Nice place depending on the room. We were luckily upgraded the first stay and loved it. Next stay not so nice. Food okay. Beach and pool awesome.

Room condition is good, acceptable and tolerable. Food is average. You need to keep the window close, monkeys may come near to the rooms near to the bushes.

One of the best resort in Desaru. A bit pricy.

Friendly staffs, except the room balcony is very dirty and toilet bow is not working properly.

Okay first off let's start with the pros and the cons.
Pros:
1.Includes many amenities such as a pool with slide somewhat of a mini arcade and a brand new pool table .

2.Has activities such as movie nights .

3.has paintball wars and atv riding .

4.Nice rooms with comfy beds and good colour scheme
5.Well trained staff
6.Very huge land and nice beach with hammocks and chairs and water activities (not in Feb :( )
CONS
1.The room bathrooms have no freaking locks!
2.I paid some decent money to enjoy a resort ,but they charge you for every fun thing ,the arcade ?:2rm tokens! Each game that too from the 90s.Even pool.
3.The breakfast there is boring and bland usually having only one or two things that are good like quay teow that gets old too fast.
4.They even charge you 20rm for a scooter that they probably found somewhere

Nice Resort. People is friendly. Wi-Fi is slow.
The hotel is directly facing to the ocean. The temperature of sea water was like hot spring (February though).

I got this place from Singapore by bus though palm plantation. Because the access is not really great, I would rate three-star. Otherwise, it is interesting to visit.
