Phenomenal...We spent four nights here, at the end of our Spain trip. Wow. Incredible service from the nicest, most responsive staff imaginable. The hotel is incredibly well situated in Gracia, down the block from Gaudi, close to so many things. Our room was lovely, and everything was thoughtful and well-designed. Fantastic breakfast buffet, one of the best we've had. Very nice bar with interesting cocktails (though pricey.) Highly recommend the spa - we did couple massages and they were excellent. Tip to toe a great hotel and a fantastic experience.

The staff are amazing and so helpful, the food is delicious and the hotel is gorgeous! Will definitely visit again in the near future. P. S great location for shopping

I absolutely loved this place. I always try to stay at the best resort I can find. Mandarin was. 10/10 across the board. The entire property felt amazing. We stayed in 2 rooms during our stay. Both were spectacular. I really loved the attention to detail. The food was great. Service was 5 star. The spa and massage was phenomenal. The location and property itself was perfect. We stayed at the Barcelona edition later in the trip and it didn’t even come close. Thanks for an amazing trip MO. We will try and stay at your properties whenever we go if possible.

We went to have dinner at Moments, Ruscalleda's second flagship restaurant, located in the Mandarin Oriental. Mandarin Hotel prays to be one of the top luxury brands hotels in the world so we expected outstanding performances in all the fields. However expectation was too high. When we arrived the vallet service did not open our taxi's doors, and they just standed looking at us. That could be a mistake, but when we used their toilettes we found this disgusting situation, toilets with leaks that lasted weeks, no working water tanks... if this is the way mandarin takes care of details they should be considered a cheat brand. Unfortunately Google does not allow to show the pictures of such disgusting bathrooms

Had the tasting menu Moments. It was amazing. The food was superb and the same for the service. Awesome.

Slightly magical, as always. The spa is small and co-ed, which limits the amenities available. The rooftop pool deck is lovely, Moments is amazing, the bars are fantastic, and they have two gyms (one indoor in the spa, the other outside on a private shady terrace). Pro tip: on the terrace they charge a shockingly high price for a bottle of pallegrino. The staff is what makes this place (and all the MO properties) so special; they made our week absolutely perfect.

Consistent with the chain of the hotel, the style, the scent and the service remains to be exceedingly top notch. Undoubtedly the best luxury hotel in the best location in the city, with shops and best restaurants all just minutes away. I really loved staying here. My only small tiny complain is that as a big spa lover, the spa’s facilities is a little bit underwhelming ... the steam and sauna is by the swimming pool which is not as relaxing since u have everyone else there and not exclusively to the spa patrons. But the service and lines are very exclusive.

Es innegable que se trata de un emplazamiento privilegiado y que en estos casos la calidad se paga, pero en mi opinión variables tan fundamentales como la atención, el servicio y el ambiente, sin dejar de ser buenos, no están tan perfectamente alineados con la relación precio/calidad como lo están en otras azoteas de la ciudad (Pau Clarís, Majestic, Grand Hotel Central o NH Colección Rambla, por citar algunos ejemplos). Bien, con matices. Por eso cuatro estrellas y no cinco, que no obstante sigue siendo una gran puntuación

The bar / lounge area is one of the best environments I've ever been in. It's absolutely stunning.

Small rooms. Not very good planned floor plan not giving privacy in restrooms. Great space on the roof. Restaurant Momentous is very expensive for no reason. Food is not so great and service can be better including vine service.

As at every MO exceptional service. Good vibe to the hotel with cool design. MO beds are always comfortable. Breakfast every morning was welcome. Utilized the spa for a massage and it was top class.

Amazing hotel at an unbeatable location in Barcelona, located in the middle of Passeig de Gracia (the main shopping street of the city). The entire hotel is modern yet respectful of tradition, the service up to the standards one always expects of a Mandarin Oriental.

Several friends and I tried to go to the Terrat restaurant of the hotel, however it was closed because of high winds. Franco from the concierge desk was incredibly helpful and gave us amazing recommendations for other restaurants around the city. Though we were not guests, we were still given the best service in Barcelona.

Did not stay here, only visited for breakfast at Blanc, reportedly one of best restaurants in Barcelona. Breakfast probably isn't the best choice of meal, but the brunch was satisfactory, though 45€ was a bit steep for what was offered, IMO. We've paid that at other places with better selection. The restaurant itself was beautiful and the service was very good, as well.

SPA services at Mandarin Oriental are just amazing. My favorite therapist is V. I'd suggest 1,5 treatment with body exfoliation and complete massage.

Wow, what an hotel. Attended a meeting there and had a 4 course meal. The bar is also worth a visit, walls and ceiling made up of old safe deposit boxes, some still with keys

It’s everything I wanted and expected for a luxury hotel. I was coming down with a flu when I arrived. They had really great tea and chicken noodle soup in the downstairs restaurant. I had the breakfast when I checked out in the last day, it was one of the best breakfast I’ve had in Barcelona hotels and luxury hotels in general.

