Like other Renaissance hotels, this new hotel is contemporary and fun to stay. The staff provides excellent service. The gym is fully equipped. The lounge has limited items to offer on weekends though. Instead, you will be quickly exploring all kinds of restaurants nearby, and this is what you stay here for anyway. BTW, sitting on roof top area outdoor (checkin and main restaurant level) and watching planes taking off is quite fun.

Stayed here the first week they opened with my wife. Was checked in by Kevin and Anita. They were wonderful in greeting me when I walked in as well as giving me recommendations on local eateries. Shout out to them! Rooms were excellent and brand new ! The rooftop restaurant did take a while to deliver my room service but was definitely worth it. Can’t wait to come back. 10/10 would recommend.

Brand new and great hotel. Excellent customer service. The rooms are well equipped and good size. The location is fantastic in Flushing, NY. If you are staying to go visit New york , not sure about that. Its a 50 min metro 🚇 commute from the hotel to Time Square. I booked to be close to La Guardia Airport. THE Hotel also value your Marriott status, the upgraded me to nicer room and free breakfast in the lounge 11th floor.

My stay was excellent. From as soon as I walked in, during my stay and from checking out and everything between. Wonderful staff, wonderful atmosphere. Yeli, was such a pleasure to deal with and answered any and every question I had along with my booking. Highly recommend anyone to stay there. The rooftop was incredible with the views it had to offer. I can’t wait to book another stay. Highly recommend.
