They were simply amazing here. The facility was we'll kept and clean. The staff were very helpful and professional. They also really cared. They actually went and got us a little gift for our soon to be born baby. It offers a hot breakfast as well as a hot dinner. The pool was clean and everything was stocked. I definitely recommend staying here and I will for sure be staying again myself.

I understand that they were remodeling. Bit then a guest comes in at 3a.m. after being in the road for more than 12 hours, sending the crew to the adjoining room to start work at 7a.m. is not cool. The phone service to make the reservation was very poor. I call this par for the course for the state of Ohio, as every stop I made, and each interaction with someone from there made me feel like I was dealing with the laziest, self- entitled, rudest people. I don't blame Hilton.

Some dents and dings in the room, shower curtain needed to be retired 5 or 6 years ago. Other than that it was good. Breakfast was very good - omelets, eggs, cereal, fruit, yogurt and bagels. I didn't try them all, but everything I did try was excellent. Room other than the shower was clean and nice. I wished I had more time to enjoy it.

This is a paid review. I didn't stay overnight. Was a guest at the pool. The pool was nice but smallish for the amount of people trying to use it. Holiday weekend. Very loud and hot. Kids had a fun. Appears to be smaller basket ball courts and bikes to use too.

My sister and I recieved amazing, cheerful service from everyone we encountered during our overnight stay. Thank you so much!

I choose Homewood because of the little extras that are typical like water on check in, adequate supply of coffee in my room, and cable TV w an interactive guide. This hotel lacked all of those. Trash cans in elevator lobby were overflowing to the point where trash was on the floor next to it. The halls were hot like the A/C was cut back. The breakfast was ok but no paper plates or bowls so I could grab some cereal for my son to go. The cupboard had dirty dishes inside and the cutlery on top of the divider was dirty also. I do not recommend this location.

Excellent hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Very quiet and relaxing atmosphere. I loved the evening social!

Excellent selection of accommodations sort of quaint with an added set of modernization very relaxed very quiet the rooms are immaculate staying in a queen room with a roommate Style living quarters where the other partner was clear across the other side and the living room dining room and kitchen divided the two bedrooms total privacy very clean very neat very well-lit a great reception for Wi-Fi

I would say it is about average. The room is nice enough but a suite with 2 rooms it os not..it is more a small studio. It does.have a full size refrigerator and stove top. The bathroom is small, with a toilet and tub in one room. Vanity is seperate and adequate. The king size bed was comfortable and the pull out couch worked fine for my toddler grandson.
The main reason only 3 stars is the breakfast was not so great. Fruit was not ripe and old. Most of the hot food seemed to have been there a while. I wished we skipped the free breakfast... Next the pool and hot tub... hot tub didnt even work... pool was to deep for a toddler to stand and play. I feel it could jave been a little cleaner. I would probably pay 20-30 bucks more and try a different hotel next time for trip with a toddler... Its great if all you want to do is sleep, but I would go for less expensive hotel for that.

This place appeared very nice from the pics that were on the website, beware they lie. The place was dirty from the moment we walked in dirt, papers, and leaves we on the floor the entire 4 days we were there. No one attempted to clean the foyer area.
The hot tub did not work, the first desk employee acted as if it just happened, we were to fi ally get to the truth(it had been broken for some time) after being lied to by 2 other front desk employees, the lady working breakfast told us the truth.
One day our room was not cleaned, dirty towels and all left for us. They did end up bringing some clean towels.
This hotel was once a nice place, but now is on the downside of nice. There is so much to bri g up I could be here all day.
Not a horrible place but if you expect the quality you normally receive from Marriott, dont expect it here.

We changed our destination in order to stay at a Homewood Suites because of the 2-bedroom Suite. The room is fantastic I will say they could take it up a notch with cleanliness. Not much to complain about for the price. I think the pool could have a shallow end for the little kids because my two little ones can't swim so I had to carry them around basically. All in all it's a good place. Decent breakfast and they also have a happy hour snack time. You can't beat it for the price and the room size. Could just use a vacuuming in the halls.

The staff here at homewood suites are very professional, and the room is spotless. The walls between the rooms don't quite block conversations, but it is good for the most part. Breakfast bar is at 3/5. They should change the eggs and potatoes for dry goods instead.

I recently stayed here one night on business and enjoyed it. The suite was plenty big for one person, so it was a nice surprise compared to most places I have stayed in recently. I would return if ever on business in Ohio again.

This was a good spot for family. Standard complimentary breakfast was good. Small pool was nice. Staff helpful.

House keeping was lacking, asked for clean sheets didn't get them. Didn't take the trash out. On the first night one of my towels had someone's makeup on it. They did leave toilet paper so had to go to the front desk and ask for some. Otherwise my stay wasn't bad.

Room was decent. Breakfast buffet was good. Staff was very nice.

Decent size rooms. Dishwashers are loud, ice maker in freezer doesn't work, had to beg for toilet paper and dishwasher soap. Stove doesn't heat high enough to even boil water. Breakfast is a poor man's buffet.

Came here with my children, not far, just a weekend swimming getaway. I stayed in room 128. Room was clean and pool was nice. I booked this room off of Priceline. To double check the morning of check in I asked about bringing my dog. She said sure, so we brought our beagle. When I got there several hours later, I was surprised to find out there was a $50 charge. I showed her when I called on my phone. Front desk lady told me that was the new girl and said she should have told me. The manager called my room, I explained my situation, she explained it for cleaning the room and I understand that. I live in Westerville and would have left the dog at home while my husband worked this weekend had I known. She said she would check will her boss, I never heard from her again and have a $50 charge on my card. While we are usually embassy suiTes customers, I found the customer service to be handled poorly, my complait was never resolved and I will not be back to a Hilton when there are so many other options.

