Really liked this hotel. The rooms were modern, well decorated and the location is very central. The price is extremely decent for what you’re getting. I just wish they had something better than that sad instant coffee in the rooms.

Beautifully decorated rooms, clean and well-appointed. Our room actually had a kitchen, washer/dryer and a full-sized bathtub! Close to transit and many, many museums. Front desk staff VERY accomodating. The restaurant attached to the hotel NOT managed by the hotel had a very limited menu, very pricey smorg-style breakfast. But the wait staff were EXTREMELY RUDE and unaccomodating. It is unfortunate as the hotel and it's staff were absolutely too-notch! There is a nice-sizes grocery store about a block away that has a bakery, deli, fresh meats, frozen foods, beer and wine and SO much more - shop there instead of eating in the restaurant. The VERY helpful front desk people will give you easy directions to the grocery.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms a good size with a small kitchen containing a microwave and two hobs for cooking. Free use of washing facilities including detergent, as well as free use of the gym. We didn't have food at the hotel restaurant but the menu looked nice. Great location, attractions not too far and metro station close by also. Highly recommend.

Great value hotel! Super clean and tidy rooms. The service and staff were very professional and the kaffe downstairs was very good too. The location is central and walking distance to many of the major landmarks / spots in Berlin. I would stay again.

Super comfortable rooms with great decor and amenities. Love the rain shower! The location is perfect, close to Alexanderplatz, shopping and sights. The 6th floor room I stayed in even had a cute rooftop terrace.

We stayed here for a couple nights at the beginning of May 2018. Our room was clean, spacious, modern and quiet. We even had a street-view room and barely heard a peep all night.

We rented a car and parked in the secure garage, but mostly walked from the hotel to different restaurants etc.

I will definitely be staying here when we return to Berlin.

Great hotel in a very quite area in Berlin. Location is quite but also very close to all main attractions. Hotel is new , very goog breakfast is definitely recommended. Rooms are big very very clean. I will definitely stay again... Interior design is also very good especially the lobby ..

A wonderful hotel. Our room had a mini kitchen facility. Bathroom shower was one of the best. Beds were very comfy. A great coffee shop below to have coffee and cake. And glass floor in reception where you can see old ruins. Good location. Friendly and helpful staff. I would definitely stay again.

Recently built hotel with very modern decor and comfortable service apartments. Location is a plus with almost everything within walking distance. Features like their own gym and cafe/ bar is a plus.

Very good place to stay, nice rooms and good service. Our room was cold and they dealt with it quickly plus giving us extra duvet. Nice kitchenette and bathroom was gòod. Comfy bed.

Amazing place, perfect design. It even had a UK plug! Very good location. However don't pay for breakfast included it was not the best. Better pay for it separately and you will be able to pick up from the menu better options.

Really nice hotel, fairly well located near Alexanderplatz (10 minute walk). Staff are friendly, it is very affordable and the rooms are gorgeous. Really felt like a home away from home. The room even has a washer dryer so we could was everything before we came home!
My only issues were that we had booked a kingsize bed, however it was two singles pushed together so we spent so much time having to push them back together as they wouldn't stay in place so that was quite annoying. Also our TV didn't work properly and would keep switching off and freezing, luckily we had the laptop so it wasn't too bad.
Would definitely recommend but just check about your bed first!

Capri is one of the best hotels. My stay was exceptional. The hotel is new and beautifully designed. From furniture to comfort to service it was all exceptional. It is in the middle of the city of Berlin which is a 10min walk to Alexanderplatz and to other markets and city restaurants. Perfect perfect for short or long stays!!! Hasan, one of the front desk clerks was super!!!! Thanks for making our stay special.

Location was OK, room was decent sized and comfortable enough, shower was nice with enough hot water and water pressure. Check in staff were very friendly and welcoming. Would rate it 4.5/5 if not for the breakfast, which was slightly different from what I had expected. The coffee machine was not stocked with milk, and the drink options were limited to expresso or black coffee; if you wanted a cappuccino or latte you had to order from the cafe. Tea selection was strange, as they had a good variety of floral teas, such as camomile and mint, but no black teas.