Barcelonas most luxurious hotel. The 2* MOments restaurant is fabulous and the lounge is a great lunch place. Rooftop pool bar has some of the best views in the city

I stayed at the Mandarin while visiting my son as he was studying abroad. The service was incredible, the hotel spectacular and the experience nothing short of flawless. I cannot imagine anything they could have done to be more accommodating, gracious or welcoming in any way. The friend I was traveling with began having tooth pain the night we arrived, and at 4 am he texted me from his room to tell me the Mandarin had secured an endodontist and he was being taken for a root canal. (At 4 am!!). It simply does not get any better than this! The room I had was not a suite, but it was impeccable, clean, tastefully decorated and simply stunning.

Incredible. Truly incredible. If you only stay one place in Barcelona, stay here. It’s beautiful. Great service, too. Will be back, for certain.

I went to eat to Moments with my wife. I had been wanting to eat at a michelin star restaurant for a long time now. The food was amazing, literally art on a plate. The service was impeccable. One of my most memorable events in Barcelona.

This upmarket city-center hotel is a 2-minute walk from the Gaudí-designed Casa Batlló.
The sophisticated rooms and suites feature flat-screen TVs, Wi-Fi, iPod docks and room service. Suites also have free-standing tubs, butler service and living areas. Upgraded suites add dining areas, and some have Jacuzzis or kitchens. Some rooms also have private terraces or balconies.

What's not to love? The location, service, food, bedding, amenities, spa. I could go on. The staff is on another level and any request is always accommodated. A hotel like this spoils their customers and coming back feels like home.

As all over the world Mandarin Group is in the highest level, in Bcn couldn't be less!! At the beginning of P. Gracia with all the luxury, Spa, Bars, Restaurant. Simply awesome

I stayed there for three nights. The room was awesome, the pool service and views were great, and we enjoyed a centric point to move from there to visit the city wirhin those days.The service was nice, and gave us all we needed whenever we called. The price is completly worth.

Their suite room is stunning and very spacious.
But their regular guest room is not impressive at all.

The staff and services are amazing. They think of ways to make one's visit enjoyable that I've not seen anywhere else. Even some of the six star hotels are not always as thoughtful. The only reason I don't give the hotel five stars is because the rooms are a bit small and didn't have some of the bonus features found at other top hotels. If I could, I would given this a 4.5 rating.

Superb Luxury Hotel in the middle of Barcelona. Highest quality fitout, I stayed in a suite which was divine, lovely large lounge and dining room. Beautiful shower and bathroom. The gym was well equipped. Superb breakfast and stylish staff. Not sure you will find better in this Wonderful city!!

Restaurant: food and service quite good. Price is really high, but I already expected that.

Built in a bank from the 1950´s. The bar still displays the safe deposit boxes. Newfangled modern light switches and shower system that might take some getting used to.

The location of the hotel is excellent as it resides in an area with shops and restaurants, but also within walking distance to the beach. Excellent service and facilities at the hotel. Superb.

The bar was great. The service and drinks were excellent. Dinner at moments provided a very memorable albeit expensive feast

I went to the Bistreu Restaurant at the Mandarin hotel, for a brunch with the family. The quality of the food was very good and the service was excellent.
The place was very comfortable and nice.

I've never actually been there but someday I will go. I'm doing research on this hotel and it sounds like an ultimate experience. It's by the city, so I would definitely explore, it even has a pool on top! So as far as I know, this is the best hotel I've seen or herd about😀.

Can't say enough about the people at this property! Exceptional in every aspect from Doorman to the waitress in the Banker's
Bar. The rooms are pricey and smallish, but you are in a EU city. It's kind of expected.

Love this place and we will be back to this and other Mandarin Oriental properties.

The concierge called his contact at ups and made sure it arrived a day early. Saved me a big hassle!

In my view the best feeling vibe in this hotel is the unhurried, with impeccable service. Also this place has one of the best breakfast spreads served in a truly serene setting, as well as a lovely rooftop pool. Liked the rooms overlooking the Passeig de Gràcia.  These ones have far better views than the “garden view” ones, which are more run down. Superb.

When it comes to hotels in Barcelona, I can admit that the mandarin oriental is the best. However, it's way over priced for a hotel in Barcelona. The hotel has got friendly staff who always wear that smile on their faces and gives you that personal experience making you feel at home. Downside though; I think they should work on their house keeping. To be fair I would still give them above average but they are the only team that is lagging behind the excellent service at the mandarin.
A note: if you are craving for an Arabic cuisine, come to the mandarin, chef Ali makes the most delicious Arabic dishes in town
