Very good service. Great people. Nice place. Reminds me of old El Paso.

Friendly and very responsive staff. Lobby area is very spacious. Rooms are little old but clean and the beds are comfortable. Have complementary shuttle to the airport. Have club on the property. I went in Sunday night. It was not that busy but had good DJ and the crowd was over 40.

The stay was pleasant. The rooms were spacious and clean. Nice place to stay. However breakfast wasnt included since we booked through a third party. We chose to go off site and purchase breakfast since either way we were going to pay. Check your reservation if you are expecting breakfast at the hotel.

This place is remarkable for business or leisure. The staff and management is welcoming and very respectful. Everything is within a few minutes either driving or walking. They offer a complementary shuttle within the immediate area so there is no issues with going out for dinner and worrying about who has to drive back. My wife loved the pool area as it has 2 fire pits in the evenings. This place is a must stay for anyone coming to El Paso!!!

This was one of the best hotels we have stayed at here in El Paso. The pool was very clean, and the pool supervisor came at the beginning of his shift to check it's pH balance. As he said he performs everyday. The room was larg and spacious as apposed to most. The restaurant was also one of the best if not the best in El Paso. The club and entertainment staff was excellent and very friendly. Checkout could be better if it was at 1pm but is at 12. The great thing we like the most was we were still allowed to swim and hang out till whatever time we saw fit. I recommend anyone who is looking for a great night's sleep and an amazing night life to go and stay more than just a day.

I have stayed at this Best Western Plus a few times, and it's one of my favorite hotels that my company uses. The rooms are decent and the staff is always really nice. The lobby is really cool, with a massive mural on one wall and a open window to the pool with a waterfall. My favorite part, though, is the free breakfast. It's way better than your average hotel breakfast. I definitely suggest staying at this hotel.

This is a very big hotel this is my second time staying at this location while passing through El Paso. The staff is very nice and assists you in anyway they can. Me and my family love hanging out by their pool all day. Cooking burgers on their grills in their court yard. When the pool and everything closes up we head up to the room change and then head back down to their lounge.

I stayed four nights and it was nice and clean. A bit dated and looks like it needed some work on the appearance and décor.
The staff was very nice and accommodating for the exception of the manager that was on duty the day I checked out.
The A.C. leaked in the restroom I was in I almost slipped and hurt my knee. All he did was give a percentage off my bill for that night and gave me points I will not use.

This place was very clean had an indoor outdoor pool and super friendly staff. Really enjoyed it. Had a bad experience with a nearby hotel and check out and went over here. Best move I made. Plenty of restaurants and businesses nearby for you to get some food and drinks. Definitely would recommend the place. Lots of parking to even for oversized vehicles

The breakfast at this establishment was very good, it was different than any other Best Western that we have stayed at. The first room that we went to the TV was disconnected and the maintenance person could not fix it so they moved us to a suite,which was nice but the balcony door did not lock, the door to the bathroom would not stay closed, and the air conditioner did not work well and was very noisy. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was clean.

Great location, nice decor, and amenities. The room was spacious, there was a game room with pool tables, and the pool was lit with cool colors like purple and pink. Didn't get to use the firepits but it was great that they were provided. Breakfast was mediocre but can't beat free! It was super quiet with the occasional "kids having fun at the pool" noise, but that's to be expected because our room was next to the pool and didn't last long enough to be bothered. Only downside was the dirty carpets in the room. No long treks to the hotel room from the parking lot or pool. Elevator was small but never was actually an issue for us. Stairwells were open and not behind closed doors so no creepy vibe there

What was great about the Hotel was the staff never at any time hesitated to help me with my special requests. When I needed a ride to a site about a mile from the Hotel between Airport runs they made it happen. The Restaurant cooked up a healthy Tuna meal which was first class. The room was clean. A great stay.

This Best Western is portably built on top of a sewage tank. We were originally checked into the first floor. We checked into our room and soon realized how awful the whole place smelled like a sewage tank. So we head to the main lobby to let the front desk staff know about the room. The front lobby smelled like chlorine, due to the pool next to it and mold. They let us switch the room to a second floor room. The same smell was on the second floor as well. You can smell the sewage smell even walking around the halls. Our room on the second floor was just as bad as the room downstairs. It was even worse because it seemed like who ever checked out of our room earlier that day had been smoking so the room smelled like poop and cigarettes. It was just awful. I will not recommend this best western to my worst enemy and will never stay here again.