It's an old version of Homewood suits. Spend New year's eve and we received a nasty note on our door but hotel managemu reported it to corporate. Overall our stay was good.

Rooms are very clean. Quiet and peaceful hotel. They gave my dogs biscuits. Hotel staff is great. Rooms could use some updating.

The suite was nice and clean. Good indoor pool. The cooking utensils look a little too used. Everything else is good.

I most highly recommend this hotel!!! It was an absolute delight of a place to stay the weekend, from the moment we got there Friday eve till we checked out on Monday. The room was large and clean, the bed huge and comfortable (we got their King suite) even the pull out couch bed was big, and very comfy. The staff was courteous and friendly, gave me extra towels and pillows, and their continental hot breakfast was delicious!! Plus, they dont advertise this but they give you a free dinner as well, M-thurs in the dining area there's hot plate snacks like wings, Mac n cheese bites, and loaded potato wedges. Each room also has a full sized fridge and 2 burner stove plus huge microwave, so we could eat in some nights and save money! They even include a nice set of pans, plates, cups, silverware, even a cutting board and knives! But best of all was the pool and hot tub. It's absolutely magnificent, clean and refreshing and amazing. The only issues I noticed were that the little store in the lobby was over priced and had a very poor selection, and the complimentary tooth brush was so poor quality the bristles came out in my mouth and made my gums bleed....otherwise it was great.

It may be a little dated but my room was clean. The bed was comfortable and the food was decent. I would stay there again.

This hotel is close to the highway and a shopping mall. Many restaurants nearby. Friendly staff and large clean rooms. Rooms have fridge, stove, microwave and dishwashers.

The room had a bad odor. The wall paper was coming off the walls in the bathroom. The bathroom fan was loud and we could hear the fan from someone else's room in ours. The shower/tub made really loud creek ingredients and cracking noises while taking shower. Could not correct the actual time on the alarm clock. The best part of our stay was the continental breakfast.

It's fine. Due to be renovated, which it needs, but perfectly acceptable for now.

I liked my stay at Homewood Suites. The rooms were nice and the service was good.

I dropped the morning meal in the box. However, a helpful staff prepared a new box. I am thankful. I was delighted that Japanese food was prepared for breakfast.

We stayed overnight so that we could meet family for the weekend. The room was a little bit smaller than what I expected, in that furniture send cramped. However, the room itself was very nice, and the staff was extremely helpful. Breakfast was good, very similar to a Hampton breakfast. Pool and hot tub are decent sized for this size of property. I would stay again if the need arises.

Easy check in, room was clean and perfect size for our family. Toilet kept making funny noises the whole time. There wasn't anything oven safe in the kitchen, so we couldn't make our chicken tenders there. Breakfast was lacking vs other Homewood hotels we've been in. No waffles, felt much like the cheaper Hampton Inn.

The room was clean and comfortable. It would have been nice to have a cookie sheet or pizza pan to bake stuff in the oven. The breakfast was OK but not as nice as other Homewood suites we've stayed at. Just not as many options.

This hotel is modern, comfortable, and has the friendliest staff in the Dublin area. In specific, Bailey was delightful and attentive to my needs. I will always recommend other travellers to stay at this location.

Such a nice place! Easy access, comfortable and clean! The staff is so friendly and went out of their way to make us feel at home. The breakfast host, Renee was extremely friendly and made sure we had everything we needed and we enjoyed our conversations with her and the same can be said for Brittney, the evening desk clerk! So kind and engaging. All front desks should have a "Brittney!"

Quiet, friendly, and easy to access from the Interstate. Not the easiest to see from the street at night, but that is hardly worth losing a star.

Good location, one-room suites were large enough for me. Excellent concierge service.

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The location was really close to shopping, food, and the Columbus zoo. The rooms were large 2 room suites, one with a bed and the bathroom, the other with kitchenette and living room area with a pull out sofa bed. The rooms were clean, but a little older. The beds were supposed to be king, but looked more like a queen, and were worn in the middle. The pool was clean. The breakfast was good, but the first morning they were a little busy and couldn't get enough food out for the guests.

Older location. Didn't have dish cleaning stuff so I had to go down to get it since they only had one employee working. Then all I got was old ratty rags and some dishwasher soap Soni had to run the dishwasher just to clean my cup. It was very loud also. It just didn't meet exceptions.

Just a place to sleep overnight to break up a trip.

Bring your own dish soap if you'd like to hand wash anything. It's not provided in kitchenette.

Eventhough checkout is 12pm, our key cards were deactivated early in the morning. Had to get them re-coded to re-enter our room after breakfast. Very inconvenient.

Spacious and clean rooms. Surpisingly peaceful and very little highway/traffic noise. Woke up to bird song and a delicious breakfast. Friendly staff and great location for the Dublin Irish Festival. Rates are very reasonable for almost any budget.

This hotel was the perfect choice for us as we were passing through town. We had three criteria......pet friendly, free breakfast, and we wanted to use HHonors points. We were very happy with our King Suite accommodations. It was perfect for 2 adults, 1 child and our dog. Lovely property. Very friendly staff. Yummy breakfast. Full house last night but very quiet in the hotel.

Hotel was ok. It is in need of some repairs. Carpet was frayed in room, ice maker did not work in room. At breakfast they ran out of 2% milk had to go get some during breakfast. The 2nd day we just decided to get breakfast somewhere else. I stay in alot of Hilton family hotels and this was not the quality I expect from Hilton.

On a positive side the staff was friendly and helpful.
