Couldn't ask for anything more. Rooms are clean and modern, staff is friendly and quick to help, suite was a nice size. Breakfast is included and has good selection. Overall highly recommended!

This hotel is ok for simple straight forward things but don't attempt to ask any questions as the staff are unable to answer and are oblivious to protocol, they will just nod and give you any answer regardless if it's accurate,
Then act completely unaware when you come in with the expectation of getting what you were told. Aside from the oblivious and untrained staff, it is Fur baby and children friendly in all rooms, decently priced with large rooms that includes everything you could need. Clean, comfy, bright and well cared for with a great complimentary breakfast that includes your own waffle bar with a large variety of different foods.

As always a great stay! The suite rooms are perfect for kids as there is a separate room with a pullout couch. The breakfast is perfect as it has something for everyone.

We spent has a family 4 nights here . It's a perfect place to get around Edmonton. Breakfast is awesome with Fresh Waffles you can cook. The mall, downtown, scenic routes are all very close by . very family friendly place. Free Laundry was a super bonus for us.

So far so good. Clean, quiet and comfortable. WiFi is good and they still have wired if you want it. Which is excellent if you want to use a travel router or need a secure way to work. Nice little kitchenette with a dishwasher and full size fridge. It's nice to have an ice maker in the room. The staff seem very friendly and helpful. Just a hop from West Edmonton Mall and walking distance to a few good places to eat.

Would DEFINITELY stay again. The hotel is beautiful and everything they do seems to really show that they care about their customers. From an amazing breakfast in the morning, to free laundry, to an evening snack, it made it by far the best hotel experience I've ever had.

Was able to book a room the day of by calling ahead. The operator was pleasant and didn't take up any more time than required. Upon arrival, the receptionist was brief and polite which was a positive because of the long day I had. The room was spacious and undoubtedly clean, a welcoming smell of cleanliness and modern. The bed was perfectly firm for support yet not a plank and still soft. Iv stayed here before and chose this place because of the pleasure I had the first time. Would stay here everytime I am in need of a place in Edmonton.

Nice comfortable accommodation. Bathrooms are well appointed. Full kitchen facilities. Mooning hot breakfast included. An excellent value for dollar!

Great for families. Check-in was quick. Rooms super clean. The pool was perfect for kids. Breakfast was great. They offer free light dinner from Monday to Wednesday. Free laundry. Just bring soap and dryer sheets. Will go again.

The room is big enough with kitchen and two televisions, one in the living room and one for the bedroom. It is clean and comformtable. It comes with free hot breakfast too. Nice hotel.

Always an excellent stay at The Staybridge Suites. Amazing staff, always smiling. We had to stay an extra night due to weather and Jenni was very helpful. With spacious rooms, pet friendly and kitchenette, this is the only hotel we stay when visiting Edmonton. Free breakfast is also included. Overall an excellent place to stay.

Nice large clean rooms. Breakfast is much more than you standard Continental. This is a great choice for the price.

Beautiful rooms. Great front fest service. Reasonable rates for a big city. Be nice if they had better rates if you had to stay for longer time frames...like for medical purposes. Good breakfast. I'd like to see vending machines as it's costly to ask for beverages at front desk.
Otherwise...nice place to stay.

Amazing place to stay especially if you're travelling with kids. This is a place to stay if you're thinking about staying around Edmonton for a few days. Amenities are more than what you expected. I will definitely stay here again. 👌👍

Location is a bit away from the core, but has everything you need nearby. Some great restaurants walking distance. The rooms are clean, and well maintained. For long term guests the rooms aren't cleaned each day. They only change the garbage and towels. Complimentary breakfast is quite good. On mon-weds there is complimentary dinner which has good options, and also complimentary beer and wine. Overall had a great stay!

Stayed overnight Nice cozy suite with full kitchen and so much more. Great breakfast.

Breakfast time is very short and not much selection besides snacks
No vending machines/minibar/restaurant

Absolutely love it. Clean, friendly, amazing room and service. Every night they serve dinner for free for the guests. Each night just random food in the lobby where you can sit and socialize.

Well furnished. Has a kitchen and a large fridge, stayed here before and made use of it. Very accommodating especially if away from home.

It is a short drive to West Edmonton mall. The rooms come with a king bed and queen pullout. Two beds are available but at a signicant cost. Service was very good and attentive. Thet even offered us a late checkout as we arrived late night Breakfast buffet was good hot cold assortment. Eggs waffles fruit bread. Bacon oatmeal

Great staff. Big suite style rooms. Excellent for long-term stays. Good chance I ed at the free breakfast. I didn't get a chance to Jon the evening socials, but understand from others good food. Overall great value.

