Nicole at the front desk was AWESOME!! So very nice and helpful all with a super skill and enthusiasm!!
Kim, the General Manager, was also very nice and extremely helpful. My young son even said "all the people that work here are so nice!!"
Free HOT (and tasty) breakfast buffet, free tasty dinner buffet, free popcorn in the lobby, free fountain drinks, free coffee AND three free adult beverages for EACH guest over 21 every night!!!!
The indoor/outdoor pool was great and the hot tub was relaxing after a day exploring the Grand Rapids area!
All that said, the room was VERY CLEAN and very nice. And VERY AFFORDABLE!! Had a two bedroom King Suite and me, my wife and two kids stated here comfortably. Bed was soft and pull out sleeper sofa mattress was good too. Large bathroom and lots of seating in our room.
If you have a need to stay in the grand Rapids area, check out this hotel first! You'll be glad you did!!!

A great stay no matter which location you choose. Offering up dinner for the family along with stay makes it that much better. The food was great, the pool was awesome. The Grand Rapids location has an indoor outdoor pool open year round. We swam outside in the snow, and the water was warm both inside and outside of the hotel. Everything about the stay was great! We will be going back!

This is a great hotel! The popcorn in the lobby when we checked in was unique and very appreciated by my family. Clean and nicely appointed. Rooms are spacious and have fridges and microwaves. Will definitely stay here again.

This was a beautiful new hotel. The rooms were large and well furnished. I slept on a fold-out couch bed. In most hotels the fold-out couch beds are uncomfortable, but here it was good. 👍

We stayed at a Drury Hotel when we were in Missouri a few months ago and our son loved it so much that we wanted to surprise him for his birthday. We stayed at the Grand Rapids location July 6-7 to celebrate his 7th birthday. When we checked in the staff had a card and a goodie bag filled with snacks for him! He was SO surprised and happy! They also had us in a room on the top floor with a nice view. It was very peaceful. Nicole at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub were even better than we were expecting (larger than the previous Drury we stayed at) and of course the 5:30 kickback and breakfast were great!

Spent a week here for a business trip. Fantastic visit, not one complaint. The staff and housekeeping were on the ball. The room was big and comfy. The pool was clean and inviting. Free breakfast was satisfactory as was the free food items at the dinner hour. Also got free alcoholic drinks nightly. Would visit again.

From the beginning to the end of our stay(Even beyond that) I have nothing but kind words to say about this hotel! Free breakfast, free dinner and 3 free drinks per hotel guest over 21?! Who could beat that! Whenever my family and I were on the main floor ( where the sitting room is at and the reception desk ) we seen the manager (I believe his name is kim) everywhere! Greeting guests, asking how everything is and even cleaning up after the guests and taking empty plates. My background is customer service and I was definitely blown away by this manager! He made us feel welcomed and like an appreciated customer. Not only that but a few days after we got home we realized we were missing some items that we left at the room. So I called the hotel and I got to speak with Kim (I believe that is his name) he said he will call me back if he is able to find them.. So 15 mins later he did call me and he did find them.. He got everything together and within an hour he was able to gather my information and send out our stuff to be mailed back! I think that is awesome and called the hotel thinking that we would just have to kiss the stuff goodbye! I would honestly have to say that this is by far one of the best hotels we have stayed in! Thank you for making this an enjoyable stay and we will definitely be returning customers!!

They are not kidding when they say " The extras aren't extra. We even got upgraded to a bigger suite because my wife had signed up for their royalty program ( it has its perks ). Nice suite, pretty decent location not too far away from down town.

I used Drury Inn & Suites as a host hotel for an annual Police K-9 certification event for handlers from around Michigan and Canada. Kim and his staff went above and beyond to make our stay very pleasant. The rooms and staff were amazing and everyone I talked to said they were extremely happy with their rooms and the friendliness of the staff. Many said that they will be using Drury Inn & Suites in the future after their experience here. Thank you for helping make this event such a success!

Their advertising is correct - Best Mid-level Hotel in the U.S. Offer both breakfast & evening meal/cocktail hour. Quiet comfortable suites. We enjoyed our stay in king bedroom suite. Spacious. And Drury are is a dog friendly hotel.

Drury Inn is great! They are very sweet to my dogs and the front desk staff is so kind and love them so much. They always greet us and give them treats, and they remember us whenever we come back to visit. The rooms are very clean despite them being designated pet rooms, and there's plenty of room for my dogs to walk outside.

Like this hotel. New, clean, cool lobby with bar. Dog-friendly. Helpful staff. Nice rooms with good venting and no smells - which can be hard to find. Quiet. Good pool. Will recommend.

