Location is great. Breakfast had plenty to choose from. Room was clean and neat. Fast WiFi.

Rooms are OK good location. Service staff are incapable of smiling. Make not breakfast is NOT included and costs an exorbitant €12 per person.

Good hotel. Located near Hannover Hauptbahnhof at approx 200 metres distance. Room are nice, clean and equipped with modern amneties.

Very good breakfast, but hotel is on a noisy location, does not have sufficient non-smoking rooms. Else bed was comfortable and room was clean. Decent bathroom. Not expensive either, but too expensive for the overall quality

Clean, quiet and really helpful staff. The meals were truly amazing. in walking distance to malls and trainstation. I was super impressed with this place.

The room was spacious. But the beds were super narrow. And.... the noise... Though the windows have probably been sound proofed, you think you're on the highway. Breakfast was good though. Also on the negative side. There was trash on the reception floor. The staff did not seem to mind.

Good location to city and train station. Large rooms.
Asked for double bed when I phoned down to reception I was told to move furniture around from twin to double myself.
No temp control in room and if you open window (which you have to sign a disclaimer for), then all you can.hear through the night is music and shouting.... 2 nights on.thr run. So very hot room with no ventilation. To begin with and on 1st morning was freezing.
Smell of drains in bathroom on 2nd day....
But rooms big, beds ok, mini bar provided in rooms but unlike UK no tea or coffee making facilities.
Free coffee and tea in reception on a morning. Breakfast available at a cost. Bar in reception for a night cap.

Hatte ein schönes und sauberes Zimmer. Von der Straße war in der Nacht nichts zu hören. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr lecker mit einer großen Auswahl. Es gab sogar Waffeln zum selbst backen. Ich war sehr zufrieden.

Freundliches Personal. Preis Leistung gut.Tiefgarage Fahrstuhl sehr eng, kosten pro Tag 7€ teuer.Frühstück Buffet sehr gut. Im Paket buchen dann nicht so teuer. Umgebung nicht die beste,eben Bahnhof. Aber central gelegen und dafür relativ ruhig.