Great time here. Hotel is clean, stuffs are friendly, the hot breakfast is included. Much more than I expected! We stayed in a one bedroom suite and the price is decent! The kids definitely enjoyed. We will stay here again if we ever come to Edmonton again!!!

Rooms are great. I loved being able to have the kids sleep in the "living room" area while my wife and I had a separate room. The breakfast was good but very crowded in a small area. The pool was just big enough for the kids to enjoy, but not a lot of room to really swim around.

Awesome stay at this hotel. This is the second time staying here now. Never any problems. Rooms are clean and comfortable, hotel is fairly quiet for the most part, super friendly staff! Complimentary breakfast everyday, and suppers during the week are a nice bonus! Lots of free parking available, and it's only a few minutes drive to the West Edmonton Mall. Would definitely recommend to family and friends, and will stay here again in the future!

Nice hotel. Got a suite with a separate bedroom that included a decent set of double doors to split up the rooms. Decent size kitchen with two burners, full fridge, dishwasher and a full array of dishes and cookware. Have not seen the Continental breakfast yet but I will update the review later. Pool is a bit of a joke, very small, no hot tub seems more like checking off a box than a legitimate amenity. Very friendly staff, clean facilities.

It was exactly as expected. The free full breakfast was excellent. My wife has food allergies so having a room that has a kitchen was a must. We will definitely stay there again.

Lots of restaurant options near by. They also offer a comp reception from 5:30 to 7:30 Monday - Wednesday. The gym and pool are decent.

Great Suites. On the pricey side, but great suites. And Monday thru Wednesday is free dinner and drinks. Kindof a shock!

This hotel is geared toward multi-night stays and has all the amenities you might need for a week or two in the city of Edmonton.
It's new with nicely laid out rooms and great suites. They have a great food services staff that provide an excellent, full breakfast in the mornings and great full meals at dinner time. They also have weekly social events for guests including Barbecues, etc. There's free broadband, widescreen TV's, a business centre with computers and printers for guest use. They even have a nice common area shared with the dining room that includes chairs and couches, TV, and fireplace.
The rates are surprisingly reasonable for what you get and the location is convenient to a lot of restaurants and shopping, including being near the West Edmonton Mall (if you're into that kind of self abuse).
Also, behind them is the best Dairy Queen in Edmonton. ;')

Very nice rooms. Spacious and well laid out. Comfortable beds and furniture. Full size fridge and diswasher with a ceramic top hot-plate. Kitchen utensils and plates, glasses etc are all there. No bathtub if that's an issue to anyone.

We were very pleased with our stay. Good staff. Good location on West end near lots of restaurants and shopping. Minutes to West Edmonton Mall.

Breakfast included could be a little better. It was sausage and scrambled eggs both mornings but lots of breads and fruit and yogurt. Also has a nice waffle station and oatmeal with various toppings.

Decent little pool but no hot-tub or sauna which was slight disappointment.

Overall very nice place. We will most certainly be booking again for weekends in the city. Found it on Hotwire for 1/3 off which was a stellar price for what we got.

Very nice staff. Clean spacious rooms. We got the King suite whuch had a kitchen, and we stayed with our dogs over night. Nice continental breakfast, comfy beds, restaurants within walking distance, and important for us was enough parking space with a trailer. Our daughter enjoyed the pool for sure!

Hotel is in a great location, minutes from WEM. Across the street is a number of restaurants etc. Hotel is clean, staff are attentive!

Overall a great stay, all of the amenities you would expect of a modern family hotel, and all relatively new.

One qualm, insufficient space for breakfast guests during peak hour(s). We had two babies and couldn't sit and eat within a reasonable time. This could be a one-off as the hotel was fully booked.

Super place. They have high stools at the front desk for checkin in! Wow! The den by the lobby is handy, the beds are incredible and the price reasonable. The continental breakfast was the greatest I've had yet! Will be going back for sure!

Excellent !!! They got excellent complimentary breakfast! Much better than holiday inn ! They got free social dinners on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Also doing laundry is free ! And the customer service is out of this world! Great job guys!

Great place!!!

Overall a good place to stay. Breakfast was on par if not excellent. I wish they'd had a little more variety from day to day. Room was clean and new. Bed was comfortable. The internet was decent, though it did cut out a little now and then. My only real complaint was that on my last night there was a family with little kids in the room above me, and for hours I just heard people running back and forth across the floor. If I was in charge I would put a family with three kids on the first floor, or over an empty room. And there were lots of empty rooms.