This was my first time at the hotel and have nothing but good things to say. Staff is very nice and accommodating. Love that they provide breakfast AND dinner as well as free popcorn and soda/water from 3:00 to 9:30 each day. Quiet hotel. Rooms very clean. Nothing negative about this hotel. Will definitely return.

We stayed while in town for a family wedding. The front desk clerk was very friendly and got us situated with early check in when we arrived earlier than expected. Our room was spotless, there wasn't even a speck of dust. The beds and pillows were comfortable and I appreciated that there were 4 pillows per bed. I was worried about noise as we were the first room off the elevator, but besides the passing voice in the morning it was very quiet. The breakfast buffet in the AM was very good and had a good selection. Even though my husband and I are limited on what we can have we were still able to have a filling breakfast of eggs, cheese, and sausage. We were very pleased with our stay and would stay again in the future. The price was also very reasonable as well.

The hotel is very clean and well kept. Staff were very friendly. Great perks in having both breakfast and dinner available and both meals were good. The only minor issue was breakfast went until 9:30 and at EXACTLY that time it was all removed. Items were being taken away as at least a half a dozen people were up there trying to get food. While I get that breakfast is up only for a certain amount of time, it would have been polite if they would have allowed the guests to get their food before it was taken. The manager did come out later and apologize for his staff however.

Really nice looking. Great front desk help at all hours. There could have been another bartender on New Year's Eve, me and my husband didn't even get any of the free drinks. The kick back is awesome. It's like dinner, and included.

This is not a 5 star hotel but it seems to be run with a 5 star mentality. The staff was ultra helpful. They left no need unfilled. The manager was visible, accessible, and friendly. The front desk was welcoming and a pleasure to deal with. I was there on business, but I noticed a lot of families in the hotel. The breakfast bat was decent, clean, and properly attended. The happy hour food was the same. I opted to use the happy hour bar as my dinner on most nights. As a guest, one is given drink coupons during happy hour. It appeared that most guest enjoyed this. I was happily surprised that this hotel experience was unforgettable.

This facility is impeccably well maintained. Everything was in working order during my visit. Their pool is both indoor & outdoor, hot tub functions perfectly. Their gym is small but the treadmills are new & even have virtual landscapes you can run through, such as Northern Italy & Germany. Their 5:30 - 7:00 pm Kickback featured chicken strips & pasta. They also included three adult beverages in the price of your room, so that was really nice. They have a small business center with fast computers & printers. Overall, this is a great place for short business trips & Family vacations.

This place is awesome! When they say the extras aren't extra they actually mean it. We're here this weekend celebrating 39 years together. We had reserved a room at a different place for the weekend. Their whirlpool wasn't working, so we looked around and found Drury. I think we've found a new, favorite get away place. We will definitely be back. And will tell everyone to come here. If I could give a 5 plus I would.

Very good place. Pool has flap for swimming inside and outside, which makes it unique. Room decently sized, with three rooms. Light switches a little confusing. Otherwise, very good place.

This place was great. My parents stayed here while visiting Grand Rapids. It is very difficult to find hotels that allow dogs and usually when you do they are not very nice. But this one was spectacular and was set up very nice. The only complaint I would have was the pool area had a funky smell but there were a ton of kids in there so it may have just been a fluke weekend.

Very nice staff, clean room, perfect water pressure, and nice complimentary breakfast/happy hour. Pillows were a little soft for my liking, but that's the only negative thing I can think of! I hope to stay there again.

Had a great stay. Love the dinner and grand daughter loved the popcorn and pop. The buffets both dinner and breakfast had something for everyone. Pool and hot tub were in great condition. Thank to all employees.

The hotel staff is very friendly and the room is clean. The snack at dinner time is completely decent enough for actual dinner. It had chicken fingers, pasta, potatoes, salad, soup and hot dogs tonight. If you are over 21 you also get three free drinks. The location is not downtown but I'm told there is Uber.

This place is so nice. Free drinks and food not only in the morning but evening too. Modern and clean. Friendly service. Good price. Comfortable beds. Can't say enough, all hotels should follow Drury.

My husband and I had a very nice stay! New so it's clean, fresh and up to date! Nice step in shower, micro and small fridge in room. Comfortable bed! Wish the pool had been open after 10 for just adults and open before 9 in the morning. Saw that it was pet friendly to more than just small dogs too!

This was a phenomenal hotel to stay in. The guest rooms were very clean and well maintained. The staff was quite attentive and always willing to go the extra mile. The only real complaint I have is that I wish the breakfast chives changed like the 530 kickback choices do. We stayed here multiple nights and by day 3 we were very tired of the breakfast choices. However, the 530 kickback with different food choices even on the weekends and 3 free drinks a day more then made up for it.

