We used this hotel for a family reunion of around 100. The staff w very helpful and we were able to use our on catering. Highly recommend them.

Check in was amazing. The lady made me feel like I was visiting a friend. I felt like so welcome. The breakfast was tasty. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Parking was simple and close. Checkout was quick and easy.

I stayed here for 3nights and I was very satisfied with the service I received. I was hoping to stay at another Hyatt hotel but my company had me stay here. The service was exceptional, the staff very friendly and professional. Mrs. Carol at the Front Desk was just a darling, she catered to my every need....All with a SMILE. The shuttle drivers were so pleasant, they would take the guest to shops and restaurants within a 3mile radius. The breakfast was a full course breakfast (eggs, bacon, potatoes, waffles, french toast), they even have an OMELETTE station........Can U BELIEVE IT! I truly enjoyed my stay here, and would certainly RECOMMEND you stay here too.....if you're ever in the Charlotte area.

Not crazy about the location. The parking lot is old and cracked asphalt. The lobby and breakfast areas are very nice. The backside of the hotel shows its age. It looks like a fixer upper property. They took nice materials and hired a handy man to do the renovation. The wall paper was installed over something, because it is not flat. The elevator had scratches in its stainless steel doors. The doors were all old looking. The room floors had humps and slants in numerous places. Very poor attention to detail. Not what I expected in a Hyatt property at that price point.

Nice and clean, good breakfast. One thing i would suggest is to remove the door latches in side the 2 bedroom rooms. It is a complete fire hazard and can lock someone in during an emergency.

This is a great hotel. Check in smooth, room spacious and clean! Front desk staff so sweet! Definitely will stay here again when we come back!

Overall good service from staff and the place was clean. Whole family was happy with the complimentary breakfast and coffee. Wifi was pretty good. Only minor complaint would be that the pictures make it look new and modern, but the building is from the 80s and must've gotten renovated. Nothing wrong with that, but the reno work in the room felt a little mediocre. The lobby and common areas were nice though.

Dear Corporate Office, Our family would like to say, THANK YOU. We are from New Jersey traveling to Alabama for a family reunion , and decided to lodge at the Hyatt House ON 6/13/18 overnight. Upon arrival the staff welcomed all of us with smiles. The management and staff was very professional, friendly, courteous, kind, and most of all helpful. We rate the Hyatt House management and staff which also includes the ground security/parking attendant 5 STARS. The suite far surpassed our expectations, Wow!. The rooms were already air conditioned and cool upon entry, extremely clean and fresh conditions, Just Beautiful*****. The bedding was very clean, fresh, and extremely comfortable, each bedroom and living room are very spacious with large flat screen TV's. The living room space includes a nicely stocked kitchen area and a center island with chairs for dinning and it can also be utilized as a counter desk top. The suite was fully stocked with extra blankets, pillows, towels(hands, face, and bath), iron, hair dryer, tea, coffee, and much more. The bathroom shower was amazing it had a full size to the floor walk in, very spacious shower equipped with Delta accessories, felt like home, very enjoyable. The list of excellent comments can go on and on. The Hyatt House suite accommodations, management, staff, and ground security made our short stay very enjoyable. We rate the Hyatt House 5 stars *****, plus the Hyatt House management and staff 5 stars ***** for a PERFECT 10. To the Hyatt House and Staff you're simply the BEST!!!!! This place is a life saver!!! Got stranded at the Charlotte airport and checked in at 1:30 in the morning for a few hours. Chad Wallace the night manager was amazing. He upgraded us to a large room so we could all shower quickly. Bed are super comfortable. It’s about 8-10 minutes from the airport but well worth it. The coffe was hot and fresh at 4:30 in the morning when we checked out.

Very clean and modern hotel. Friendly staff. 2 shuttle vans and used to dealing with crowds at breakfast. They do a great job at this Hyatt House.

The staff here is PHENOMENAL. Everyone was friendly and striving to provide exceptional service. I especially appreciated that the hotel sent a shuttle driver to the airport when I called late at night. Then the next morning, the regular shuttle was caught in traffic, so a staff member jumped in a backup shuttle to ensure guests had shuttle service at the designated time. And the food was great. So the staff is doing their job!! The (huge) issue was the age and quality of the room. There was an ancient air conditioning unit in my room that woke me up every 20 minutes or so and blasted freezing, musty air. I barely slept. And I noticed a lot of crumbs on the floor in the kitchen. I usually never post about housekeepers because they have such a hard job, but this was pretty noticeable. The actual room stay was a 1-star experience for sure. But, again, the hotel staff was exceptional. The shuttle driver volunteered how much she enjoys staying in and working for Hyatt and how it's like a family, and she sincerely apologized for the poor air conditioning issue. Give that girl an award!!

