Stayed in a superior room it was very spacious and very clean. Good sized shower and bathroom with separate toilet .It was quite hot in the room but we had a fan with us and reception will also supply you with one if required as there is no aircon but we knew this when we booked.The breakfast was very good catering for both continental and English breakfast.
I would definitely stay here again St lo is a lovely little town. The hotel is located by the river facing the old town walls the traffic does get a little busy outside at times. The parking was great no problems at all.

Visited the hotel for coffee/tea and was treated as if I were royalty. Staff were outstanding in every respect.

This is sole hotel which is the best clean, kind and good facility in this area. I have visited in this area for business trip many times. But this hotel is the best one. I strongly recommend this hotel for anyone who want to stay in saint-lo.

Too expensive for just a 1 night sleep. Toilet area is too small. Otherwise a nice upscale hotel with very friendly check-in staff.

Great place for a stay after or when preparing for a visit to nearby tourist attractions. The food was excellent. Clean, spacious rooms. Attentive staff. Would go there again!

Beautiful Saint Lo. Hotel Mercure is across from the fortress. Absolutely stunning scenery. Close to shops and train station.

Chambre étouffante, pas de climatisation ni de ventilateur de mis à disposition.

Seulement la moitié des chambres est rénovée... Mais la facture est au même prix. Vue sur la voie ferrée un peu glauque et éclairage sinistre dans les chambres non rénovées. Un peu juste pour un hôtel qui affiche de nombreuses étoiles.

Chambre confortable et propre, rénovée récemment. Le restaurant est bon et abordable pour le soir. Le prix du petit déjeuner est, en revanche, exorbitant (14 € !), presque autant que pour un repas du soir...

It's a very ordinary hotel. Very basic but comfortable enough with no frills. They've got a small restaurant that serves up pretty mediocre food. If I had to describe this hotel in one word, I'd say 'functional'.

Hotel dont les chambres ont été rénovées avec bcp de goût en début d'année. Accueil super. Restaurant attenant à découvrir absolument avec des mets originaux et tous cuisines avec raffinement et justesse pour un rapport qualité /prix imbattable. Un établissement qui propose des vrais services de qualité et réconcilie avec l'hôtellerie

Je viens régulièrement dans cet établissement pour raisons professionnelles.
Je dirais que l'établissement est bien dans l'ensemble, si on choisit une des chambres rénovées, les autres étant un peu vieillotes.

Hotel was clean, staff were helpful and price was reasonable.
