Great hotel. I really enjoyed my stay. Very clean. Spacious. The pool was great. The location was great. The parking was adequate. What really made the service fantastic for the hotel was a staff member by the name of Brando who was working in the breakfast/restaurant area. His attitude for service and pleasant manners were an example for how service should feel everywhere. If Brando trained all of the staff and waiters with this hotel group on pleasantries, manners and service then this would be a 5 Star Establishment and not a 4 Star Establishment. Thank you Brando for making our stay extra special. You are a true gentleman. They are very lucky to have you working there.

I have stayed at the Ermitage on business trips for the past 5 years and also visited 3 times for holidays. During this time the rooms have been modernised & refurbished, enhancing its position as my most favourite hotel. It has loads of character and an extremely relaxing ambience with incredible staff who are so welcoming, helpful and friendly. At no other hotel have I experienced such a home from home feeling. Excellent in all aspects....Thank you.

Très bon séjour à l'hotel du Riou, les membres du personnel sont très aimables et la piscine est très agréable.

Had dinner in the Bistrot restaurant. Next to the pool. Excellent food, nice team, overall charming atmosphere. Missing light on the table due to windy conditions. Good value for money. I recommend.