I was here for 3 weeks for American Airlines training and this place became a home away from home. Staff was very nice and always welcoming. Shuttle drivers went out of their way to drive us around and recomended us places to go to.

I was stunned at how nice and hospital everyone was! We arrived to the hotel late, around 10:30pm. As soon as I walked in they greeted me by name! I inquired about a convenience store to get milk for my toddler and she brought me a cup to my room so I didn’t have to go back out after traveling all day! The room was very spacious and clean! My husband left for a conference the next morning leaving me to pack everything up with a toddler. I called for a luggage cart and when it arrived the front desk attendant helped me load it, get it downstairs and into my car! Everyone was so pleasant and great conversationalist!

I was warmly greeted at the front desk. My room was very clean and actually I had a double suite... I reserved a regular room, and when I walked in I thought that I was looking into a mirror because I wasn't aware that the room I was in was a double suite. My wife and I were in amazement. It was more than enough space for the two of us. I love the showers.

It's an okay hotel. It's a bit old and the age shows in the furnishings and in the heating system. Also had trouble getting service at the bar. Not my favourite Hyatt property.

My three-night stay was the ultimate Hyatt House experience! My suite was spacious, comfortable, clean and extremely quiet. The staff was extremely friendly and the daily breakfast had a good selection of items to choose from. The only thing I might suggest is that there be an ice machine on every floor.

While visiting friends, went to the bar in the lobby. Stood there for more then 10 minutes, no bartender, no server. Nothing! If I wasn't an honest person I could have gone behind the bar and made my own drink and drinks for the other people standing there with me. Gave up, went to the room. Clean enough and spacious. Would not return to this hotel.

We stay at this Hyatt each time we come to Charlotte to visit family. It is close, very clean and comfortable space with the king suites. This trip we really did not use the amenities as we were mostly with family. When we checked out on Christ6 morning we had a dead battery. The shuttle operator was right there to jump us and we made it to family breakfast on time. THANK YOU FOR SAVING THE DAY.

Awesome stay! We felt cozy from the moment we were greeted at check-in. The best breakfast that I've ever had at a hotel. An omlet bar is not something we were expecting but very happy to see that it was an option, a delicious option at that! Wonderful experience, will definitely be back again.

Definitely worth it. Most hotels charge more and are not as clean and comfortable. My husband was super impressed at the layout and all the amenities in the room. We sure will be back.

Room was nice, neat, and clean-and the check-in process was extremely easy. The young man at the front desk was a pleasure to deal with, and I greatly appreciate his recommendation for a late night bite to eat. Staff here were fantastic, and the breakfast is definitely something you want to get to.

Would love to give this place high marks, but whomever designed this location should be relieve of their duties. The hotel is effectively a "U". Our room was great. Without the initial hiccup in our first room...lack of AT&T cell service, I would say the hotel was great. The problem, front desk, ice machine, breakfast and the elevators are a trek from where our 5th floor room was located. The single ice machine (only one) was on the first floor closet to the receptionist. Our room, 5th floor, at the extreme opposite end. Why not build the hotel in a circle?

AWESOME! Fast check in, they actually filled all my requests I made via email! The bar/food I didnt try but looked nice. Staff was friendly LOTS OF SPACE! Would definitely come back!

The room was clean and spacious. The outside pool was huge but the hot tub was out if order. I was highly impressed with the free breakfast and free omelette bar. They kept things very clean and replenished during breakfast. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Me and my family happened to be here when we were trying to escape the Irma hurricane. In this hotel we found all the amenities we needed: guest laundry, hot breakfast (they even fry omelette for each guest choice) with big variety of fresh and dried fruit, spacious room and nice and hospitable stuff. I would also recommend this hotel for families with kids.

Hotel staff was amazing! Friendly and helpful, timely on requests. The room was clean with the exception of the sheets not having been changed prior. Front desk was accommodating. Shuttle service was awesome! The pool wasn't cleaned the entire 3 days we stayed. Breakfast was fantastic!! Drink specials in the evening! All in all a great stay! We will be back.

Overall it's a pretty standard Hyatt House. The rooms are fairly large with a separate bedroom from the kitchen and living area. The linens are a little older on the bed. The hotel staff is very nice and the breakfast is a standard hot & cold, but they do have an omelette person.

Easy reservations. Very spacious and comfortable. Beautiful facility. Creepy elevator. Staff is friendly and greets you upon entry and exit. All amenities were provided. Would stay again.

