Great experience and we have been to a lot of timeshares. We ended up buying in and would recommend this company over and over. You can tell it’s family owned and they only want owners who want to be owners! Welcoming, informative, and gave us great tips on how to get the best bang for our buck when it comes to other perks of being an owner which we really really appreciated!

We went to the Welk's Resort for their Timeshare ownership presentation. We found the staff very welcoming and very helpful. The resort is maintained at a very high standard. The location is also very good in Breckenridge. We bought the package from them. The whole team was very accommodating and helped us through our requirements.
