Hotel is clean and presentable. Free WiFi is available.I used the faster paid option and could stream movies fine. There were two issues, however, that impacted the comfort of my stay. 1) the ceilings/floors are paper thin. Moreso than any other franchised hotel that I've stayed at. I could clearly hear the people above me singing happy birthday and having conversations until almost midnight, not to mention every footstep, dropped item, etc. 2) Most hotels give a combination of soft or firm bed pillows. This hotel only had the super soft, plush pillows where your head sinks all the way through. If you like those, great, but I need something more firm to sleep on. There are enough hotels in this area that I probably wouldn't stay here again (although I usually seek out Homewood suites).

Homewood Suites once again provide a great experience. Even though this property is under renovation, the staff worked to make my family comfortable. When we checked in, we were checked in to a room with a full size bed instead of a king which we reserved. I thank Dee and Jeremiah for working to correct the issue, and moving my family to a room that was much more comfortable. There Evening Social was excellent, and breakfast in the morning was well done. The property is well maintained and looks as if it's going to be a winner. I look forward to returning and see the progress they make.

Personnel at the front desk was very helpful. Didn't like their food for their social in the evening. I just went one time and didn't come back. They didn't have National Geography Channel, so I miss my favorite show "Genius Picasso" on Tuesday evening.

Good place and friendly service. They are in a middle of a renovation so it may be a mix bag to which room you get. The new renovated room I got was nice.

Upon arrival, all dishes and utensils were in the dishwasher. The dishes were greasy and had food on them. After running the dish washer in room 102 there was no change. Dishes were still dirty. Looks like the new dishwasher is not working. All we wanted was a clean glass

Staff is amazing! They were truly hospitable and gave our party of 50 an awesome southern welcome! Jeremiah and Mary practically spread the red carpet out for our students from NYC as they engaged in a jam packed college tour. They were so excited to see our students and they personally assembled individual welcome gifts that were personalized for each student. I truly appreciate the warmth and my students, some of whom have never been on a plane, felt celebrated! Let me not forget the newly renovated rooms with state of the art amenities that elevated the level of comfort from ordinary to extraordinary. Keep up the great work! We’ll be back again and again!

This was a great place to spend a weekend with my family and our dog! Homewood Suites is dog friendly without being dog-centric meaning you don't see dogs all over the place but they're very friendly to dogs and have more than adequate walking areas around and near by the hotel. #LetsGuide

The bathroom was NOT cleaned when we arrived. We DID NOT receive room service like we had specifically asked and when we asked for more towels, we were told that they did not have anymore.
It definitely did not live up to the Hilton brand name.

Best hotel ever the staff is so wonderful they make you feel right at home everyday we've been here about 4 weeks and I love this place outstanding customer service. The food is so good the manager Jeremiah is always on point. If you looking for a great hotel with good service this is it .

The hotel is under construction still but the only issue was there was no light above the kitchen table. Very nice location right off of the highway. This is my favorite hotel to stay in Norcross.

We stayed in the newly updated one bedroom suite. The room was very nice and the hotel staff were helpful and accommodating and answered all of my questions.

Loved this homey place so close to my meeting place. Enjoyed the walkway into the hotel, and the lovely front desk clerks. So SO friendly. The lobby are was clean, the rooms were a good size, and I my peers took me to their favorite restaurant called Noble Fin which was two minutes from the hotel and office. I would stay here again.

We stayed in the DBL fireplace suites.. It was very spacious and clean. We loved the fireplace.. Just be aware that firewood is not provided. The breakfast that is provided is just ok but hey its free.. And the evening social was great as well

Had a great time! Would have liked an elevator to our room. We had so much stuff... we didn't realize it was like a motel.

I have stayed here several times over the last 6 years. Always nice always helpful. They are getting a refresh in winter of 2017.

This is the nicest hotel we have had the pleasure of staying at.From the front desk where Mary knows you by name to housekeeping.Everyone here is friendly free breakfast free WiFi .We have been staying here for over a week and will stay here again.I give them 5 stars.

