Our stay with Hotel Palace Luzern was a pre-extension stay as part of our booking with a Viking river cruise. This is a beautiful hotel. We were very glad that we were given a room overlooking the lake. Magnificent view. Breakfast is great, service and attentiveness of the staff is great. Room is very clean. Can be walking distance to downtown. Hotel provides bus pass if you prefer to take the bus. I highly recommend when in Lucerne.

It's a pricey place but it's one hell of an Hotel absolutely perfect and beautiful.. 👍

The restaurant is one of the view places not crowded and still the best view on the lake.

Palace Luzerne is about US$600/night, so pricey but most things in Switzerland are rather pricey. Hotel has great views from the rooms and I always felt every member of the staff was always more than helpful.

I have stayed at a lot of 4-5 star hotels in Europe and the showers and bathrooms were always tiny. Big bonus for palace Luzerne was the full sized shower and the nice roomy bathrooms. Also, the hotel has a nice cigar lounge with a good selection. About it thing bad to say besides the price is the room AC is not very strong. Had the AC on Max output for 3 days straight and still did not get very cold in the room.

From arrival to departure staff and setting scored beyond expectations. Room lakeside was just as advertised. Buffet varied and delicious. Linens are divine and sleep was a breeze hopefully returning again soon

The hotel is very lovely and is a nice location on Lake Lucerne. Our room was on the 6th floor, was quiet, unique, and had a wonderful view of the hotel Montana. The service is extraordinary, the food is unlike anything I've had, except the creme brulee, which was the best I've ever had.

Great staff and the Milan restaurant has excellent food.

Good service, it is a little far from the city center but if you like walking and an amazing view, you'll be happy.

Highly recommend this hotel. It has absolutely everything one could wish in a 5-star hotel. Everything from the entrance to the hotel until the bathroom in the rooms has been planned with great details. Guests might notice that the owners have not only invested money, but also time and passion into this hotel.

Great location, nice rooms, but they have too many policies that aren't clear regarding extra bed for kids and extra fees which took us a long time to checkin.

The location of this hotel is key. It's right on the lake close too the train station and just five min walk from downtown shopping.

The experience was spectacular. from the moment we came in, the service was magnificent. We went for a walk to check the view and the hotel concierge gave us umbrellas in case it drizzles. had dinner at the Restaurant Marlin, and the food and service was amazing. If given the time, we will definitely go back.

Un hotel único. el servicio excelente y el hotel con todo lo que se espera de un buen hotel. La localización es muy buena y el lago hace mucha diferencia. El mantenimiento es muy bueno y esrtoy programando volver en octubre.

Плюсы: Персонал работает на высшем уровне. Номера прибирают часто, незаметно. Вид из окна на озеро. Сами номера большие, удобные. Находится в стороне от суеты, на набережной. Минусы: Звукоизоляция отсутствует. В отеле холодно. В ресторанах еда не вкусная!

This is an outstanding hotel, offering the best of Swiss hotel hospitality in an unspoiled location by the lake, yet within walking distance of the city. If you stay in order to enjoy the music festival, it's worth an extra few francs to take the boat across to the concert hall.