Very nice people. The shuttle will take you places within a 3 mile area and bring you back. You don't need to rent a car if you fly into the area if you don't want to. Clean rooms. Such a nice pool area, and even have a putting green. This is such a nice hotel. Great restaurant inside too, great food and wonderful service.

Rooms were very nice. Comfy and all the amenities. The pool and hot tub were outside in the gorgeous sun. Pool area had a huge barbeque area. Pool area also had a bar with good drink selections. Hotel was right behind famous Dave's barbeque as well

Location is very convenient to El Paso Airport and I-10. Building looks freshly painted, but otherwise the facilities are somewhat run down. The card reader at the outside entrance near our room was not functioning, so any one could enter at any time. Although our room was designated non-smoking, guests outside the building were smoking, and the odor easily permeated our room. The last time we stayed at this hotel, breakfast was not included in the room rate. This time, we discovered after we left that breakfast WAS included....but nobody mentioned this when we checked in. If I didn't earn frequent stayer points for staying at Best Western properties, I would not return to this hotel. May give up the points on my next visit to El Paso, sorry to say.

The pool area is the highlight of this hotel. We were able to grill and the pool was warm. The room was clean and decent. Good quality for the price.

Only thing I do not like is that they charge $25 in addition to the regular price. You will receive refund but it takes 3-5 busines days. The other thing is that the housekeepers make a lot of noise in the morning. We got woken up a couple of times.

This place is really nice! The pool area is really cool and all the extra things they've added over the years has really paid off.

Great front desk staff. Everyone is very nice. Bathrooms needs to be updated. Especially shower heads dire need of replacing.

We stayed here for 5 nights, 3 nights in one room and 2 nights in another.
The first room was perfect, plenty of channels to keep kids attention while trying to research places to live. The room was wonderful, this in and of itself would have been a 5 star review if it weren't for the other 2 nights.
We checked out and checked back in after having a little hiccup with finding a place to live. They put us in a different room, that was alright. Damage to the walls, bathroom, and not as nice looking, but we looked pass this since it was only for 2 nights. The TV channel had maybe 13 channels, over 5 of them didn't work or had no sound. Nothing for the kids to watch. And this room cost more than the other room. Our mistake for going back.
The breakfast buffet was ok, loved the blueberry waffles, the pool was heated, but the severe downgrade and up cost when we checked back in left my husband and me very upset.

Nice place. But on the weekends they have a club. If you trying to get a 👍 nite sleep forget it. Clean in overall. Good breakfast.

I really enjoyed my stay at the best western plus in El Paso tx. The services where great. All the employees where very nice and very helpful. But one employee stood out from the rest. That employee was Alana. She was very kind and always greeted me with a smile and helping hands. She is a great staff member for the hotel.

I am giving 3 stars for the service at the bar area of the hotel, even though the room was clean and nice enough and the front desk staff were excellent. While the bartender ate potato chips and ignored me sitting in the bar area, even after I approached the bar -- it took me 20 minutes to get a drink, and I was never offered another one. I didn't want another drink, but that's not the point. The other bartender was busy doing a promotion and couldn't be bothered with drink orders. The bar was not that busy, maybe a dozen patrons total. It was among the worst service I have ever had at any restaurant or bar. The bar is central to the hotel, since it is located right off the lobby area, next to the pool. It could be a great gathering spot, but the lack of service is appalling.

My room was at the back of the hotel, and elevator access is quite a walk away. Hauling my bag up a flight of stairs was not on my bucket list. There is no remedy for this, since this is the way the property was designed. There is a nightclub in the lower level of the hotel and it seemed very busy when I checked in to the hotel at 11 p.m. on a Tuesday night. I have read reviews about noise complaints, but I did not experience a problem, maybe because my room was far away and in the back of the property. Parking is tight, there were mostly large pickup trucks backed into spaces in the rear, and it was hard to find a spot where I could easily back up the car without having to be in a very tight situation. Also, the last rental car they had was a luxury model, and it was brand spanking new and I didn't want to return it with door dings. The striping of the parking lot is very tight for the large vehicles parked there. Again, a design issue.

I will find a different hotel next time. It was just a little too complicated for my taste.