Amazing modern hotel, but still warm and cosy. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had breakfast included in our room deal and there was ample choice and a nice relaxed atmosphere.
The location was perfect for us just a 10 minute walk from AlexanderPlatz, providing great transport links to all over Berlin.
Highly recommended, we will definitely be staying here again on it next visit.

Great choice for Berlin! Located in the central of the city so very easy to walk around or taking the subway from U Spittelmarkt. Brand new room, super clean, nice design, super helpful and friendly staff and convenient with the mini kitchen.

Overall, a very decent hotel. The staff are friendly but their IT system needs some serious updating. The location is acceptable, but don't bother with the bus during commute hours. There is a big construction site and an empty lot on the back street. I didn't hear much noise though. The in-room kitchenette is a great idea for those who want to fix their own meals (German food can be too heavy). The bed was somewhat hard for most Americans.

The hotel was, simply put, brilliant. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was super clean and modern. The hotel is located near all the main museums, Alexander Platz and the hipster part of Berlin (Mitte and beyond). I thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Highly recommended.

Fresh theme, very well furnished with good attention to some often missed details such as power outlets at each side of the bed. I particularly liked the room furniture, modern and very cozy, it felt like nice restreat going back to the room after a long day strolling around Berlin.

The staff were very hospitable and accommodating, breakfast buffet was good, and overall cleanliness was perfect!

Excellent hotel with friendly staff. The rooms are clean and fitted with nice linen and good bathroom products the small kitchen has everything you need to make a delicious meal for two. The gym however is very small and located in the basement. Very nice location close to everything and public transport in front of hotel or 200m for the subway.

Everything about this hotel is great. The reception staff are friendly, the rooms are spacious, theres a little kitchen, its close to everything....but housekeeping....I thought the reviews were over reacting! Horrible. They did not clean the floor, empty the trash, or change our towels. There are crumbs on the floor, pillows left on the floor and bed is not made properly. We washed our own dishes but I doubt housekeeping would have cleaned them. Such a shame! And housekeeping opened the large floor to ceiling windows and left it open. It needs a special key to lock/close. Didn't enjoy the mosquitos and the noise.

An amazing place, I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean, very well furnished and in a modern fashion; the bed was really comfortable and the bathroom roomy. The staff is very kind. The building is very new and near a bus stop (but you can also find an underground stop by walking for 5 minutes). Absolutely outstanding for the price we paid. Fantastic hotel in a fantastic position, I will certainly come back.

Very pleasant hotell, the very nice staff is there to help you all the time. Modern room with cooler, micro and a big bathroom. Bus stop right outside and a 5 minute walk to the underground. Very close to the river Spree and all the bars & restaurants there.
Good breakfast well worth the extra cost.

The only negative is the big road (4 lanes and a traffic light) aside the hotel, with pretty much heavy traffic. We had a room on the second floor, and the traffic noise was there all the time.

Wonderful room in great location, bus stop is right in front of the hotel, U spittelmakt isn't too far a walk. Staff is very nice and friendly. Will recommend for anyone, especially business travellers.

Not very close to the center of town and next to a main road. The rooms are very nice and modern. Breakfast is decent but not worth the €16 it costs if not included with the room. A short walk to the nearest underground stop and a good selection of places to eat within walking distance, albeit rather expensive ones.

The Capri by Fraser Berlin is a new, clean and cozy hotel. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and I'd recommend staying there for anyone interested in visiting Berlin. It's situated in Mitte which is close by many tourist attractions in Berlin. The great thing about the hotel is that the rooms have kitchens so if you're interested in preparing a quick meal, you can easily cross the street to the near grocery store and grab a few ingredients.

I'd also like to extend my appreciation to the friendly staff, especially Simona Langenbach the Shift Leader and Tommy the Front-Desk Attendant. They both were very knowledgable, attentive and ensured that I had a great stay.

Congratulations on the new hotel launch, and I look forward to visiting again soon!

Hotel hatte erst ein paar Tage geöffnet, sieht gut aus, es gab ein wenig Probleme beim Check-IN, nichts was man nicht in den Griff bekommen kann. Leider hat die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert bei uns im Zimmer. Alle Mitarbeiter freundlich, einige sprachen nicht ganz so gut deutsch.
