Love this place. This is the second time I've stayed at this location and the room has been amazing and the staff friendly both times. The fact that you get a full kitchen is a total bonus. Definitely recommend.

Nice rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was your typical Continental, with powdered eggs and sausage. Not bad, just nothing to write home about. We slept good in the bed and enjoyed the meet and greet in the evenings - where you can enjoy your free beer or glass of wine. I'd stay here again.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by Ryan, who exhibited the most exceptional customer service. We were grateful for his assistance and his pleasant demeanor.
The hotel is located in a nice, fairly quiet part of Katy. Katy Mills mall is less than a mile away.
A Super Target is 3 miles away. Walgreens and numerous restaurants are within walking distance. Our suite was equipped with stove, microwave, large fridge, cookware and dinnerware. Everything was very clean, as were other areas of the hotel. Our King bed was clean and comfy. The pull out sofa bed was in good condition and is large enough to sleep 2-3 small children. There is ample parking and easy access to highway. We will surely return to Homewood, on our next trip to Katy.

I had been looking for a hotel to block off rooms for our wedding. I worked with Lynnell to help block off the rooms.
I choose Homewood Suites by Hilton-Katy Mills because they gave a really good price for the rates. 99.00 for a king suite and 119.00 for a double queen suite.
The rooms were spacious, clean, and each room had a pull out sofa.
A few days before the wedding, the hotel called a few of my guest because some pipes had burst and their rooms were affected. The hotel not only called but offered two king suites for the same price. I was really impressed with how quickly and efficiently they handled the situation.
The hotel also comped our room and let us use the meeting room for free.
I would recommend staying here if you need rooms for a wedding.

Good stay. Nice and clean rooms. Staffs are very courteous. Food was good but I as an Indian could not find my kinda staff! Location is very nice. Amenities are up to mark. Overall a nice stay for all class of people.

Spacious suites, bedroom separate room with a pull out sofa, full size fridge with a spacious kitchen.
The reception manager, Ryan offered excellent service with exceptional customer service.

Although I only used this hotel for a business meeting {didn't stay there, drove in for the meeting and used one of their meeting rooms), it met all my expectations. Clean and welcoming. Good hotel competition in that area. 2 or 3 hotels next to each other.

I haven’t even got to the hotel to my room yet and i already love this place. Ryan is beyond amazing and so patient. I didn’t understand how the rooms were set up and he explained it 2 times before giving me the website so i can have a better understanding. I even called back with more questions and he didn’t hesitate to answer them. Thank you Ryan for being so wonderful. Very much appreciated.

Room was ample size for my partner, my son, and I. Bed super comfy, decor was beautiful and modern, indoor pool was nice, no jacuzzi though and the breakfast was good as well. Staff super friendly and attentive.

The staff is wonderful and very accommodating!! The rooms are very comfortable. We have been extended stay at this hotel for over a month due to home repairs from the hurricane as well as my wife needing a clean accommodating environment during her recovery from surgery. Everything we have needed or could have asked for has been provided at a very high level. This is a wonderful place to stay if not for a jight, a weekend, a week, or for extended purposes as we are! You will find yourself feeling like you are right at home. Laundry facilities, pool, weight room, outdoor grill, outdoor lounging, daily socials, morning breakfast.... What else can you ask for!!?? And all at affordable rates!! Come on in and make yourself a a home!!

Comfortable room, hotel overall could be kept a little more tidy. Good customer service. Thin walls. I could hear my neighbors tv and conversations as if I were in the room.

Great service overall. Rooms are very clean and hotel is maintained well. A little smaller than older Homewood suites, but not really a bother. Competitively priced.

Very clean room and the entire staff was extremely helpful. We loved the breakfast every morning and my son loved the pool. The hotel is great for families because it includes a stove, full size fridge, and even a dishwasher!! I would definitely come back next time I go to Houston

I reserved a room for 2 adults and 2 children. The hotel was very kid friendly and located conveniently to Katy Mills, literally a street away from the parking lot. I would say it is walkable distance. The room itself was very clean, with shampoo, bar soap, lotion and conditioner. It had a small kitchenette and full sized refrigerator. The coolest part was the room had a ceiling fan! The card key to get in the room was a little wonky, sometimes it wouldn't work, and no one initially instructed me how to use the key (hint: you don't swipe it through a slot) so I felt a little dumb. Would recommend this hotel.

The staff was very friendly, the room nice and clean. It fit two adults and two children very well with the pullout bed. Great value!

Stayed the night for my brothers wedding which was to far. Had a wonderful hot breakfast in the morning. The inner door pool look good as well. I will stay here again in the future

An excellent hotel here in Katy, TX. Spacious rooms with a small kitchen; great happy hour dinners and wine/beer and A fabulous breakfast and some of the best service I have seen in a long time. Highly recommend for business especially and for all other travelers.

This was everything I wanted in a hotel. It was clean, quiet, filled with amenities and the staff was friendly and professional. I would definitely stay here again when in town.