Nice lobby and we enjoyed the breakfast. Staff was helpful. Rooms were adequate, the beds were fine. Hallways were a bit shabby. We were only there to sleep, but we would go back if we were in town again.

I really enjoyed this hotel. There is a large center room with a huge mural on the wall where events are held. The restaurant is reasonably priced, and the free breakfast is above average for hot hotel breakfasts. There is a really cool pool with a waterfall, which you can see through a window from the main room. The rooms themselves are comfortable and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. You will need to stop by the desk in the morning to get a coupon for the free breakfast. There are plenty of places to eat within walking distance, and it just seems like a nice area. Overall, A+!

Great hotel in a grea location. Restaurant on site had great food, but a lot of restaurant choices within walking distance. Definitely will be staying here for all future business trips.

AMAZING! We stayed here for a night and from check out to check in we were impressed. The staff really interacted in enthusiastic ways, and access to our room was easy! Wi-Fi here compared to other Best Western hotels is way better! As well, the breakfast buffet at the restaurant inside the hotel (they give vouchers for each person staying) given were fantastic and I'm so happy we came. Our late night swim was beautiful, and it was a good way we ended our road trip before going off to Houston!

Super convenient. Nice and plenty of breakfast to choose from. Just beside the freeway. Close to all your food needs. Clean room. Cool ambiance. Perfect!!

Only bad thing was the shower. It did not have that much pressure. Other than that minor hiccup, everything was awesome. Best part was the amazing and friendly staff.

BW-El Paso is the best BW I have stayed at. The staff was attentive and caring. The location is proximate, whether you are going to downtown, the airport or to Fort Bliss. And there is an excellent Starbucks across the car park.

Great location to the airport. Free breakfast Buffett in the morning with good variety. The rooms were a good size and the balcony rooms were nice. There were also many restaurants nearby that were walking distance. I would stay there again.

The indoor/outdoor pool is the reason I booked a 4 night 5 day stay here. It did not disappoint.
The staff are very attentive and make up for the dated decor and well used feel in the original room I was given.

Spent their whole budget on the lobby and pool. The rooms are like a motel 6... if that. To start with, the bathroom has a 6' 8" drop ceiling that looks like it's from 1960. The bathroom fan sounds like an oil pump. The shampoo and conditioner bottles have screw off caps- not exactly an intuitive move, seeing as your hands are usually wet and/or soapy when in the shower. The drain didn't drain. There were only two towels.

When I checked in with my wife and three kids, they gave me one key. The door didn't latch without me manually poking at the mechanism. Instead of queen beds in a two bed room, you get doubles. Details such as the extremely shoddy staining of the door, or the stains on the hallway carpet really don't fit with the nice pool, courtyard, and lobby. However, I'd rather have a great room than a fancy lobby any day- but I really shouldn't have to choose.

Great stay, just wish there were more electrical plugs especially near the desk. Great shower, very helpful staff.

Was fantastic for traveling wit h my mom who needed medical attention and handicap accessible room. Highly recommend. Staff was so helpful and accommodating.

The breakfast in the morning is really good. The pool is ok but the hot tub outside is very small. I was not happy about that. You can barely get four people in there. I would of thought as big as this hotel is that they would of had a big enough hot tub. The room seem bigger in the photos n small in person. The location is great n there is Alot to do here. Service was very good too.

Excellent staff comfortable beds good price. The breakfast is pretty dog-gone good.
I stay there at least 1 week a month. Alex is the GM he is always available and the sales staff Maria & Gabe are easy and awesome to work with. Chantel at the bar is fantastic, drop by on a Wednesday and listen to Oscar the one man band sing his heart out!!!!

Hotel staff was very friendly, polite, courteous, and welcoming. As with any Hotel, cleanliness is always an issue. I noticed a few hairs on the sheets of one bed. I didn't complain because I am the kind of person to accept little issues. The sheets looked and smelled clean, I just noticed a few hairs (2 to be exact and they were fairly short and straight, and less than an inch). They could have been left by the person making the bed. Overall the experience was very good.

Stayed here because it is close to the airport and claimed to have a heated inside pool. False. Pool is not heated and is not indoors. Suite i booked claimed to have a balcony. Balcony was a piece of concrete with a view of a roof and electric wiring. On the upside, the suite was spacious and clean, king bed was comfy.

