not sure the bathroom was cleaned well, i.e. had some few hairs, not either of ours, on tub and sink, not Gross but ... ? Picky, I know, but every hotel should clean and provision room so guests get that First Use feeling.

Nice clean hotel. Stayed in a King Size studio suite overnight and had everything you'd need for a short stay. Kitchen has a two-burner stove, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and comes with basic dishes and supplies. Bed was incredibly comfy.

Great experience! Very large room with kitchenette. Staff was very friendly when we arrived. Indoor pool and small fitness center, as well as laundry facility. Breakfast was good. Many options and nice seating. If you like beer or even just good food, highly recommend walking up the road to Starr Brothers Brewing.

Beds were not comfortable, whatsoever. AC did not work well either. Staff were great though.

Very clean. Front desk was courteous and helpful regarding local restaurants. Great service and quality. Much to be expect with Homewood Suites.

Breakfast was a little slow in replenishing but aside from that the room was clean, quiet and new, the staff was friendly, parking was plentiful, and the room view of the Sandia Mountains was very nice. It was a great stay.

Property and rooms were a dated but that is reflected by the price. The neighboring Hilton facility was much nicer.

We stayed in the bottom floor, it was a king bed room with a little kitchen. It was very nice, my only issue was that the bed squeaked really bad

Good location, clean, decent amenities. TV channel options lacking - guide shows MANY channels that are not available, causing a lot of wasted time scrolling for a usable channel.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Check in and check out were quick and easy. The room quality was not on par with what I've come to expect from homewood Suites, which is the biggest disappointment of the trip.

Everything was really nice at the hotel. The only problem was the lack of reassurance in the surrounding area to go to. The only two were Denny's and cracker barrel

3 star basic hotel that's a little older. Nothing really close but a dennys across the street. For the price, you can do a lot better.

This was a great place to stay. The room was covered by work, so I have no idea how much it cost. There was always hot coffee in the lobby, free breakfast 7 days a week, free dinner Monday - Thursday, so a huge plus if you want to save that per-diem. The room had a full kitchen, complete with stove, dishwasher, full size fridge, plates, pots, pans and cooking utensils. Indoor pool and hot tub. Friendly staff. One conplaint, the breakfast staff don't know how to cook hash browns. They were very undercooked. Otherwise, everything was great.

Very nice, clean rooms. Some rooms have 2 TVs, this is handy when traveling with kids. A full size fridge, microwave and stove top with 2 burners are available. The breakfast is really nice but they do not have very much seating and it can get crowded if the hotel is full. Nice indoor pool and fitness room with nice, well kept equipment.

Room: clean, adequate closet space and very comfortable Bed
Amenities: Full size refrigerator, medium size microwave, 2 stove top electrical burners, dishwasher, kitchen wares, coffee maker, toaster & Flat screen TV
Noise: Didn't notice much outside noise, we were tired and slept through the night.
Room darkness:85%-could never get the shades close enough for total darkness.
HVAC: A/C in good working order not too much noise.
Bathroom: everything in working order,
Breakfast: Normal Homewood breakfast, omelets, Bagels, Danishes, Fruit, oatmeal, juice, yogurt, cold cereals, coffee, waffles, apples, bananas and more
WiFi: included
Fitness center: didn't get a chance to use, but had the normal adequate amount of treadmills, elliptical machines and free weights

Location: close activities in Albuquerque, the airport and I-25 interstate

our stay was 3 nights-10/02-10/05.main purpose of review is to share price switch at check in.While the hotel was lovely-rooms very clean and nice and breakfast well done our check in was unpleasant.We pre booked 7 months ago thru Expedia for $95.00 per night.Upon presenting Expedia paperwork at checkin the manager came flying out of the office to tell us he could not honor that price..We went back and forth for 10 minutes trying to resolve this sudden price switch.He blamed it on a Hilton web site error on Expedia.i then said that over the USA a listed price is always honored--the owner/business should absorb the error-not the customer.He said we could stay elsewhere--Hello--Ths is the week of the Albequerque International Ballon festival--there were no rooms to be had even six months ago.He finally agreed to drop price to $139.00 per night.We were still unhappy/angry but we needed a place to stay after traveling all day from Mass. to get there.Upon our return Expedia contacted them on our behalf for a refund---answer was no.Expedia will be refunding our extra charges themselves after several phoone calls with 15-20 minute waits each time. The matter is resolved but not by Homewood suites.Sorry but in the retail busines that is called a bait and switch.

We stayed there 4 days and 3 nights. 3rd floor with a view of the Sandia Mountains. The King Suite I had requested was waiting for us when we got there. Check in was a breeze, staff was fast, friendly and efficient. The breakfast they served is NO CONT BREAKFAST...... This was so fabulous, every morning there was something different. Almost like a full buffet. Delicious, fresh and hot. Their breakfast staff very friendly and helpful. The money paid for this stay was so well worth it, actually, I feel like I gyped them somewhat... I have NEVER NEVER had a better hotel stay than what I experienced here. My only SUGGESTION would be to advise your guests that you have a luggage cart they can use to tote the luggage to the room, other than that... clean room, exceptional service, I am one very happy guest! My next hotel stay, I will certainly find another Homewood Hilton..... Kudos to all hotel staff... YOU WERE MARVELOUS...........................