This is an amazing hotel. The rooms are large and clean. The room includes a full hot breakfast and happy hour. With happy hour you get a buffet which the hotel call appetizers, but could easily be dinner. There seemsvto be hot dogs, soup, salad, pasta, and some sort of chicken most nights. It also includes 3 adult beverages each night. You can also get popcorn and soda just about all day. There is a very nice indoor / outdoor pool. I will try to stay at Drury Inns whenever possible.

Booked on a travel website, room looked as it was presented on website, nice decor, but I thought I was going to have a bathtub, I did not. The bed was super comfy with lots of pillows. The location was great! The hotel is right off the interstate and just a few minutes from downtown Grand Rapids. I would book again, hopefully, they find a restaurant that will contract with them, it would have been great to have a restaurant within the hotel

Celebrated my sisters 18th birthday here & it was a phenomenal experience! We had so much fun that I got my own room right down the hall. Sad I didn't get to swim in the pool tho :/

Great rooms; beds, large TV, comfortable and good rooms. Even the elevators were sophisticated. Lastly one of the greak perks I liked is thee amazing breakfast buffet.

Nice rooms and lounge area while still being very kid friendly. The food is Very good especially for being included in the stay it was also very nice that my husband and I could have a few cocktails(also included in stay!!) without having to leave the hotel and may I add I have never stayed at a hotel with a friendlier more attentive staff than the Drury Inn we will defiantly be looking for this chain of hotels no matter what state we visit I would give them more stars if I could Thank You for helping us have a great vacation

I enjoyed my stay even if it was for just one night. Honestly, I don't have a negative thing to say about the hotel. Friendly staff, clean and modern rooms, nice hotel layout, free WiFi, free dinner, free drinks, free breakfast..... What else can you ask for? I actually felt as though I was getting good value for my money. Other hotels should follow suit. I'll definitely stay again at a Drury Hotel!!

Clean rooms, clean building, very new. Water in the normal AM time is not much more than warm so get up early or late. Breakfast is good, but didn't see anyone in charge of it, so milk was out for a bit. Overall though, a good experience.

Clean, New hotel with good breakfast. 5:30 kickback is a nice extra. Kids enjoyed the indoor/outdoor pool. Wish the pool was just a little warmer but it was ok. Plenty of towels stocked by the pool even though it was very busy. Managers very visible and friendly staff.

The room was clean and comfortable and the free hot breakfast was a plus. The main areas and lobby though was very loud and crowded. People were hanging around with cases and coolers of beer drinking and being obnoxious, which ruined experience a bit.

This hotel chain is top notch for both the business and vacation traveler. Hot breakfast, evening reception with drinks and appetizers and all you can eat popcorn! Couple that with awesome rooms, great common space and super staff and you know your visit will be great!

The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff was amazing. We had a minor glitch during our stay, and the staff went above and beyond to make it right. Will definitely be staying here again!

Really nice hotel, the 3 free drinks per day and appetizer hour was a neat concept, though it was super crowded and all tables and chairs were occupied (nowhere to sit), and the appetizers were frequently out of food.

Clean room, pool and spa both clean and clear, 3 adult beverages per adult guest in the evening along with popcorn and evening snack. Breakfast was standard. Comfortable bed and both firm and soft pillows. Great location off of freeway.

I travel several times a month for business and several times a year for pleasure and I wish there were more Drury Inns, located where I travel! Will definitely choose this one (Grand Rapids, MI) again when convenient.

Great room! Had a double Queen and the room was massive! Much bigger than our friends room with only one bed. Front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. The building is brand new so it is very clean on the inside, which was the biggest plus to staying there. The hotel also has a pool and hot tub. Overall a very good stay in a big comfortable and clean room with a hot breakfast in the morning. The only thing I could possibly have to complain about was that the room was very quiet at night. The A/C fan was very quiet which resulted in us being able to hear other guests in their rooms throughout the night. other than that, it was great and I will definitely come back if I'm in town.

We live in Southeast MO and stay in a Drury property whenever possible. Whenever I saw that they had a Drury Inn for our 3 nights in Grand Rapids, I was relieved! The service was excellent-from the very beginning at check-in until we left, it felt like home away from home. The pool and hot-tub area was super-clean and a great set-up with 1/2 indoor and 1/2 outdoor pool with a divider in the middle. The free happy hour and meal each night could've saved our family of 3 well over $100 but we chose eat at some local restaurants. The room was clean from top to bottom, beds were comfortable and the bathroom was super clean! Easy access to the interstate and multiple restaurants and stores within one or two miles. I would definitely stay at this hotel if you are in the area!!