The driver I think his name was Andy was awesome not like other wierd hotel shuttles made us feel very comfortable and the hotel was awesome overall great stay and beautiful female employees :O

This was our third stay at this location, but the experience was not as wonderful as the first visit. There is much to love about it with a lovely outdoor pool with a waterfall, a hot tub, a lovely garden, fitness center, bar, game room with pool table, complimentary beverage and popcorn, complimentary breakfast with a variety of hot food including Mexican favorites as well as non-Mexican favorites. The beds have always been wonderful and the heat/cool system super. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. I would consider staying again, but would request a room with a more convenient bathroom setup.

So the rooms are clean and they are what they are for a discount room however the outside is absolutely stunning this hotel has one of the best in the areas along with grills and just a general great outside area I mean it's a motel but the area outside can be used for something as well as a reception because it is just great and spacious come back to El Paso I would go to this hotel specifically

I liked it! The rooms were comfy. The bathroom was spacious and clean. Breakfast was the main event for us, I had Almond milk, scramble eggs with onions, and Tomatoes, Refried beans, (just cuz it was there) some good hash browns(not a fan but it was how I like them) cottage cheese and a half of a english muffin. My family had cereal, pancakes, peaches, bacon, plain scramble eggs, sausage, apple juice, water, fruit (watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew) and yogurt. The pool was beautiful but on the smaller side which was not an issue and was 3 ft deep. They also have a barbecue area, plenty of lounge chairs and couches to hang and a bar inside before you go out to the pool. Wish we could of stood there longer to enjoy all the amenities

Room smelled a little like smoke even for a non-smoking room. Complimentary breakfast was really good and we had a free shuttle which helped out a lot. Overall it was an enjoyable trip.

This hotel used to be holiday Inn, and they changed to Best western plus which got a lot better, friendly service, covenant distance for Restaurant(Mirai Grill Japanese Restaurant) and Teddy's Bar, Nice swimming pool, comfortable bed , definitely I am going back.

This is a nice renovated hotel that they need to take care of. Several signs that this hotel is not properly being taken care of such as the bathroom door not being able to shut, clogged bathroom drain etc.. The bed was comfortable and room was clean and tidy. Bathroom semi-clean..hair all over floor from previous visitors and clogged drain. If you are claustrophobic or tall this place is not for you. The layout of this place is very tight and different. The bathroom ceiling is only 7 foot tall and the spaces in the hallway and room are small.
The biggest problem with this place was the desk/receptionist staff (excluding the breakfast gentlemen they were very nice). When I checked in the lady was very short with me and ignored me, during our transaction (while I was talking to her) she began talking to another employee on my side of the desk around the corner in spanish. She acted completely annoyed with me. I'm sorry but when you are dealing with a customer it is very rude to do such things, especially in this situation where although she may not know it from my appearance, I could understand everything she said. Furthermore, the receptionist was so quick that she didn't give us any details of check out time, where amenities are located (believe me you'll need to ask), a breakfast card we had to get every morning for breakfast (found out from asking other visitors during breakfast), shuttle service etc.....RIDICULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE. This also seems to be a high break in area for vehicles too so just be aware of that. Oh and be sure you're up and ready to go or you have your privacy note on the door, housekeeping came by at 9:00 am.

I came into town and was immediately rushed to the hospital for emergency surgery. Afterwards I was totally alone and not well in a town I never visited. This hotel was so comfortable and clean AND the staff were total angels. One of the hotel clerks (Marissa) even went and got my prescriptions filled when I could neither drive nor stand. They made sure I had every comfort that I would have in my own home. Every person was attentive and brought me things when I could barely stand up.
I travel often but this hotel staff I will never forget. I am eternally grateful.

The best part of the hotel besides the outer appearance was the bed. The king size pillow top gave me a much needed good night's sleep. Towels were clean but looking their age. The water pressure was almost nill while showering it would fluctuate. The hallway by the pool smelled like a guest was smoking weed. My hallway was facing the highway but inside sound proofing was excellent.

Stayed 3/14/15 along with 3 others in two rooms . We found the motel clean and the staff friendly.
It was well appointed and restaurants are within walking distance.

Rude and inconsiderate late night travelers spoiled the quite. No fault of the motel.