Perfect hotel for a quite stay away from city, with great facilities and nice staff. Informed catering staff of vegan preference and never had to repeat again during entire 1 month long stay. Breakfast and evening snacks were great. Cab facility provided for pick up and drop to nearby location in my case it was my office in technology parkway.

Great area but the hotel really needs to be renovated. Everything is very old and many things are broken. The one positive is they allow pets.

Nice but not great. Nice area, quiet and yet close to a number of things. Staff is nice and helpful. The property is aging and needs some work, but it's not a bad place to stay. We enjoyed our time here.

Good breakfast. The top corner of my sheet pulled off as I was sleeping, so this morning I'm waking up to a yellow stained mattress. If the sheet had stayed on like it's supposed to, I never would have seen the yellowed mattress which would have been my preference.

Food in general is just "ok". Rooms are dated but renovations are coming. New management is never social & don't really care about business long term visitors.

This hotel is on a corner of a seemingly quiet location, with nearby shops for quick convenience. Wished the rooms would be a little bigger compared to other Hilton suites.

They were very unaccommodating. They made us feel unwelcome. It appears as if it might have been a nice place but the quality has deteriorated. The front desk personnel were very rude. The hallways smelled of urine.

Layout is unique. 4 different buildings that center around a courtyard pool. Older hotel, but rooms were nice and well kept. The one night they were serving wings for dinner and they ran out within minutes.

I was very happy with our stay here. It wasn't the biggest suite I've had at Homewood's before, but it was just fine for my family of four. This hotel has been here for a while, but my room was well taken care of and clean. I have no complaints at all. It's a great place for the price.

Went to visit a friend that was staying there. Rooms were very clean and staff was extremely polite and informative.

The staff is friendly and the bed was comfortable. The rooms are in desperate need of renovation. The rate is decreased on the weekends attracting unsavory people. Loud and obnoxious, I was woken up many nights. The couch in the room is quite possibly the most uncomfortable piece of furniture I have ever sat on. Appliances are dated and loud. Housekeeping is a joke. There were layers of dust everywhere. The air filters need to be replaced. Along with the black mold in the shower, we decided to leave to go to another hotel. My husband's corporate office is in Atlanta so we are here often. We will not be back!

This hotel has a great location between the shopping districts and the many businesses in the Norcross area. There is a lot to do on the area and it is a very quick drive to enter atlanta. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly.

Kids were mad it was an outdoor pool but the room was nice. I've stayed in Homewood suites that are bigger rooms but I like the general feel of an extended stay so I enjoyed it.

Stayed overnight for a weekend function. The location was very convenient, right off of 141. The room was nice and clean, and very spacious for a studio-style hotel room. The included breakfast was a fairly standard hot breakfast (eggs, sausage, waffles, fruit, cereal, etc.) and was tasty and filling.

The location was great for where we needed to be. The outdoor pool is nice and you are able to use the indoor pool at the hotel next door of its raining or too cold. The room was clean and quiet. They also have hot chocolate in the lobby. The breakfast was satisfying.

Service was great. Employees were nice. Stayed in a pet friendly suite that had everything we needed, but I felt like I walked into the 1970's given the age of the appliances and furniture. Decent price with a AAA membership though.

Location! Location! Location! The area feels laid back and not busy while being close to shops and restaurants. The suites itself are in need of some updating and better cleaning. Our fridge was ok on the inside, but right in front of it were tomato sauce like splotches on the floor and some cherry stems. The ottoman leather was very worn and the pullout wasn't very comfortable. Everything was noisy! The toilet was so loud when the tank was refilling, the AC, the ice maker, and the dishwasher! The dinner calendar is so vague in their description you have no idea what is being served. Our first and only dinner there was cheese, crackers, onion soup, and salad. Needless to say, we went out for dinner the rest of our trip. With that being said though, we would visit this location again. It was in a convenient location with restaurants of many ethnicities and just a short drive from Atlanta.

We have stayed here several times in the past and have always had a good experience. It is easy to find and close to a lot of places to shop and eat. The staff is always very friendly and go out of their way to make your stay great.
