Super Hitel mit einem erstklassigen Restaurant. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet, die Mitarbeiter zuvor kommend und freundlich. Das Restaurant wird seinem Ruf gerecht und serviert Speißen auf höchstem Niveau. Die Weinbegleitung ist hervorragend.

This hotel has a magnificent location, that is super peaceful and beautiful. The restaurant is fabulous, with the breakfast being one of the best I have had in quite a while. I only stayed three nights, but would have happily stayed a month.

The location of this hotel is just amazing, within a huge park, and it includes very good services such as the pool and the sauna. However, the rooms are way too hot, and there are almost no power plugs in the walls. The staff is nice but very slow, especially at checkout rush hours. The Internet connection is free, but it is very, very slow.

Great hotel located in picturesque settings and in modern interior design. Also great bar and restaurants.

You get only a room facing 3 noisy train lines all night incl. ICE trains (assume all trains entering/leaving Mainz need to pass our window). Though the hotel certainly had plenty of empty rooms not facing heavy traffic, but none of these were available for my use. Stayed in the old section of the hotel. You cannot charge your phone at the night stand during the night as light off switch blocks electricity. There are free of charge public parking in front of the hotel. Bath tub was clogged for first time use in the morning, so water run out very slowly. Room included a sofa/window section, watch out for the step :) Otherwise the rooms and breakfast are OK.

Ein wirklich schönes privat geführtes Haus mit sehr freundlichem und aufmerksamem Personal. Würde ich jederzeit weiter empfehlen!! Die Lage ist top!

Excellent location. Creative food and very nice rooms. A "must" choice for staying at Mainz!

Das Zimmer war schön groß. Das Bad ist auch groß mit Dusche und Wanne. Mir hat nicht so gut gefallen dass der Duschbereich nicht genügend vom Waschbeckenbereich getrennt ist. Dadurch wird alles nass. Die Lobby ist groß mit einem Bereich für Kinder und zwei großen Aquarien. Es gibt direkten Zugang zum Park. Das Frühstück ist auch gut. Preislich noch ok. Man hat teilweise ein Ausblick auf den Rhein

War im Rahmen einer beruflichen Veranstaltung dort. Organisatorisch war alles perfekt. Essen war gut.

Very nice hotel. Stayed here two times. There is a large difference between the rooms in the new and old part. Rooms in the old part aren't bad, but are outdated and in current time not up to 4 star standard. The new rooms however are very nice, modern and large. Since I only came to sleep I didn't care too much about the rooms, but since they cost the same, it's better to ask for a room in the new part of the hotel. Breakfast is super, a lot to choose from and served in a beautiful breakfast room. A very good start of the day. Also the Bierkutsche is a nice place to eat and serves a very good burger

Sehr geschmackvoll und edel eingerichtet. Tolle Aussicht über den Stadtpark und auf Mainz. Das Menü und die Weine geschmacklich perfekt. Bedienung super freundlich. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ok. Ein Besuch für etwas Besonderes. Ich kann die Favorite wirklich weiterempfehlen.

Nice Place with friendly Professional Service

The "Standard" rooms in the old part of the hotel are not even worth looking at. The might be cheaper and on e have a view of the The Rhein, but they don't have air conditioning and are next to the railway line. However, the rooms in the new part are very pleasant and worth staying in. The breakfast is great value for money with plenty of choice. I would say this is probably the second best place to stay in Mainz.

Hotel soweit Ok. Frühstücksbuffet überdurchschnittlich. Zimmer gut, ruhig trotz Bahnstrecke. In der Bar fehlt TripleSec, das geht Gar nicht.

We had an Easy and quick dinner in the Biergarten while watching a soccer match. Service was okay and the ambiance was great.

Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Hotel mit hervorragendem Frühstück. Mein Zimmer hatte eine angenehme Größe und die Ausstattung war modern. Auch meinen nicht ganz so geringen Ansprüchen an die technische Ausstattung genügte dieses Hotel. Im Zimmer waren ein Telekom Hotspot wie auch ein Kabel Deutschland Hotspot verfügbar.

Bei meinem nächsten Besuch in Mainz werde ich bestimmt wieder dieses Hotel nehmen.

Super Hotel mit einer tollen Lage genau an einem Park in Mainz. Sehr netter Empfang, und super ausgestattete Zimmer. War für eine Tagung 2 Tage dort gewesen, würde aber auch jederzeit privat dieses Hotel wählen. Überraschend wie schnell man vom Frankfurter Flughafen dort ist. In jedem Fall eine Empfehlung!