Really Awesome I had a great time you wouldn't expect​ how nice it is inside it really was a surprise for me! I love my room had a kitchen living room bathroom & king bedroom. Only 2 Things it could Improve on which are not necessary just to make it perfect. Balcony would be great for each room so I have my own private area to sit & smoke a cigarette without leaving the room. I also believe the hot tub should be open later I didn't get to experience either on my stay but I sure will next time ! Definitely Recommend This Hotel!

Hyatt house is a great hotel. The fring desk recommended great local food and the hotel itself was in great shape. Rooms were clean. Complementary breakfeast was served.

Overall the hotel is pretty decent. But when we checked in and opened up the beds, the one bed's sheets had not been changed. The sheets were full of several black hairs. We called and they said they had nobody to change our sheets, so they brought us a fresh set and we had to change our own.

Hotel has nice workout room, outside patio, seasonal outdoor pool, and fireplace to sit by in the lobby. Free breakfast was good. Room had full kitchen and was spacious. Great room for a short stay or long extended stay.

Free shuttle plus a pantry in lobby to purchase small food items and other essentials.

Very convenient just off I-77 in South Charlotte. Just a few minutes from uptown or the airport. Area around hotel is fair with other hotels, small homes and apartment complexes. There is nothing within walking distance and I would never go walking around at night.

Good for a stay, just watch out for what I mentioned above.

We flew in from an island vacation and had an overnight stay before our next flight home. This place was so great! They picked us up at the airport. We rolled into a very friendly staff at a late hour. We ordered a late dinner at the bar for a large group and sat in the dining area to a very good meal. The lobby was bright, spacious and clean, with cozy seating by a fireplace. All very modern. The rooms were large, quiet and comfortable. We had a suite style with a kitchen, fold out couch and two double beds. The beds were the lush, white, fluffy new style and we were all very comfortable. I like when hotels have convenient outlets on the nightstand so I can easily charge my phone. In the morning they had an amazing complimentary breakfast. Eggs, sausage and biscuits, muffins and bagels and fruit, yogurt, all kinds of cereals and even a custom omelet bar where someone prepares made to order omelets, all complimentary. It was perfect for our big family. Then they drove us back to the airport in the morning to catch our next flight. Great experience. Highly recommend.

The staff is very friendly, helpful and seemed genuinely concerned that we had a pleasant stay. The breakfast was excellent including made to order omelets. Coffee was a little far away from the breakfast area and not really hot. That's the ONLY negative I could see.

We stayed there one night for the Carolina Panther game and I booked it using my Verizon Smart Rewards. I'm very glad I did. We had 1 king bed suite. Our room was nice and big and very clean. Looked like it had been updated recently. Staff was so friendly and the breakfast Sunday morning was one of the best. I really enjoyed my stay and can't wait to go back!

The room was comfortable and clean. The mini kitchen was useful. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Best rest on a road trip yet.

It was your standard Hyatt House. Room was a nice size. Staff was friendly and room service did a great job. Breakfast wasn't the best I've seen at a hotel but it was more than acceptable. No complaints from my wife so that has to be good.

Love this hotel, but not located in best area. The rooms are apartment style. Separate bedroom, living toom, full kitchen, dishwasher and bar island with plenty outlets. Couch is not comfortable but beds are. Walls seem thin because you can hear noises in rooms next to you, elevator down the hall and babies crying many doors down. Nice pool area but small. Bar is located directly in front of entrance. Small workout room. Staff is great and very accomodating. Food is not that great. Very bland. There is a convenient store in hotel and there is gas station across the street

We stayed overnight on our way back from Paris. Everyone was very helpful, including the shuttle driver who recommended places to eat (and to drive us there). We ended up just having dinner at their onsite H Bar, because we were tired. The pool was open and clean...a little cold, but refreshing! I had our 9-year old daughter with us, and she had a great time. The apartment feel of the room was perfect. Great for if you want to go to a grocery store and prep dinner in your own room.

The suites are nicely equipped and renovated. The beds are very confortable, this is a great place for an extended stay. I was here a month and the staff took great of me. Breakfast was always hot and delicious with an omelet station. I have returned since for another night's stay and awoke refreshed.

I love the atmosphere and how the breakfast is laid out, but the house keeping is HORRIBLE. The dishes for breakfast were not clean; my mother and I had to look through all the dishes in order to find some clean ones. The dirty dishes will make you not want to eat the lovely looking breakfast (F.Y.I; Bring your own paper cups and plates).