Clean, comfortable and convenient. Pricing was fairly reasonable also. In walking distance of the Katy Mills Mall. Was able to catch a movie and plenty of other things to do with the kids in the mall as well. Great dining around the hotel as well as a nice fitness center, heated pool and continental breakfast. Stayed five days and five nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This hotel is fantastic! The rooms are great and super clean. They have made us feel at home after being displaced from our own home! I highly recommend Homewood Suites! The customer service is phenomenal and you couldn't beat the price for what you get if you tried!

Nice interior breakfast area and lobby. Room was what you would expect and clean. Bed was comfortable. Unfortunately the room did smell musty due to the air conditioning and high humidity outside.

Friendly staff and clean facility. The layout is a little strange, because I had to walk around nearly the entire floor just to get to my room. Food was good and even better since it was mostly free. Wi-Fi was pretty reliable. I would definitely stay here again if I needed to in the future.

Decent hotel with affordable rates. Modern decorations and a standard Hilton continental breakfast too. Rooms were modern and comfortable. Our suite had a small kitchenette too, which was nice. Would stay here again.

Very friendly staff. The room was nice and clean and cool. We enjoyed the free evening social, they had nachos and beer. Breakfast was also great. Hotel is very close to lots of shopping and great restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

The staff member who assisted me was very helpful and courteous. The conference room my company reserved was kept very clean and the temperature of the AC was comfortable. No noise issues. Very good experience overall.

We've stayed at this hotel a few times and loved it. The rooms are great and the breakfast is top-notch. My husband booked a queen suite for this Saturday through Priceline. The queen suite had two queen beds and one sofa pull-out bed. This was important to us since ours is a blended family and we would need 3 separate sleeping areas. My husband received a call from the manager of the hotel who explained that the room that we booked was no longer available. The hotel was willing to let us cancel the reservation or stay in a different room with 1 bed and 1 sofa bed. They are not willing to offer anything else in exchange for their mistake. I think this is extremely poor customer service. We booked and paid for a room with 2 beds and a pull-out bed. If it is no longer available after the reservation was confirmed, I would expect the hotel to provide better customer service than "so sorry, too bad".

Loved it!!!! They had very comfy beds, and a pool and a putting course. Everyone there was super nice! I also liked the free breakfast🙂

Wonderful hotel, so beautiful, rooms were fresh and clean. Service was exceptional, the staff was very friendly, even told me where to find a place to celebrate my fifteen year old daughter birthday. I like the fact that there's a mall as well as a Wal-Mart within two minutes of the hotel. I love, love, love this hotel. One thing that stuck out to me was that I was chosen for Honors Member of the day. That really sold me on this hotel. My family and I have made this our go to hotel whenever we're in Katy. Thanks for a job well done.

Very nice, clean hotel. The staff was wonderful and friendly. The kids loved the indoor pool, enjoyed the free breakfast, and had a blast playing putt putt golf! Would definitely stay again! This Homewood definitely has a great Management team and staff!

I stayed in one of the suites with a single King size bed. It was very spacious and well-appointed, and very comfortable. I noticed the couch was kinda uncomfortable, but I wasn't staying long enough to spend much time on it. The kitchenette was nice and well stocked, and the bed was very comfortable. I'd definitely stay there again.

Room was clean, but restroom smelled like cigarettes. The hallway was hot. Front desk was nice and helpful.

I didn't stay here, but visited a friend in town. The hotel is new, nice and clean. The suites weren't huge but had plenty of room for a quick family get away.

My sister in law and I are our daughters stayed her Thanksgiving weekend. Five stars to RYAN at the front desk who greeted us with a smile and was very friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond front desk help to accommodate us while we were waiting for our room!!

The hotel was clean and quiet. Our suite kitchen floor and bedroom floor looked like it had not been swept or mopped but other than night......it was a good night.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable, and even had a ceiling fan. I always struggle sleeping in silent hotel rooms, so I was happy to see my room had one. I didn't participate, but the hotel offers a free happy hour with beer and wine for a few hours each day.

Upon arriving at the Hilton the Ambiance was beautiful. However we had to wait about 10 minutes to be assisted to check in because there was no one at the front desk. The breakfast was good. My husband and I utilized the pool and the gym they were awesome! Overall I would highly recommend this Homewood Suites to everyone.

Very new so it's very clean. We went with the full suite with two beds and a couch/pull out bed. Full kitchen with all appliances and cookware/dinning ware. We will be here for 4 nights, so far it's great. We like the breakfast and evening appetizers meal. It's small for an evening meal but it meant to just hold to you over till your own dinner meal. Nice meet and great food. WE LIKE IT! We'll use this place again.

This hotel is amazing!! You get free dinner, people who will go and do your groceries, free breakfast, and managers come to the rooms everyday to make sure you saw a maid. The rooms are really nice too. The rooms have nice, stainless steel appliances and an electric stove that is 1ft long and half a foot wide. Very nice for staying a long period of time. everything is beautifully decorated and designed. The price to stay each night at THIS hotel is awesome!!! I recommend this hotel for all peoples.
