Very elegant yet affordable hotel just step away from universal studio Osaka. .. very convenient. ..

The theme was great. Time and space travel. The rooms spacious and neat and it's located extremely close to USJ.

1st star for location.
2nd star for very good size room for 3.
3rd star for friendly staffs and house keeping.
It is very close to the park, just right outside; save lots of travel time.
Everything is right at hotel, food, shop and entertainment.
Watch out for kids jumping in and out the rooms.

Its very good hotel, have coin laundry, lawson and good interior..
Its very near with Universal,,just in front off the window hotel..
Love to stay here..

The lobby is very well lit & inviting! Also, the rooms are extremely spacious. I was was impressed! I travel quite a bit & it's hard with small rooms... this was very large!

Also, the buffet breakfast is probably one of the best I've been to. Lots of choices & different menu items. Lots of available seating, but be careful of the morning rush prior to USJ opening. I suggest to go early!

We stayed in a triple, the room was spacious and comfortable. From our window we could see the park which is literally one minute walk away. The hotel entrance is on the city walk.

There's a Lawson directly connected with the hotel. The limousine bus from kix airport is just 3 mins away on foot.

It's possible to buy tickets for the park directly at the lobby. There's also a delivery service and parking.

The staff was helpful and spoke good English. I'd definitely come back.

Great place and perfect location. Literally closest hotel to the park. However, there is no gym/recreation/swimming pool.

Beautiful hotel, love the floor themes. The breakfast in the morning was great and it being next to USJ made it a nice spot to explore right next to the hotel.

Theme is TIME and looks modern and fancy. Room is very big but quite empty, not enough deco.

The room was spacious and airy. The view from the window shows the entrance to Universal Studios.

The location is great, 5 minutes walking to USJ.

If you're going to universal it's a great location, to explore Osaka not so much. Service and rooms were great

Amazing decor, staff were extremely courteous. Super convenient location 1 minute away from train station. Breakfast buffet had a great variety for both kids and adults.

Our family with 2 older kids stay in a family room. We had a big room but no shower cap. On the second day no water bottles provided so we need to buy it from lawson downstairs.

Location was great especially for our main purpose of visiting USJ..rooms are themed differently for every floor..service is good

We love this hotel as it is just next door to Universal Studios Japan, so we can rest early after whole day spent inside Universal Studios. The room given to us was the biggest among all the 5 hotels we were in, and it just celebrate its 2nd anniversary (2017) so it is very new. We had 27th floor view of plaza below. We had big TV (55 inch I think) with multiport at the side if you want to attach your laptop. The bed was queen size 2 side by side and most comfortable better than Nikko hotel bed. It has the most comprehensive channel from Chinese, Korean, English and even CNA Singapore. Its price was cheap at 20,000 yen (03 july 17) reasonable. It is next to shopping mall (Universal Citywalk mall) and Hard Rock Café and walking distance to Subway. The lift and room was also bright in colour. We bought the day ticket to Universal Studio although there was no discount. For onward travel, you can get to Kyoto (Kyoto station) via direct bus from next door Keihan hotel but it is also with limited timings per day.

Nice entryway with cool interior lobby.. Rooms are small and not geared toward westerners, especially with kids. The staff is pleasant enough. If you need to go and eat, go to Wolfgang Puck's place within the hotel. Fantastic food and ambiance. Otherwise, the hotel is meh... Rooms are tiny and parking is hugely expensive.. We got overcharged for several days even though staff comped us first night parking. They can not accommodate any deviation from their rigid schedule. You parked, you stay.. What do you mean you come and go with your car...??? Anyways...it was stupid.. We will not come back..

Pretty good service and amazing location of course. I loved being able to look out on to the park at night. We had a lot of fun even just one night.

Usjのゲートの目の前に位置し、最もusjから近いホテル。先日1周年を迎えたばかりの、とても新しくきれいな外観及び内装で、宿泊部屋も広く清潔。

立地はＵＳＪを出てすぐ、どこよりも近いですしまだ新しく部屋も広くて使いやすく居心地も良かったです。平日でホテルに空きがあったようで予約時よりもずっと上の階に変更してくれました。 ＵＳＪを一望でき夜景もキレイでした。 ホテルの近くには沢山の飲食店やコンビニがあり便利でした。ＵＳＪが閉園した後はホテルの中のローソンは大混雑するので近くにある別のローソンをおすすめします。

Great room, great location, great staff, absolutely no complaints. I got what I thought was a great value for a very reasonable price. Additionally the hotel is completely themed, I'd love to stay again even if I don't think I'd do Universal Studios Japan or Osaka aquarium again. This place has no drawbacks at all!

This hotel is literally in front of the park. The rooms are spacious and the bath tub is huge. Being accustomed to hotels in America, I really appreciate the extras this hotel provides. Not only is there coffee and tea, the is even soup. All you do is add hot water. Beyond that, the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Rooms and service are great! Only possible drawback is that you have to take a few trains to get to downtown Osaka.

The room is clean and bigger than normal Japanese hotels. It has the best location if you want to access USJ

Right beside Universal Studios. Excellent rooms. Wifi and coffee/tea included in stay. Very clean and suited our needs. Well worth the stay. Universal City Station is right outside the hotel which connects straight to Osaka.

Lawson is also a convenience store that is attached to the hotel. This store is open 24 hours.

Friendly staff and good location. Would stay again

While this hotel is on the expensive side (30-35 thousand yen per night for a couple with one child), it's cheaper than most at Disney Resort, and makes for a phenomenal way to spend two days at USJ. The location is second to none (less than 30 meters from the main USJ entrance arc, it's the closest of all USJ hotels), the rooms are expansive (incredibly large, specially if compared to most Japanese hotel rooms) and the included breakfast buffet is pretty good, as well (serves both western and Japanese food). The hotel is celebrating its first anniversary--so you can be assured that it is in pristine condition--and I've booked rooms there twice, already. Well worth it every time.
